*Lilly's pov*

What the hell. I'm late. Really late. My heat hasn't come yet. What the hell. It was supposed come five days ago.

I turned to Deon, who was still sleeping. I got up and went to the kitchen. I grabbed a bowl of cereal and sat down.

Terrain walked in. "Whatcha doin' up so early?" I asked. "Dude. It's ten in the morning. It's not early." He replied.

"But it's a Saturday. You're a teen, your supposed to be sleeping until one." I laughed.

He smirked. I went to the fridge. Then it hit me. There was a enormous pain in my stomach.

"Terrain. Don't ask any questions. Just go get Deon and Kyla and don't come back down."

He complied. I then saw Deon jump down four stairs to get to me. "What's wrong?" He asked.

"It's not gone. I can feel the thing trying to get out. Deon. I have to leave. Now." I said getting up.

"But you promised, after your heat." He said. "Yeah, well my heat isn't coming. I'm five days late. It's the thing. It's attacking me inside out."

"Go get my bag. And my knife." I ordered. This time, he compiled. I waited a minute and he was walking down with kyla.

"He filled me in, are you sure you need to go? We really do need you." Kyla persuaded me. I nodded.

I grabbed my bag and slung it around my shoulder. I went to Deon. I gave Kyla a look and she left.

"I'm really sorry I couldn't keep my promise. I always do. I'm so sorry Deon. I need you guys to be safe."

I looked up to him. I softly put his hands on my cheeks and kissed me. I leaned into the kiss.

The kiss stopped when pain told it to stop. I looked down. "I love you." I said. "I love you too. And I always will."

With that, I walked out the door.

I walked through the doors and to the lab. No one stopped me. I pushed opened the lab doors and peeked in.

August was doing something in the back if the room. They were trying to trick me.

I could smell the gunpowder in the gun August wasn't showing me. "Put down your gun." I said.

He flinched. He put the gun in the ground and slid it toward the door. "And the tranquilizer." I added.

Again, he slid the gun to the door. I then walked in. "Fix me." I growled. He turned around.

I almost gasped. I kept my blank face though. His face was burnt. So were his hands. "I tried to find a serum. I tried it on myself."

So he put the control stuff in and tried an antidote? "I like you. I was doing it for you. But it went wrong. After the control serum... I turned... So I tried to fix it."

What... He... What?

"I'm now a monster. Because I am nice. I was doing for you! It's your fault I'm a monster!"

I grabbed my knife from my pocket. "Oh. Can't shift? Whoops." He laughed. I threw the knife across the room and hit him in the shoulder.

"Damn. Aim's off." I whispered. I walked over to him. "Fix me. I will kill you. Because I'm not nice. And I'm a monster. A real monster."

He glared at me. I quickly took the knife from his shoulder and jabbed him in the stomach. I then twisted the knife.

"I didn't like the look you gave me. That wasn't very nice." He slide to the ground. I took my knife and stabbed him in the head.

"Safe measures." I whispered in his ear. I stood up and looked around the room. There was a case. It said serum.

I opened it and the bottles were labeled A-Z. There was one of each. The were two W's though. I took the trey and a needle and put them in my bag.

I turned and heard footsteps. They must have come back. When I came in it was empty.

I went to leave when something caught my eye. There was a little box with Lilly written on it.

I grabbed the box and put it in my bag. I picked up the tranquilizer and the gun and got ready for the troop.

The doors opened and I opened fired. They were all down. I stabbed the ones I tranquilized.

I went to the stairs. It led to a basement. I walked down a heard voices.

"Dude. They will be demolished. There are only, like, five of them. How many of us? Like. Half a thousand. And we have guns. Piece of cake."

"But they have her. She'll kill all of us before we even see it. I don't think I can do this anymore."

I jumped out and stabbed the guy in the neck. I looked that the other one. "Speak of the devil. Run. Before I change my mind."

He quickly dropped his gun and ran out. I walk over to the door they were guarding and open it.

I hear growls. A lot of them. I walk in and see cells with silver bars. They are all werewolves.

I start unlocking the doors with my knife. I tell everyone to go to the place where everyone is staying and where it is.

They agree and run out. After I unlock twenty I see the keys hanging on a door. I go grab them.

"Ouch!" I whisper. They're silver. I reach into my bag and grab a glove. I start unlock the cells with the keys.

Once I have five people left I see a door. It is very well locked. I let everyone else go and go to the door. It's silver.

"Hello?" I ask. There is then a slam at the door. "Do you want to get out?" I ask. I waited a minute until I heard a response.

"No." I heard. "Why not?" I was curious. "Because I will kill you." They said.

I then took the locks off. The door slowly opened a crack. I took a couple steps back.

"You really shouldn't have done that wolf." They said. An old man then walked out.

He walked towards me. "You're a wolf too." I said. "I am. But not just any wolf. I am an elder. And that door you just opened, was the only thing keeping me from killing you."

I suddenly couldn't move. "Who are you?" I asked. "Well... I'm not very known. You wouldn't know who I am."

"Tell me." I demanded. "Ohh... Alpha decent. And... A little bit of beta. Nice combo."

How did he know? "What are you talking about?" I asked. "Your mother... Killed herself."

"Your father... You think he died. Lilly... So pessimistic." Can he read my mind? "Oh I can do more than that. I can read your memories."

"Both my parents died. I was too young to know though. What is the point in telling me what I know?"

"Oh, but you don't know. Not the truth. But I know the truth. The full truth. I know I actually happened to your father."
