It was a dark, stormy night, it's like god knew how eerie this meeting was going to be. I was meeting a group of serial killers in a forest at night. No risk at all. At least they didn't just kill me. That was a plus but I don't know what they were going to do with me. I just had to get through it. After this I was gonna avoid all of the drama or at least try. But then again I said that earlier today and now I'm doing this. Hopefully they won't try anything sketchy.

I snuck out of my house and set off without waking anyone up. I made the walk I had made many times at this point with Beth. My trademark Karimor trainers were used to getting muddy and this wasn't any different. I walked across the damp grass to the forest entrance to meet up with the Proxies.

I walked past the familiar sign that simply said 'Syke woods' and before I walked past it a looked at the note I was given by the two men. And realised the you will soon join us part and I wondered what that could mean. Were they going to take me with them? Did they want me to become one of them? I didn't even know what a proxy was to be honest  I just imagined them as Creeepypastas but there was clearly something different about them. I was going to find out. No matter the cost.

I walked past the sign to the campsite where many fires had been lit and many wood had burned. I sat down on a log and thought really what I was getting into here. I was meeting Slender's proxies and I was going to get to the bottom of why I was or needed too.

After 5 minutes I got up and decided they was no point of being here when as I stood up a faint voice said to me.

"Wait right there child." It must be a proxy. I responded.

"Are you one of the proxies?" The voice stepped forward and shone a torch at me. This was followed by 7 others.

"We are proxies." They all chanted at once. It was as eerie as I expected. They seemed to have no control over themselves and if they did, they had definitely been brainwashed like I had said earlier to Beth. Were they being mind controlled? To be honest it wasn't unlikely at this point with everything that's happened. I muttered.

"What do you want with me?" This was my time to figure everything out.

"You know what we want with you we just need to finish the transformation.
You have abilities that master wants on his side." This was seriously confusing me. I had to ask the right questions.

"Why, what do I have? What can I do that anyone else can't?" I was just a 13 year old kid I couldn't exactly be doing anything special.

"You know what you can do. You have speed. You have stealth. You also have quite good fighting ability for a 13 year old." Were the proxies..complimenting me?

"So..does that mean..you want me to join you?" I had to be as careful as possible here.

They all said in chorus. "Yes child you understand. All you have to do is follow us. Come with us to the mansion and we can transform you." They knew how to do this. How many people have they brainwashed?

"Do you really think I'm gonna say yes to that? Well..YOU THINK WRONG BITCHES." I snapped for the second time in a week. This was a rare occasion. I screamed and roared at the mindless proxies. I threw punches and punches along with a series of kicks. And after I couple minutes of fighting back, the proxies were finished. I breathed heavily and realised what i just did. I had just wiped out 8 of Slenderman's proxies after they tried to take me to the mansion and tried to brainwash me into becoming a proxy. I needed to stay away from all of the drama for a while. Even though I've said that about 5 times I was going to avoid them this time. I had more answers now. Today was a big success.

I went home and got into bed. Preparing for the next day hopefully the next day didn't have as much drama to deal with.
