“So, tell us all about it! Every single detail!” Emily chattered with a wide grin plastered on her face, giving Toby a small nudge. Everyone was around the big leather couch of the parlor. Spencer was glad the room was big enough to fit the entire sophomore class. Aria and Ezra were crammed between her and Toby, and she felt as if he were a thousand miles away from her.

                “The house…” Toby started to chuckle, and the room broke out with small chatter of people agreeing on how beautiful it was. “Pretty, right?”

                Spencer laughed, looking at everyone as she leaned forward. “Imagine being in the fanciest hotel you can imagine…”

                “Multiply that by thirty!” Toby finished, loving the way Spencer inconspicuously glanced at him from the corner of her eye.

                “Aww!” Melissa said mockingly with his signature smirk. “Look at you two, finishing each other’s sentences.”

                Spencer bit her lip. “Actually, we…”

                “Broke up,” Toby interrupted. Oops. They did it again. He had to bit his lip and look down to keep from giggling, for it clearly would have blown their cover. Luckily, Spencer spoke instead.

                “We decided we were better off as friends.” The lie simply rolled off her tongue, though in reality, for they were better off as a couple than they ever had been any other way. Briefly, they exchanged knowing glances, and simply hoped no one would notice.

 A/N: @Queen_of_Dauntless46 and I met Keegan Allen. He was so lovely and kind and asked me how I was doing. It was awesome and made me love him and the show even more. It was such an amazing encounter! Keegan really is one of the sweetest and kindest people in the world! I will never forget it and it will truly be something that will always put a smile on my face.
