Y/N: Hmm... What should I do?

Time passes so slow when you're not doing anything. Right now you're just laying around the Basilicom and pondering about a few things. Your flow of thoughts scrambled as soon as you heard a familiar voice.

Uni: Y/N, what are you doing?

Y/N: Nothing in particular.

Uni: Then would you mind helping me with a game?

Y/N: Sure! I've been wanting to do something for the past 1 hour.

Uni: T-That long?! Um... okay then. Follow me.

You got up the couch you were lounging and on your 2 feets. Uni went ahead and you naturally followed to the gaming room. As the name says it, this place is filled with a variety of games. Stretching from RPG to Sports. Uni picked a game and from the looks of the cover, it might be a FPS.

Y/N: What do you want me to help with?

Uni: Well, my squadron's base had been attacked.

Y/N: And you want to repay the favour, correct?

Uni: Exactly. We got to teach them a lesson for messing with the number 1 FPS player in Lastation.

Y/N: Wait, you're a number 1 player?!

Uni: Obviously! Feel free to praise me.

You chuckled at Uni's remarks. In your world, you weren't a number 1 player. But your skills rivals one. You didn't want to say that to Uni as you're too lazy to carry the team. But when you have a number 1 on your side, things should be easy.

Y/N: By the way Uni. Why did you ask me for help? You could've picked someone who has experience. Not too mention we're going to raid a base.

You hid the truth from Uni. Although you may be a pro in your world, the difference in the controls and players can lead to your downfall. So its best to keep your game play at a minimum.

Uni: It's okay. You're just there to fill the gap. In this game you need a minimum of 5 players in the same squadron to raid a base. I managed to call only 3 people to join the raid. The rest were busy or scared to do it.

Y/N: Are they that good?

Uni: If they were able to break through our defenses then they shouldn't be taken lightly.

The game loaded up and Uni quickly went to online mode as if she memorised the whole layout. The main menu popped up and from there, you could see the amount of players that had join her squadron rounding up to 50 players.

Y/N: Didn't you say only players from the same squadron could join the raid? How am I suppose to join?

Uni: Don't worry about that. Right now you're using onee-chan's account. Everything should already been set up.

Y/N: Okay, but what about the controls-

She passed you the manual as if she knew what you were going to say.

Uni: Everything should already be there. Read up while the game loads up.

You nodded in response. The game was waiting for players to join the raid. The main menu did show 12 people are online including me and Uni. You stared at the manual and looked through it quickly memorising each buttons functions. A pro gamer should always be able to get the controls of a game quickly. It was easier to memorise because the controls were the same with a FPS game back at your world.

Y/N's P.O.V

The game began the countdown starting from 15 seconds. During that period of time we prepared ourselves by selecting a class, taking a peek at the map, etcetera. Noire had already created a few classes but most of them consists of assault rifles and shotguns. I had no problem with her choice and picked the one that suited me most, rifles. The countdown ended and everyone had already start to make their move until...

<BOOM>

Uni: What the...

Our team had 6 people in it including me and Uni. One of them accidentally triggered a landmine. But what made us shock is they had an optical camouflage landmine placed at the beginning of the map. The landmine's wasn't devastating but had already put a number on our team.

Uni: Dang it, how careless of me.

Y/N: Don't blame yourself. We didn't know they would place a landmine right at the beginning. Either way, we're going to have to move forward.

Uni: You're right.

One player in our team had already been decimated. We moved towards their base with extra caution. Their base's yard is like a labyrinth. Up till now, no actions or traps has happened. But even so my eyes were more focused than the real fights I did with Noire. When we cotinued walking a sound was heard.

A turret popped up in our path and started shooting like crazy. Luckily there were 2 hiding spots both at the left and the right. We hid there with Uni on the right with 2 other people, while I was at the left with a teammate. Uni gave a signal to the whole team to wait. She threw a grenade at the wall and it perfectly ricocheted off the wall and exploded. The turret malfunctioned and disappeared from the fight indicating it's destroyed.

Y/N: Nice job, Uni!

Uni: Ahaha, thanks Y/N. We're probably not far away from their base so let's keep moving.

Y/N: Right.

I looked back towards the screen and unleashed my gamer mode.

Noire P.O.V

Jeez, where is Y/N? I haven't seen him all day. Uni is also nowhere to be seen. Recently they've been getting closer and closer. But isn't that a good thing?

Noire: (But if it's a good thing, why does my chest hurts?)

Neptune: Ah! Found you Noire!

I knew that voice anywhere. I turned around to see a girl with light purple hair and 2 D-pads as hairpins showed up. The most annoying out of all the goddesses.

Noire: Neptune?!

Neptune: It's not just me. Nepgear, Vert and the rest is also here too.

Noire: B-But what are you doing here?

Vert: Allow me to explain.

Another fellow goddess had appeared beside Neptune. She had long hair in blonde, wore a green dress. I wonder why all the goddesses from each nation had gather here?

Y/N's P.O.V

After a long and gruesome battle... Well, maybe not gruesome but you should get what I mean. We have finally made it to the front door. Uni did say if you manage to capture the base which is through standing in the main room of the base, we win the raid. Our job now is to locate the main room and capture it. Sounds simple right? But the traps in the interior are usually more deadly than the exterior. So you can expect 1 or 2 of our teammates are about to be shot by millions of bullets or lasers.

We walked through the front door and obviously it would be heavily guarded. An alarm went off and the door behind us was shut tight. The path in front of us was a "T" junction and we were at the bottom. Drones came out of both sides of the "T" and without giving us any chance, they began to fire rapidly. There were no covers making it harder to not get shot. Luckily, 2 of our teammates shot it down before it could do more damage.

Uni and the other player whose name is "Waifus4Life", scouted the corners of the junction to look out for more enemies. When they gave the signal, we who stood behind all grouped together and headed for the right direction. Although it's probably a better idea to split up and ease the search of the room, we didn't have enough members to use this tactic effectively. It's better to stay in a big group especially if you are surrounded by all kinds of danger.

There were all kinds of traps awaiting us but we managed to defeat all of them without a single blood spilt. It didn't took long for us to find the main room. We waited for our leader to give the next order. Uni went in first and we followed. There were a lot of drones, turrets and an automated robot guardian. So we readied our weapons and reloaded whilst taking cover from the heavy fire.

It was scary. You're surrounded by tin cans whilst shooting a barrage of bullets at you. We didn't have to kill them all. All we have to do is survive the onslaught for 5 minutes and it's a GG.

We were fending off the enemies quite well until the worst case had to happen. Most of us were low in ammo and it was past 3 minutes meaning that would leave us at least 2 more minutes left. If we die here than all of this would have been for nothing. As time passes our members began to lose HP at a rapid pace. When it reached the last one minute, the only ones that survived was me and Uni. We crouched under a table to hide from the enemy.

Uni: At this rate we're easy targets. Just a minute more...

I didn't want to do it and showed of my skills but beggars can't be choosers. I got up and ran to the other side while aiming the sticky grenade at the middle robot. This is obvious suicide but I managed to dodge the bullets by quickly sliding to the other side.

Y/N: 3...2...1...

<BOOM>

A.I: Congratulations! Raid successful.

By the time the grenade exploded the timer had stopped. A list appeared on the screen and showed the best players ranking. Number 1 was Uni and number 2 was me. Though it show, my points and hers are the same. Oh well, tough luck.

Uni: Y/N... How did you do that?!

Y/N: Did what?

Uni: You threw a grenade in an open area with no cover! You should have died! But instead, the opposite happened. The drones and guardians were using guns with high fire rate. The chances of dying are-

Y/N: I don't mean to be rude Uni, but I just did what I can. To answer your question, I just got lucky.

With that, I stood up, stretched my arms and headed for the door. The bewildered Uni was left behind. I just want to keep a low profile. I didn't mean to hurt her feelings if I did.

3rd P.O.V

Not long after you came out the room, you've been tackled. Unprepared, you stumbled and fell on the floor.

???: Sorry, I didn't look where I was going.

A girls voice could be heard. When you looked at who it was, she was wearing a combination of white and pink dress. The same colour scheme applies to the hat she was wearing. Someone whom you haven't seen yet. She also had long light brown hair.

???: Ram-chan! Are you okay.

Ram: Yeah... I'm fine. No need to worry about me Rom-chan.

Y/N: You know... I would appreciate it if you can get off of me right now.

Ram: Oh, sorry.

She got off you and went to the girl whose name is probably Rom. Rom was the splitting image of Ram (a.k.a the girl who bumped into you). Rom almost had the same clothes as Ram but only colour wise was different. She had white and blue on her dress and her hat, same coloured hair with Ram, only in short hair.

???: Rom-chan! Ram-chan!

Behind the girls came running another girl who had long light purple hair and wore something that looks like a sailor outfit in the colour of white, purple and yellow for the ribbon.

Uni: Who's making all that noise? I barely could- Nepgear?!

Nepgear: Uni-chan! Long time no see.

Nepgear walked towards Uni along Rom and Ram. At this point you felt like the black sheep so you left the area to them.

As you continued walking around the Basilicom. You received a call. You picked up your phone and looked at the number. You remembered this number. Without any hesitation, you picked it up.

Y/N: Yo, Professor. What's up?

Kira: Nothing really. I'm just calling you with the reason of informing you of good news. The swords we found yesterday are legendary weapons. Each sword has their own special abilities. I'll send a simplified report to you after this (Refer Info For Readers). We're still researching the relationship between each swords. Other than that, I've sent the sheath to a friend of mine in Lastation.

Y/N: Really? Well then, where is he?

Kira: She's not a guy. But don't worry, she'll find you so just rest your legs for now. My partner is calling me. See you later.

Y/N: Alright, see ya. Now, he did say a girl will meet me but at least specification or two wouldn't hurt right?

???: You're not going to need it.

Another girl showed up in front of you. Or should you say boy? You can't put your finger on it. Besides the girlish voice, he or she was wearing a black uniform with a blue tie and had short silver hair. You just assumed the voice he had was because of him not getting puberty yet.

Y/N: Um... sorry but I'm looking for a girl who is a friend of Prof. Kira. So...

Kei: <sigh> Do I really have a boy's looks? Anyways, I am Prof. Kira's acquaintance Kei Jinguji. Do call me Kei. I've been recording everything you've done since you stepped foot in Lastation.

You shivered a bit thinking about a person stalking you.

Kei: Don't get the wrong idea. It's part of my job as Lastation's Oracle to supervise everyones activity.

That's quite the job for a young girl. Oh well, looks can be deceiving.

Y/N: Thanks for the introduction... I guess. I believe that's not the only reason you're here right?

Kei: Yes. Prof. Kira sent me an item and asked me to send it to you.

She showed the sheath for the swords at you. It had 6 slots which you don't normally see on a single sheath. It's black in colour. You accepted the gift and was about to try it out until...

Kei: But I do recommend taking a bath first before trying it out.

You blushed like mad before sniffing yourself a bit. You don't smell bad nor do you smell nice. Maybe because of the soap you used back at your world. It did say in the advertisement that the soap's effect last for a few days. At first, it probably looks like a lie, but who would've guess it wasn't.

Your school's blazer is a little bit dirty consisting of dirt and dust. The insides which is white probably changed colours without you even noticing.

Y/N: I'll do just that. But I have a question.

Kei: Even though I'm suppose to supervise activities in Lastation, I won't do anything perverted like watching someone take a bath.

Y/N: That's reassuring.

With that she took off. She's extremely cool and collected. It's no wonder she became the Oracle of Lastation.

Y/N: (Even if I take a bath now, I don't have extra clothes on me now. I don't even have money to buy it. This truly is a problem.)

Noire: Y/N?

Finally, you heard a familiar voice. You turned around to wave at the goddess of Lastation.

Noire: What's wrong? You seem kind of stressed out.

Y/N: Oh, so you noticed. Um... where can I buy some clothes?

Noire: Now that you mention it, you've been wearing the same thing since yesterday. And you haven't even took a bath yet.

Y/N: <sigh> No need to point it out.

Noire: Haha...sorry. But even if I told you where to buy them, you won't have any money to buy them.

Y/N: I'll find a way. I hope...

Noire: You truly are hopeless. Looks like I don't have a choice. I-I'll accompany you around Lastation. B-But don't get the wrong idea, I'm just escorting you so you don't get into trouble.

Y/N: Alright, alright. I'll get my swords first. Who knows when we might get attacked right?

With that you took off to Noire's room while Noire waited for you near the entrance. Meanwhile, 3 familiar faces peeked at the corner of the room.

Neptune: Nepu! Who knew our tsundere Noire could have actually made a friend with a guy. Right, Blanc?

Blanc: It is a rare sight to see.

Vert: I wonder where is this going to go?

Y/N's P.O.V

I was finally out for some fresh air. Of course, together with Noire. Like usual the streets are bustling. Even with the noisy surroundings, I can't help but feel this awkwardness between me and Noire everytime we go out. The most likely reason would be my inexperience with girls. Thankfully, Noire changed the atmosphere with a question.

Noire: Ehem. Y/N?

Y/N: Yeah?

Noire: W-Where have you been? I didn't see you the whole day.

Y/N: Oh that, I was playing a game with Uni. It was a close call but we managed to win.

Noire: Is that so?

She doesn't seem to be herself right now. I wonder what's going through her mind now. I moved my head closer to hers.

Y/N: You okay Noire?

Noire: Eh?! O-Obviously. W-Wait, what's with the sudden question?

Y/N: You don't seem like yourself. So I was worried.

Noire: Baka! O-Of course I'm fine. Y-You probably should get your eyes checked.

Even after that statement she went back to looking down. The angry Noire was way cuter than this. I want to do something to change that fake smile. As if a light bulb had lighted up above your head, you had an idea on how to change a frown upside down. You went behind Noire without making it obvious.

Y/N: (I might die after this but that smile is more than worth it.)

You grabbed Noire on the hips which made her snap back to reality. She glanced behind quickly to see my face.

Noire: B-B-B-Baka! W-What are you doing?!

Y/N: Sorry Noire, but I think it's time for you to say bye bye to dreamland.

I started tickling her hips. It was just a hunch but I thought she would be ticklish there and I was right Noire was starting to laugh.

Noire: Hahahahaha... s-stop it... hahaahaha... Y/N!

I ignored her beggings to me. At the past, my uncle would have done this to me if I ever felt sad or stressed. It always works out. So I hoped the same effect would happen on Noire.

Noire: Ahahaha...Y/N if you... ahahahaha... don't stop...

Y/N: Oh, crap...

<slap>

Noire's P.O.V

I transformed into Black Heart and slapped Y/N as hard as I could. Doing so had made him fainted.

Black: <pant> You deserved that.

It was also at that moment I realised we were being watched by everyone around.

Person 1: Isn't that Lady Black Heart?

Person 2: Yeah... and who's that guy?

Person 3: That's gonna leave a mark...

All kinds of people whispered and made all kinds of assumptions. My face was bright red. Ah! It's all Y/N's fault that this happened. Accusing him won't change anything. I better get out of here. I carried the unconscious Y/N, and carried him to a park.

Y/N's P.O.V & Timeskip

Y/N: <grunts>

I tried to wake up but felt pain flowing all over my face.

Y/N: What happened...

A minute of realisation before I remembered everything that had happened. I was lying on Noire's lap under a tree.

Y/N: Oh yeah... I got hit by Noire real hard...

Noire: It was your fault to begin with. Humph...

As my eyes regain their sights, a familiar silhouette can be seen. It was inevitably dark so I just had guessed it was currently night time.

Y/N: Good evening Noire.

All she replied was with a cute sulk. I'm glad she's back to her normal self.

Noire: Ehem. May I know the reason why you did that? Not too mention in... public.

Y/N: Your smile.

Noire: Eh?

Y/N: You weren't being your usual self. A little prank wouldn't hurt would it?

Noire: Well, it hurted you...

Y/N: I was aware of that. But even so, that was a small price to pay.

Noire: So you did all that just for me?

I nodded weakly. Noire looked suprised at my reason. I wonder why? Isn't that what friends are for?

Y/N: Hehe... although I thought today we would buy some clothes. Oh, well...

I tried to wake up but Noire stopped me. She placed her hand on my chest gently. Now I'm just confused.

Noire: I want to stay like this for a little bit longer.

Y/N: S-Sure...

But I guess it's nice. From this angle, I could see Noire's face with the background being the fully grown tree and starry sky. I'll carve this image in my mind and forever remembering it.

The End: Chapter 5: New World (Part Two)

Wow, things are going to heat up from now on.

Sorry for the late publish. I had to settle things in my school which kind of jammed my plot thinking. But I'm not going to use this as my reason. I'm going to continue to write this even if I'm expelled. But starting from now, the publish will probably take a week at best for me to finish so I hope you'll forgive me.

Next, how was this chapter? Boring? Confusing? Rushed? Yeah, I guess I messed it up a bit. But hey, what I can tell you is I'm inexperienced. If you want more action, I might put it in the next chapter. We've been running away from fights and now that we have our sheath and weapon, might as well put it into good use, right?
