"Avi, can we go to the beach tomorrow ?" Niharika asked while coming out from a hot shower.

"Avi." She called out again waiting for him to reply.

She walked to him and sat beside him on the bed.

"Abhinay, what happened ?" She asked.

Abhinay looked at her and held up a bottle of tablets. Niharika at an instance snatched the bottle from his hand.

"Where did you get this ?" She asked him.

"I stumbled upon your bag and this fell out. What are these tablets for ?" He questioned.

"They're just some headache tablets, Abhinay." She answered fumbling.

"Do you think I'm an idiot ? Niharika, those are sleeping tablets and I'm very well aware of that." Abhinay replied.

"Abhinay -"

"No. Don't give me an explanation. Why do you take them ?"

"It's just that Anisha's murder incident still haunts me. I get nightmares. I can't even sleep without them." She replied.

"Why haven't I told me about these so far ? It's been months, Niharika. You could've at least told me about these when you started to trust me." Abhinay said turning his back to her.
"I am very dissapointed, Niharika. I feel like I'm not trustworthy and reliable for you to share things with."

Niharika hugged him from the back putting her arms around his shoulders.

"It's not what you think, Abhinay. I trust you more than I trust myself. I'm so sorry. I love you, Abhinay."

He turned around and hugged her back.

"Since when have you been using them ?" He asked.

"For almost nine years."

"Are you crazy ? You know it's harmful right." He questioned seperating her from the hug.

"I do. But I couldn't even sleep. Sleeping pills were the only way. At times, even they don't work and I end up staying awake the whole night."

"From today, promise me that you'll never take sleeping pills."

"I promise."

"Good. Do you want to go to the beach now ?" He asked.

"Now ?"

"Yes. I bet you wouldn't be able to sleep tonight anyway. So let's just go out roam and probably when you get tired, you'll fall asleep." He suggested.

"But you need to get some sleep, Abhi."

"I'm not sleepy now." He said.

"Okay then. Let's go."

"This is so peaceful." Niharika said running her fingers through Abhinay's hair.

Abhinay was sleeping in Niharika's lap playing with the fingers of her other hand.

"What's peaceful ? Me in your lap or the beach ?"  He asked.

"Both." She said looking at him.

"Where do you want to go for our honeymoon?" He asked.

"For once, I don't want to go on a road trip. I want to go somewhere and relax and spend time with you. Just one place." She replied.

"Beaches or cliffs ?"

"Beaches. Let's go to Maldives ?" She asked.

"You've always wanted to go to Maldives right ? Even when we were young and even now and in your book as well."

"Hmm.. Afterall, white sands and corals are beautiful."

They both stood up and walked along the shore with water lapping at their feet under the moonlight.

"So, what's Sid's dare ?" Abhinay asked.

"He needs to lick chocolate off Prisha's face." Niharika said giggling and Abhinay joined her.

"Where do you get these ideas from ?" He asked.

"There's something called Google." She replied.

"Let's get some ice cream." Abhinay said pointing to an ice-cream cart.

They purchased an ice cream and ate it after which they went on a drive before they went home early on the morning.

"Good morning, everyone !" Sidharth howled like an RJ making his presence felt.

"Good morning, Sid." They all wished him rolling their eyes at him.

"Why are you guys so mean ?" He asked making a face.

"Because you're irritating, bro." Kabir replied.

"So, ready for your dare, Sid ?" Niharika asked smirking.

"Very much." He replied.

"Prisha, are you ready ?" She asked.

"Why do I need to be ready ? It's his dare." Prisha said.

"That you'll know now. So Sid, your dare is to smear Prisha's face with chocolate and then, eat it up without using your hands." She said.

Everyone but Prisha and Sid hooted.

"Amazing, Niharika ! The best dare so far." Alya exclaimed.

"Thank you." Niharika said bowing.

"Are you mad, Niharika ? It more of a dare for me than to him." Prisha said.

"Everything is fair in love and war." Niharika and Alya stated in unison.

"Here's the bowl of chocolate." Abhinay said bringing in a bowl to the dining room.

"Are you ready, Prisha ?" Sidharth asked smirking and rubbing his palms together.

"Yeah." She replied with a sigh.

Sidharth dipped his hand into the bowl of chocolate and smeared the chocolate over Prisha's cheeks and lips.

"Don't lick it off your lips. It's my dare." He teased.

"Shut up, Sid." She said trying not to smile.

"I swear, hadn't it been for the chocolate covering her cheeks, they would be crimson red." Alya said.

"I completely agree." Sidharth said inching closer to her.

He ate up the chocolate on her cheeks and then looked at her. She looked at the ground and closed her eyes. He slowly leant in for eating the chocolate, or in better words, for a kiss.

They came out of their trance when they heard the other four giggling. Sidharth and Prisha turned to look at them and found them standing with their backs facing them.

"If you both are done, can we turn back ?" Kabir asked teasingly.

"We're done." Sidharth said scratching the back of his neck.

When they four of them turned to face Sidharth and Prisha, they started laughing.

"What happened ?" Prisha asked.

"There's chocolate smeared on both of your faces." Abhinay said. "And it makes you look funny."

"We'll clean it up and come back." Sidharth said taking Prisha's hand into his.

"Come back, okay ? Don't get lost in your own world of romance and forget about us." Teased Alya as they walked up to their room.

"We're going to Manali." Prisha exclaimed in excitement.

"That's an amazing choice, Prisha !" Abhinay said.

"I bet Sid chose the place. It's going to be so cold there, that you both can't get out of your room and it'll be both of you locked up in your room and ahemm.." Niharika teased.

"Niharika, shut up." Prisha said glaring and blushing at the same time.

"Where are you both going, Abhinay and Niharika ?" Alya asked.

"Maldives." Cooed Niharika.

"Ooohh... Let's get some Bikini's for you then." Prisha said.

"Mad eh ? I'm happy with my shorts. I'm not going to buy any bikini." Niharika said making a face.

"You'll never change." Prisha said.

"Not even in your dreams." Niharika replied. "Anyway, what about you Kabir and Alya ?"

"Lakshadweep." They answered in unison.

"Damn.. These places are just so amazing." Sidharth said.

"I know right. So bookings done ?" Kabir asked.

"Yes. We're leaving in a week." Prisha answered.

"Out in five days." Abhinay said.

"Same here. Five days." Kabir replied.

"Let's go shopping !" Alya and Prisha screamed on top of their lungs while the others rolled their eyes at them.

So here's the update on Tuesday as I promised ! Here's an announcement. I'm pretty packed up with school and yet I'm trying to update regularly. So I need your support and motivation.
