|Third Person POV|

Sonic was whimpering and sweating, to his left was his husband and to his right was his sister Sonia, the two alpha's just heard the poor Omega in pain and rushed over to help him, it was time and the Doctor was just getting ready with a few needles on the table this was just medicine to help numb the area if needed. The husky was rather glad that a month ago they brought the hedgehog to the medical center in the castle, the blue hedgehog just had his ears pinned to his head, he never felt this much pain before in his life, the azure hedgehog just had his legs resting in the air spread wide.

The Husky just had some nurses walk into the room with holding towels and two blankets. "Okay Sonic, when I tell you push...Push, I know it's gonna be painful but I believe you" the husky said.

The blue hedgehog only was already sweating and teary eyed only nodded. "Ahhh!!" He screams when feeling a contraction in his abdomen at least he wasn't alone in this, but he was gonna feel rather sorry for crushing Scourge's hand because of all the pain he was in, in his abdomen, he just breathes heavily giving the green hedgehog a small squeeze on his hand, he can do this, he has to do this if he doesn't then him and the twins will just die in this castle and the blue hedgehog wasn't really to die yet. The blue blur let out a squeak when he felt a small pinch on his hip it was only the nurse giving him medicine to help numb the pain in his abdomen before they begin with the very long process. "AHHH!!" The azure hedgehog screams with another contraction this time a much powerful one.

Scourge who only flinched when his hand was squeezed by the blue hedgehog, he was just as nervous as the blue blur was and just as scared at the azure hedgehog was, he wasn't ready to lose Sonic if this goes wrong so he had to do his part with helping the blue blur with this labor even if it pains him.

"Three...two...one, Push!" The Husky said to the blue hedgehog in a calming manner. The azure hedgehog took a deep breath before pushing "AHHH!!" squinting his eyes shut as tears started to stream down his cheeks, he was slowly cursing up a storm in his own mind how much he wanted to kill Scourge, and how much this fucking hurts.

Scourge only squeezes his eyes shut at the intensity of pain his hand was getting from the blue blur squeezing it with all his strength, he was just biting his bottom lip to just keep back from cursing up a storm before of his hand getting squeezed to death, he deserved this so much though. After all the shit he put the poor blue hedgehog through and knocking him up, at least they are sharing the pain together.

"Breath, Sonic...take this time relax that was a big push, and your doing great" The Husky calmly said, as she started to massage the blue hedgehog's hips just to ease a little bit of the pressure and really make sure that the medication starts to take effect in that area to numb the pain. The blue hedgehog was feeling a little pressure on his stomach, causing the male to yelp a little bit, his breathing pattern had quicken a long with his blue fur getting drenched in his own sweat

"Push!" The Husky commanded. "AHHH!!!..." Sonic screams as he just started to sniff and sob, the medicine really wasn't helping with easing the pain of the contraction, the towel that was underneath his ass was drenched and coated in blood, the Doctor wasn't concerned about this at all since this was normal for a soon-to-be-mother to lose a lot of blood during this process, she just motions for the nurse to use the wet towel to wipe away the sweat that was on Sonic forehead.

"Hah...It hurts!" Sonic whimpers his ears pinned to his head and his vision blurry because of his tears just felt a thumb rubbing against cheek he knew who it was, cause the voice that followed afterward "I...I know, but your doing good Sonic..." the green hedgehog reassures the blue blur.

"Deep breath Sonic" The doctor tells the blue hedgehog who was struggling a lot already, he just inhales. "Push!" The doctor commanded. There was another scream of nothing but pure agony.

"F-Fuck..." Scourge mutters out, if his bones weren't crunching already he'd be surprised, he just knows after this was over he wouldn't have any feeling left in his hand.

"Push!"

Sonic just pushes with everything he got, the nurse doing her best with trying to help the blue blur calm down with every small break he got, she did give Scourge something to bite down on so that he didn't cause his bottom lip to bleed with him just biting down on that.

Sonic just breathing patterned was fast and heavy a bit shaken, he just yelps as he felt another pinch but this time on his inner thigh, and his arm the first was just medicine to help loosen the walls of his insides for a cleaner and harder force to help the baby slide out, they other was just medicine to keep the blue hedgehog awake long enough to continue pushing, the blue blur just blinks he was in so much pain that he just wish he could feel the contractions anymore.

"Push!"

Another agonizing scream escapes the blue hedgehog's mouth, that was now cover in his saliva. Manic and Sonia who were just standing outside of the door to the room were just pacing they could screams from their brother, which worried the two, and the Kitsune who was just pacing with them. The pink hedgehog who was just holding her husband's hand was a little concerned herself but she also knew that Sonic was brave and with Scourge she knew he was safe. The white bat who was just sitting on her husband's shoulder wasn't concerned at all of course she cared about the blue hedgehog but she also know that this was a price to pay when you have two morons doing it without protection. The red echidna was mostly worried about Scourge, he kind of felt bad for the green hedgehog's hand with all this screaming and sobbing the thought just made the echidna open and close his own hand as if he was there. The Queen was doing her best with keeping her own husband calm though she was worried herself as well, the blue blur just sounded as if he was dying in there this just only increased her fear of not wanting kids.

"That's it breath...your almost done, I can see the head" The doctor tells Sonic calmly as she just leaned down. Sonic only made a noise but he felt a little at ease when feeling the green hedgehog pet his head, his eyes despite his vision being blurry because of his tears darted up to look at the green hedgehog, well as least he was doing better than the Blue Blur was. The blue hedgehog just sniffs he was so much pain that he just wanted it be over "AHH!" The poor hedgehog screams feeling another contraction.

"Push"

The blue hedgehog lets out a loud agonizing scream as he just pushes with everything he has. The Doctor soon puts a little pressure on the blue hedgehog's stomach to help the baby come out making the azure hedgehog whimper and sob, out of misery, once the pup was fully out the tiny hedgehog was covered in blood it hadn't started to make a noise yet do to Sonic being the loudest one in the room at the moment, the nurse just got busy with getting the mucus out of the tiny hedgehog's system before cleaning it, but first they had to get the other pup out before the blue hedgehog could rest. "Ok...Okay...Take a break Sonic, You did really good" the doctor said with a smile underneath her mask.

Sonic only huffs he just couldn't relax when he was so much, he just squeezes Scourge's hand in a crushing grip pulling the green hedgehog closer to his face. Scourge just flinches at the tense pain he was feeling in hand but he eyes met a very angry pair of green eyes "I...hope your...God...Damn happy...cause you did this to me..." the blue hedgehog growled at Scourge before letting the green hedgehog go. The green hedgehog just blinks he didn't think he could be scared of his own husband but, he was now.

Sonic was just controlling his breathing, before he just yelps with a small contraction. So much of relaxing. "Three...two...one, Push!" The doctor ordered.

Sonic only screams, that was a mixed with a few sobs, he was really trying not to choke on his own sobs and saliva.

The magenta hedgehog who was standing outside the big double doors of the medical wing of the castle had started to clinch her chest in concern for her brother, the screams were just getting to intense for her but the doors were locked of course they were locked they didn't want any one unwanted guest just barging into the rooms to do something to the patients.

"I can't do this...God he must be in so much pain!" The magenta whimpered starting to bit her finger to help calm her nerves.

"Calm down Sonia...I'm concern to Sis...but I trust the doctor's and nurses" The lime colored hedgehog said to his sister.

"I understand Sonia, I'm scared to...but I know Sonic is brave and strong enough to make it through this" The Pink Hedgehog said to try and reassure the two siblings.

Before anyone could speak another word there was a louder scream of agonizing pain from behind the locked doors that was mixed with sobbing and pleads of it hurting, causing the two siblings to just pace fast in the hallway, the magenta hedgehog was the first one to start whimpering.

"Your doing great Sonic, I can already see the head...your almost done" The Doctor said to the blue hedgehog positioning herself to get ready for the second pup, the blue hedgehog only yelps when he felt a powerful contraction. "Last Push..." the doctor said before she heard the blue hedgehog take a shaken breath. "Push!" The doctor order.

"AHHHH!!" Sonic screams before pushes with everything he got. The doctor doesn't the same thing she did with the first tiny hedgehog she just eases the tiny hedgehog out of the blue hedgehog, there was some small squeaking and shaken whimpering from the second pup the doctor gently hands the pup over to the second nurse to get it cleaned up, after it was separated from the umbilical cord and the placenta likes it sibling.

"Good job Sonic...It's all over, just let the nurses finish up with making sure your pups are healthy and you can finally hold them" The Doctor said, cleaning up the blue hedgehog's abdomen and positioning his legs back into place after getting rid of the placenta. Sonic was gonna feel numb for awhile because of all the numbing medicine they had to put into his system on his abdomen.

Scourge just lets out a sigh in relief when he hand was finally released from Sonic's death grip he just moves his hand in an open and close motion to see if he still had feeling in his hand, it was numb but was still there, his attention was tired back to to the blue hedgehog who was still in tears, he just cups the blue blur cheeks "I'm proud of you babe..." he said starting to tear up himself. Before just kissing the blue blur on the lips to reassure the hedgehog it was over and that he did great.

Sonic just sniffs and kisses Scourge back he can feeling the other hedgehog starting to cry a little bit, the blue hedgehog was only glad that he actually survived it, he felt like he was dying, because of all the pain he was going through but now he can't feel his abdomen or his legs.

"Congratulations, You have to healthy and Beautiful, baby hedgehogs" The Nurse said holding both tiny hedgehogs were in wrapping up in a blue and pink blanket, she just hands the twins over to Sonic who shakenly took them in his arms the nurse only smiled.

Sonic and Scourge's eyes were meant with tiny teary eyes of their kids, the tiny hedgehog that was wrapped in the blue blanket, has green fur like Scourge but with purple tips on at the end of its quills the gave the green fur a small splash of purple hue, one long stripe that goes down to its forehead that yellow with very long bangs attached to the stripe, more stripes is on the tiny hedgehog that were as a blue color that was similar to Sonic's fur but there was a blend of yellow on the stripes, it's peach arms had a striped starting a the elbow and ending had its the color was purple, it's eyes were a bright a red color.

The tiny hedgehog that was wrapped in the Pink Blanket was a very light blue color, bangs similar to Amy's stripes on its quills were a mix of a light green and purple, it's eyes were mix matching, it's left eye was emerald green and it's right was a baby blue.

"T-Their perfect..." Sonic sniffs just holding them close, their quills were still to soft to do harm, the tiny hedgehog's only squeak as they were still adjusting to their surroundings.

"We'll have you two thought of names?" The nurse asked.

Scourge only looked at Sonic they really hadn't decided but, the green hedgehog just gave his finger to the tiny hedgehog that was wrapped in the blue blanket, Indigo was really going on him and the tiny green hedgehog just fit the name perfect. "Y-Yeah Indigo"

"And Starfire" Sonic joined in. The nurse didn't have to ask who they were talking about, she just smiled at the two new parents.

"Indigo Kai Hedgehog, and Starfire Moxie Hedgehog" Scourge finished.

"I get the birth certificate ready for both of them" The Nurse said as she turns to leave the two parents to bond with their kids.

"So much...pain...for these two...but I'm glad it was worth it" Sonic sniffs wiping the tears away from his eyes.

|Scourge's POV|

I just pick up my son, he was so perfect and just reminded me of both mine and Blue's super form. I just can't believe how tiny they are. My ear twitches when I heard a noise from Sonic.

I just put my hand on Sonic's head and rubs his ear. "You did amazing Babe...I knew you could do it"

Blue just tiredly smiled at me, it didn't really take him long to just past out on me, I don't blame him having to have been woken up by an extremely amount of pain and having to push for five hours.

I just picked up Starfire, she's just so beautiful, tho I do hope when she gets older her fur color gets darker in a way.
