~ Garroth POV ~

"Uhh, sir? Please wake up."I open my eyes to find a women who seemed much taller than me who wore her hair long brown hair in a bun ."Uh yes?"She looked at me with slight concern in her eyes."The flight has landed .You can take your leave now.

"Oh,yes of course. I apologize, thank you for waking me. She nodded and moved aside.I grabbed my luggage and walked to the airport exit.

As I walked out I wondered what I should do now."Hm,maybe I should find the place of residence my father set up for me.Where that is I have no clue."

I look at the paper father gave me.It read 'Lovers Lane' and showed a picture of the home."Mabye I could call an Uber?"

I grabbed my phone and called an Uber, it came not to much later and drove me to my vacation home.

[1 Hour Later]

When we finally arrive and I step out the car and thank him with payment.He drives away and I pull my luggage inside.

The home appears to be fully furnished and in wonderful shape."Father knows how to pick the ones I like.

I find the bedroom and begin to put my items away until I heard my doorbell ring."Mabye they'll just leave."I muttered. Unfortunately they continued to ring the doorbell.

Growing frustrated I decided to awnser.I open the door to reveal a raven hair girl that was 5 inches taller than me.Yea I'm very short.

"Oh excuse me little boy can I speak to your mommy?"I couldn't tell if she was serious or insulting me.I guess not talking to anyone but family or business men does this to you.

"Um , I'm the only person who lives here and I am perfectly capable of taking care of myself."I glared at her.
Her face becomes shocked and she quickly apologizes.

"It's fine,just what do you need?"I asked ready to get some rest ."I would like to welcome you Lovers Lane by inviting you to a party at my house."

Huh ,a party where I interact with people and most likely embarrass myself. "Sorry um.."I pause realizing I don't know her name."Aphmau "

"Sorry Miss Aphmau but I will have to deny your request. "She looked a little sad but nodded. "That's fine um.."She pause thinking for awhile before looking at me.

"Garroth Ro'meave "I held out my hand and she gladly took it."Nice to meet you Garroth,and it's fine, here."She pulled a small envelope from her purse and handed it to me."What is this?"She giggled before responding. "It's an invitation silly.Just in case you change your mind."

She turned and walked away and continued to walk across the street looking both ways.I close my door and walk to my temporary bedroom.I decide to video chat Vlyad as I promised to do everyday till I returned.

I grabbed my blue laptop and called.
He's emerald green eyes the same as always filled with energy.

G:Hello baby brother.

V:Garroth!How was your flight? Did you make it home?Did you make friends? Are you..

G:Whoa Vlyad, calm down.One question at a time.

He calmed down before continuing to bombard me with questions.

V:Ok,I'm calm.Now big brother how is your trip so far?

G:Kinda like a business trip without business.

V: Don't say that Garroth!This is supposed to get your mind off work.So any plans?

G:No..not really.

V: No one welcomed you to the neighborhood?That's weird dad said that neighborhood was really good.

G:No someone did come and welcome me.Even invited me to a party.

V:And you said yes right?

G:Uh.. y-yes?

A serious Vlyad appeared on the screen .He seemed to notice my studder in that small reply.

V: Garroth Alexander Ro'meave. YOU TURNED DOWN A CHANCE TO MAKE FRIENDS AND MEET A GUY YOU LIKE!

G:Ugh,Vlayd.

V:Just think about it Garroth, please.Would it really cause harm to make friends?I gotta go.

He ended the call and I let out a deep sigh.I looked on the table and grabbed  the invitation. Mabye it wouldn't hurt to go,just for a few minutes. It read:

Come have a fun time at Aphmau's sleepover. Games ,food, and fun with friends. ;3
