Blossom P.O.V

When I leaned into brick it was like I was in a trance, memories of us in elementary and middle school hit me and I almost smiled. I just took in his scent, it was like I was an addict and it was my own personal drug, like I was a vampire and it was my own blood bank. It was sweet like cherries but manly like cologne.

The bell rang, snapping me out of it, instantly I jumped up, "You're in a hurry for a crap teacher." Brick said, a playful smirk on his face.

"She do-doesn't bother me un-unless she messes with m-my sisters." I stated, thumbs in my pockets and the rest of my hands out.

"You're really protective over your sisters aren't you."

"I al-always took care o-of them..."

"I'm just curios," In a flash of red he was in front of me, and my breath hitched as his hand laid on my cheek, "Are you still protective of, " He's hand moved to the back of my head and his mouth went by my ear, "BOW!" He pulled my ribbon out of my hair, kissed my cheek and disappeared in a flash of red.

"He still hasn't changed, has he." I whispered to myself. Then in a flash of light pink I was after him, taking the pink rose with me, to be nice.

He went straight into the boys bathroom and I still had my morals, so nu uh, I'm not going in there! "B-Brick GET OU-OUT OF THE BATHROOM!"

"What's the magic word?" He asked, I could practically see his devil like smirk, the one I fell in love with...

"P-please?" I asked.

"Not even close! I can't believe you forgot red!" He cried, sounding sad and then it hit me! Duh how could I forget and I'm the red head!

"I'm not s-saying that b-brick!"

"Then I guess you'll be late to class and never get your ribbon back." He mocked.

"Fi-fine!" I took a deep breath, get ready for my pride to walk out the door, "Brick is sm-smarter than me in every shape and form. He is a lo-lord and should be p-praised and ruling the world but he's being nice. If I had a choice I would b-bow down a-and say all hail, *cough prick cough* brick." I

Goodbye pride, live a good life out there!

He walked out of the bathroom but I didn't see the bow, I stuck my hand out, "You only wanted me out of the bathroom, one more thing and you'll get your ribbon back."

"And w-what would that b-be?" I scoffed playfully.

"Hang out with me after school."

Inside my heart was jumping for joy but on the outside I was calm, "I don't know, I don't think it's worth it." I said walking away.

"WAIT!" He ran after me, I hurry and took his hat and hid it behind my back without him noticing. "You don't want you ribbon back?"

"N-nope I got a ne-new hair acessory," I put his hat on my head, backwards, "It looks n-nice doesn't it?"

He seemed lost in a day dream, "Really nice... I mean, wha?"

"Well l-let's make a deal?" I asked, twisting the pink rose in my hand, he just nodded, "I get to wear your h-hat an-and I'll hang out with y-you after school."

"And your ribbon?"

"Hold on t-to it, s-so we got a de-deal?" I asked sticking my hand out.

"Deal." He shook my hand and tied my ribbon to the belt loop of his pants.

We bumped hips on the way back to class, the rose in hand.
