But they tell you to ship up,

They tell you to follow your dreams,

But they cut your wings,

They tell you everything is possible,

Yet...they make your life impossible,

They tell you they care,

But...to stand by your side when you start questioning life itself they don't dare,

They ask you to be brave and not to cry,

But...they don't realize that tears are your way to pain defy,

They tell you they won't leave you,

But...in the end, they always do,

They tell you they love you,

Yet...they don't think twice before your heart cuts through,

They tell you they are sorry,

But...in the end, we all know that's the same old story.

They bring you to this world,

with the promise of loving you,

They fill you up with lies that you can conquer the world, yet they crush every single dream, leaving you wanting

to fight no more...

Existence is a vicious cycle,

one you will forcefully live and

drown yourself in it,

You can't control what others do,

say, think, or act,

But you can control how you think,

see the world and react...

So don't just exist,

Live, laugh, feel, cry, smile, love and

do all the things you are supposed to do...

No regrets, no can't do's...
