A stunningly beautiful crimson dragon perches atop some silken ropes hanging from the throne room, back smooth, and void of the vast wings she should've had. Golden and silver shimmers decorating her red scales just as beautifully as the jewels covering her body. Silky ropes draped around her body, skillfully using them to keep herself aloft despite being a wingless dragon 30 feet above the ground.

Pendulous is a rainwing silkwing hybrid born without wings or wingbuds, despite that she'd always loved heights. she performs for royalty, and decorates herself with a myriad of jewels and piercings. she cant fly so she's an expert climber. she has no shifting scales and cant produce silk but she does have rainwing venom and frills. She has a rainwing tail and legs, and a silkwing body and head.

Accessories: A golden septum, 2 rings on each talon studded with gemstones, a silk scarf, a necklace, 4 frill piercings (2 studs 2 rings), golden hornbands, a silver band on her back right talon, a golden bracelet on her left front talon, Silver earrings with ruby flowers embedded in them, two golden studs next to her eyes, and gemstones embedded in her tail.

Personality: she's very confident and often has a smirk on her face or a haughty aloof look and appears to only care about her beauty and performance, however she's not as shallow as she seems.
