i am not hating on her

she has some great works and stuff and maybe is original idk

what i am annoyed @ is her "how to wattpad" book

i saw a few of you guys commenting on there and there are so many things wrong with that book that may make u feel like you've been doing it wrong so i have some things to say

i) "ur author's notes should be short & funny no one reads ur author notes if they are personal or something that actually matters to you like what ur grandma got you for christmas. people read my author notes bc they are entertaining,"

alright

first off, the whole point of a/n's is to be able to connect to ur readers

if you can't be honest about urself, can't tell them about ur day, can't share ur opinions bc they aren't "funny" i mean that's complete bullshit

you do you my dudes, post a/n's as long as they can be and as depressing as you want them to be bc in the end people have a choice whether they want to read those or not so really, you aren't losing anything

ii) "i can't stress on how important daily updates are"
"i used to update 11 times a day, if i can do it, you can do it,"

this one annoyed me so much

because listen up, you are providing free books on the internet, contributing hard work and time and you're getting nothing in return except for self satisfaction

the LEAST you could do is take your time

daily updates ARE NOT important

look at me do i look like someone who updates daily??? i mean i do when i can but if i have important things to do, maybe i will just postpone it bc why the fuck not

and if she can do it that doesn't mean you can do it too that is so fucking ignorant

like if michael phelps can swim 85kms can i swim 85kms ?????? no?????

iii) "write in capitals"

literally all my books except "hookups" are in lowercase and MANY people on here have books in lowercase which are absolutely amazing

there were a few comments saying how people who write in lowercase are just "lazy" but they don't know that it takes a considerable amount of hard work to write everything in lower case

some people find it pleasing to read

a few paperback books have been published in lowercase and are doing pretty well

so it is completely your choice whether you want to write in capitals or not

iv) "don't change ur usernames or you'll lose followers"

if people enjoy ur work
appreciate u
are active and know what kind of things you put across the table

why in the world would they unfollow you ?

i mean if my name was taylorswiftisloveandlife  and suddenly i feel like i am more into let's say phan, why in the world would i keep up with my old username???

feel free to change ur username

i mean look at floodedlungs
she's changed hers a lot of times and i don't see her losing any

i think that's all i remember?? but it was so fucked up i hated it
