Ellie's P. O. V

After a while, our skating night was over. Kyle and Rach were going to drive Liz, while Tyler was driving me home. After me and Tyler said bye to the the rest of the gang we hopped into his car.

Tyler seemed nervous but I didn't know why. He was squeezing the driving wheel every now and then as he seemed to be thinking intensely about something.

"Tyler are you okay?" I asked worriedly.

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine. Why wouldn't I be? Everything is absolutely okay" He said even more nervously.

"Are you sure?" I asked again.

"Yes.. Yeah" He said and of course I didn't believe him but I dropped it. After that we didn't talk till we arrived to my house.

"Thank you for driving me. See you tomorrow" I said as I held the door's knob. But before I could take any action he spoke.

"Ellie, wait" He called.

"What's wrong?" I asked calmly.

"There is something I need to ask you about" He said.

"Go ahead, I'm all ears" I said.

"Would you.. uh would you.." He said.

"Would I?" I asked confusedly.

"Would you.." He repeated.

"Tyler, you can spit it out" I said.

"I will, but before I do I need you to promise me that no matter what your answer will be, we will still be friends" He said seriously.

"I promise Tyler. Now spit it out now" I demanded.

"Wouldyouliketogoonadatewithme?" He asked so quickly with a low voice and I didn't even catch a word.

"What? Tyler, you're starting to get on my nerves. I didn't understand a single word" I said irritatedly.

"Would you like to go on a date with me?" He asked more calmly this time.

And finally, he asked.

"I would like to Tyler" I answered with a smile.

"It's Okay, you don't have to, I'm sorry I... what?" He asked with a surprised tone and expression.

"I said I would love to" I repeated.

"Did I hear what I think I heard?" He asked again.

"Yes and I wouldn't repeat what I said for a third time" I said sarcastically.

"Thank you for giving me a chance" He said as he smiled.

"I wanted to" I said as I smiled back.

"Are you free tomorrow?" He asked nervously.

"Yes, I am" I answered as I smiled.

"Then I'll pick you up at six, is it okay with you?" He asked.

"Yeah, it's perfect" I answered.

I looked at him for a moment before I quickly kissed his cheek and hopped out of the car.

"Oh my god! He asked me out!" I said out loud to myself.

I ran to my room and called my very best friend.

"Hey El" Liza said.

"Hey Lizy, I really really need your help" I said.

"Is everything okay?" She asked worriedly.

"Yeah everything is fine" I said excitedly.

"Okay, what's the matter?" She asked.

"Tyler asked me out" I stated.

"Finally! I can't believe one of you finally did something" She said happily.

"Yeah, but there is a problem" I said.

"Which is?" She asked.

"The date is tomorrow" I said.

"Where is the problem in that?" She asked confusedly.

"I don't have a proper dress Lizy, that's the matter" I said nervously.

"Really, Ellie? Your closet is literally full of dresses. Are you kidding me?" She asked seriously.

"But.. but they are old ones. I need a new one, please help me" I begged.

"I would like to but, I'm blind if you forgot. I won't be able to actually help you" She said.

"No, you are able to help me. You have the perfect taste in cloth, colors and fabrics. So you will help rather you like it or not" I said strictly trying to make her feel normal because she is normal.

"Fine, when do you need me?" she asked.

"Tomorrow.. all day" I said.

"So we're dropping out of school? " She asked. And I could sense a little bit of sadness in her voice tone.

"Yeah, sorry you won't see your prince charming" I said with a smirk.

"You know what? I've changed my mind. Now go and find someone that will help you instead of me" She said madly as I laughed.

"I'm kidding, I'm kidding. Why are you so mad?" I said sarcastically as I giggled.

"Why don't we call Rach?" She suggested.

"That's a good idea. I'll call her then" I agreed.

"Okay queen of sarcasm" She said sarcastically.

"Ha ha ha, okay Mona Liza" I said.

"No, you can't call me that" She said seriously.

"And why is that?" I asked suspiciously.

"Cause.. cause.. you can't" She said nervously.

"I will let it pass this time Lizy.. see you tomorrow" I said and hung up.

She totally likes Kyle.

I called Rach, told her about the date and she said that she's in. So, the three of us have a shopping trip tomorrow.

I went to pick up Liz and Rach before we headed to the mall. The first store we entered was named 'The one'. It had dresses only. We took a look but nothing was interesting.

The second store named 'Marline Monro'. It had casual and classic clothes but the classic weren't good, the casual were.

The third store was named 'La robe parfaite' (the perfect dress). This one was mesmerizing. It had the dresses organised with colors. I wanted a black dress so we went to the black section. There were a lot of good dresses which made it hard to choose

The first one was a simple black slim dress that reached my knees. It had a piece of fabric like a crop top on the basic dress that reached my stomach. It wasn't suitable for a teen date. It seemed more like an office dress. The second one was a short tight dress that reached my thighs. It had long sleeves but there were slits in them from the sides. It was nice but I didn't feel amazed. I tried a few dresses but all of them weren't suitable for what I had in my mind.

I was searching one last time when a dress caught my eyes. It was a short slim dress that reached my thighs. It's sleeves were see-through lace with black dots on it. I felt that it's what I've been looking for.

I showed it to Rach and described it to Lizy before she touched the fabric, and they liked it. I bought the dress then we went to the food court to eat something. When we were done we went back to my place.

When I got home I took a shower. Then I wore the dress, black heels and I matched a dark-red purse with it. Rach helped me with my hair while I did my makeup. I matched the lipstick with the purse.

"You look beautiful" Rach said when I was ready.

"Thank you" I said as I smiled at her excitedly.

"I'm sure you look awesome" Lizy said.

"Thank you girls, for everything" I told them before I hugged them both. Our group hug was cut by the doorbell.

"Shit! He's here" I said as I felt my heart skipping beats.

"Is she really nervous?" Lizy asked Rach sarcastically.

"Apparently, yeah" Rach answered with a smirk.

"I'm not nervous" I said confidently before the doorbell rang once more.

"Well, maybe just a little" I confessed.

"Calm down. I'm sure it's going to be a perfect day" Lizy said calming me down.

"Okay, I'm calm" I said as I turned around and started going downstairs.

"Have fun"

"Good luck"

I heard both of their voices yell as I reached the door.

I opened the door to find a very handsome Tyler standing in front of me wearing black shirt and trousers. And he was holding a bouquet of red flowers.

"Hey" I said with a smile.

I don't think he noticed me speak because he was examining me.

"Tyler" I said while moving my hands back and fourth in front of his eyes.

"Oh yeah.. Urgh.. Hi" He said nervously.

"You look really beautiful" He said honestly.

Actually his choice of words made me like him more. He could've said 'hot' or 'sexy' but he choose 'beautiful' which means he likes me for myself not for how I look.

"Thanks" I said as I felt myself blush a little.

"Those are for you" He said while handing me the bouquet of flowers.

"Thank you, they're very pretty" I said before I sniffed them. They smelled really good.

"Ehm.. Ehm" I heard Lizy's and Rach's voice.

"Oh, hi girls" Said Tyler.

"Hi Tyler" Lizy and Rach said in harmony.

"Tyler, can I have a minute before you both leave?" Said Lizy nicely but seriously at the same time. Which made me a little bit suspicious.

"Yeah sure" Tyler said confusedly. They went to the kitchen and came out after a minute.

I think that I probably know what she wants. Liza being my best friend Liza will probably threaten him to not hurt me. I'm sure that she'll say something like 'I' m blind but I can hurt you'. Which I don't mind her being protective over me cause I am over her.

"Let's get going" Tyler said after clearing his throat.

"Yeah, let's go" I said.

"Bye girls" Me and Tyler said in the same time so we looked at each other again and smiled.

He took me to an Italian restaurant named 'Buon Appetito' (enjoy your meal). It mesmerized me that he remembered that I really like italian food. We had a very delicious diner. Then we ate pastel macarons for dessert which is also my favorite.

We chatted about almost everything. And what I really liked that talking with him is just easy. I could do that for ages.

Sadly, after a few hours our date was over cause we had school tomorrow. So, Tyler drove me home.

"I had a really good time" He said softly as we stood on my doorstep.

"Me too" I said as I smiled.

"See you tomorrow" He said.

"See you tomorrow" I said.

He turned to leave but stopped and faced me again.

"There is one more thing I need to ask you before I go" he said.

"Which is?" I asked curiously.

"I know it might be too early, but I don't think I'll be able to wait any longer so, Would you like to be my girlfriend?" He asked nervously.

"I would love that actually" I answered warmly.

"Really?" He asked in surprise.

"Really" I said with a confident tone.

"Okay. Good" He said and I think I saw his eyes sparkle.

"Okay" I said as I smiled.

Before he could leave I did something that surprised both him and me.. I kissed him and he kissed me back. It was a short kiss but I felt butterflies in my stomach.

"Take care of yourself" I said quickly before I entered the house as fast as I could.

"Don't scream. Don't scream. Don't scream"I said to myself.

"Urgh, tonight was freaking amazing" I screamed excitedly as I jumped up and down.

It was the best date ever.
