~Y/n's POV~

I woke up and noticed my blanket and pillow were gone, my magic probably got rid of them while I was sleeping like usual. I sat up, yawned, and rubbed my eyes. I looked at the clock, it was 7 am. No one else was awake from the looks of it, I decided to go on a walk. I summoned a piece of paper and a pen and I started to write them a letter.

Dear Sans and Papyrus,

I woke up and no one was awake so I decided to go on a walk. I'm not leaving just yet, I also wanted to thank you for your hospitality. I really appreciate it, I thought I was going to have to live on the streets! I'll probably be back in a hour, if I'm not then go looking for me just in case.

I then walked out of the house and summoned a f/c jacket. It was almost winter and the temperatures were starting to drop. I walked for what seemed thirty minutes when I passed 3 guys on the sidewalk. I could tell that their heads spun to look at my behind, I heard them whistle flirtatiously. I ignored them and kept walking, but they followed. "Why is a girl like you walking alone in the cold?" One asked, he looked around my age. "I'm trying to make a clean getaway, I just beat up my boyfriend pretty hard. He's probably in the ER right now." I lied to scare them off. It worked, they instantly speed-walked in the other direction. I smiled to myself, I love scaring off boys. After what seemed to be a hour I decided to go turn around, then I realized I was lost... Again. I summoned my phone to see the time, I was surprised to see it was 9 am. I must've estimated wrong. I looked at the nearest street sign, it read 'Newberry Avenue'. I'm pretty sure Sans' and Papyrus' house is on Evergreen Drive. Based on what I know about this area I was pretty far. Maybe I could call one of my friends to pick me up, now is a time I wish I knew everything that was in a car and how they worked. At least I know about the phone. I scrolled through my contacts, suddenly there was a hand on my shoulder. I yelped in surprise and looked to see the culprit, it was Sans. I put a hand on my heart. "You almost gave me a heart attack!" I exclaimed. "Heh, sorry. Didn't mean to scare you down to the bone." He winked after making the pun. I instantly giggled, a lot. Let's just say I LOVE puns. "G-Good one!" I laughed. "I didn't think my puns were that good." He said while chuckling as well. "Let's get you home, I know a shortcut." He said while leading me down the sidewalk. When we turned he suddenly grabbed my hand and a wave of wind rushed through me. Before I knew what was going on we were back inside his house. "Wha- how did you- What?" I asked, I was super confused. Did he have teleportation powers? "Just one of my shortcuts." He said while laughing at how confused I was. "We teleported didn't we?" I questioned. He nodded. "That's so cool! I've never met someone with teleportation powers, I wish I could do that." I exclaimed, he chuckled at my enthusiasm. "Papy isn't home right now, he's with our friend Undyne." Sans said while changing the subject. "Also, I wanted to ask you something." He added. "Hm?" I asked. "You said you ran away, why?" He inquired. I sighed knowing that one day he would ask. "My family despises monsters while I adore them, I couldn't stand to hear them talking about you guys like you were garbage." I explained, my family also never knew of my monster abilities. "I understand, but is that it?" He asked. I hesitated for a moment, should I tell him of my power? He seems trustworthy, he will find out eventually. "No, there's another reason." I said. He looked at me in interest. "I'm not exactly human like them." I said, well there goes your deepest secret. "Wait, what?" He was fully engaged in the conversation now. "You look pretty human to me, I also don't sense any magical power from you." He attached. "I can mask my power pretty well." I said while summoning a Coke can and opening it with my mind. "Wow, that's pretty cool." He seemed impressed. "Thanks!" I smiled. "Want to watch TV until Papy gets home?" He suggested. "Sure!"
