Y/N: W-Where am I?

I feel like I've said this over and over again. The room was familiar. It looks like Uni's room. My vision is still hazy but I can tell because of the obvious gun shelf.

Nepgear: Y/N! You're awake!

My vision started to clear when I heard Neptune's little sister's voice. The sign of a relief appeared on her face. I tried to get up but felt a huge pain on my back.

Nepgear: You should rest. Your body has endured a lot.

I looked down to see my upper body was nearly mumified. I layed down and tried to remember what happened. I remember being beaten up by Mebius. Well, he didn't beat me up. I just fell from the sky with the rocky floor being my cushion.

I heard the door opening and both me and Nepgear turned to see who it was in sync. Kei and Uni came in and Nepgear got up from her seat.

Uni: Y/N! You're okay. Thank goodness.

Kei: Someone was worried sick when she saw you unconscious.

Uni: I-I wasn't worried! I just wanted to know if he was fine. That's all...

I could only cry when I saw this. The three of them looked at me worried.

Uni: Hey, don't cry. J-Just because I said I was not worried about you doesn't mean I don't care about you...

She said with a blush on her face.

Y/N: I'm sorry for being unable to save your sister, Uni, Nepgear. I'm so useless...

Nepgear: Don't say that! You're plenty strong!

Uni: Yeah! And I'm sorry about what I said to you when you came back that day. I was just surprised. I don't expect you to forgive me.

Y/N: Noire would be mad at me if I did that.

We all chuckled a bit. Kei just smiled and exited the room. But before he did...

Kei: After you're feeling better again, go to the main hall so we can discuss our next plan of attack.

And with that he exited the room. The room is in awkward silence.

Y/N: By the way Nepgear, why are you here?

Nepgear: All the Oracle's here. Along with the CPU Candidates.

Uni: Lastation is the only nation where Mebius didn't attack. So it's a good place to make it our HQ.

Y/N: I see... Alright, let's go to the hall.

Uni: So soon?

Nepgear: Yeah, you just woke up. Maybe you're pushing yourself.

They looked worried. It's true, my wounds haven't healed completely but I can't wait a week just to plan our attack.

Y/N: I'm fine. And I'm not pushing myself so, don't worry.

I tried getting up slowly to avoid cracking anymore bones of mine. I walked slowly to the hall with both Uni and Nepgear beside me.

When I was there, I saw everyone being briefed on something.

Kei: Oh, you're up already. Are you sure you're okay?

Uni: We already asked him that but he insisted on acting tough.

I just laughed weakly.

Ram: Now that Y/N's here let's get to it already!

Rom: Pretty please...

Kei: Alright, listen carefully. Our briefing will be done by Professor Kira. His team has done quite the research so I hope everyone of you will pay attention.

We payed attention to Professor Kira whose getting near a giant monitor in front of us.

Kira: Some of you may already know who I am already but let me introduce myself anyways. My name is Professor Kira. But you can call me anything you like. I work as a researcher of ancient artifacts and relics. Although for now we have changed our job for this occasion. From my colleagues work, we have detected a massive amount of Share energy located in the center of Celestia.

Chika: We believe that's where Phantom Virus' base is located.

Nepgear: But how did he get up there?

Kei: He may have found another gateway to Celestia.

Kira: In the past, Celestia was just another dungeon like place. But after this incident, the place was infested with ridiculously strong monsters. We can confirm Phantom Virus is up there with all the CPU's.

Uni: What does he want from us?

Ram: Maybe some cliché bad guy things.

Rom: Most bad guys... are like that...

Kira: Whatever his objective is, we most stop him before something bad happens.

Y/N: You make it sound so easy...

Ram: Wimp! If Rom and I just transformed we would blow him away from Gamindustri!

Rom: Boom...

Y/N: But you girls already fought him haven't you? Not too mention Blanc was on your side. You still think you can win?

Ram and Rom just silenced.

Nepgear: I think it's better if we just stayed positive about it.

Kira: Ehem. In any case, there is always a way to solve any problems. Our main problem is his impenetrable barrier.

Chika: None of our attacks are effective against it... Whether it be physical or magic.

Nepgear: Then how do we destroy it?

Kira: It's simpler than we had thought. Y/N is the only one who could do this though.

Y/N: What do you mean? You saw none of my attacks proved ineffective. Even with 5 pieces attached, it couldn't even scratch it.

I'm just being negative this whole time. I can't keep a positive mind after going through that.

Kira: Demon. The blade Demon is able to absorb magic right?

Y/N: But only projectile magic.

Kira: Ever since it's statistics changed, Demon is now capable on absorbing any kind of magic. You just have to focus. The blades respond to only your orders.

I didn't even know I was capable in doing that. Kira is a genius. It's no wonder he became leader of a research team.

Nepgear: And once that's gone...

Uni: We can tear him apart!

Ram: Well then, you better do your job wimp!

Rom: I know Mr. Y/N can do it...

Mina: But even after his barrier is nullified, it might just be a matter of time before he's able to deploy it again.

Kei: And his offensive magic is not something we can look down on. Psychic magic. It's one of the many things we have to look out for.

Kira: That wraps up the briefing.

I breathed out some air. It was intense. It almost fell like we were soldiers going into war. But I play the most important role. I never liked being the person who will be targeted but beggars can't be choosers. When we were all about to have a nice chat, Grandvill came in with some bad news.

Y/N: What are you doing here?

Grandvill: On the TV. Then you'll understand why.

Kei turned the TV on. It was the gigantic monitor attached to the ceiling. It was the same monitor we used for the briefing. Mebius appeared on screen and I just bit my lips till it bleed.

Mebius Speech

Greetings fellow people of Gamindustri. I'm very sorry if I had interrupted your favourite program, but this will decide Gamindustri's future. As of now, all of you are probably putting your faith in one of the 4 Goddesses right? But why would you want to do that, if you could just worship 1. The 1 person who will rule Gamindustri.

In the past, there was this event called the Console War. It's where our Goddesses fight each other in order to obtain the True Goddess title. It's because of this some of you are fighting among each other on which is the better nation. Why do we have to keep on living in a world of fighting? I want you to witness all of the CPU's activities and decide whether they deserve to be called Goddesses or not.

Planeptune's CPU, or Purple Heart. She's been slacking off most of the time and didn't do any of her work. Lowee's CPU, or White Heart. She's been wasting her time with something that's completely irrelevant to being a goddess. Reading and writing fantasy books. Leanbox's CPU, Green Heart. Some of you may not know but she's been playing video games while letting the staff of the Basilicom do all the work. And lastly, Lastation's CPU. Black Heart. The ideal Goddess? Noire: You think I'll let you go after what you did to me?

The broadcast finished. I could feel my whole body trembling after what I saw.

I could feel uncontrollable tears flowing down my cheeks. The rest just looked at me with worried faces. I tried to run away but Uni stopped me by grabbing my wrist. I forcefully pulled my arm away from Uni. I ran outside the Basilicom with tears flowing like rain.

Uni's P.O.V

Uni: Y/N...

We all looked at the entrance. The cloud outside was gloomy. I'm afraid it might rain and with Y/N's current condition...

Kei: I didn't know Lady Noire did it with Y/N.

Uni: Can we really believe it? From all we know that might just be an edit.

Nepgear: But why did Y/N appeared? It could have been easily someone else.

The room went silent. I feel sorry for Y/N. He's been through a lot and yet Mebius still intends to make him suffer. I won't forgive him for this!

But then I felt my body getting weaker. Nepgear, Rom and Ram fell on their knees.

Ram: What's... happening...

Nepgear: My body... it's getting
... weaker...

Rom: I don't... feel so... good...

I also started trembling. It feels like standing up takes more effort than usual.

Mina: This is...

Chika: Our Shares...

Kei: 90% of our Shares have been transferred to Mebius...

People are worshipping him? Maybe it's because of that broadcast. The people now doesn't believe in us anymore.

Mina: At this rate, the CPU's won't be able to stop Mebius.

Grandvill: I have an idea. But it will take some time.

Chika: What are you planning?

Grandvill: Waking up some people.

I was sitting on a bench in the park me and Noire used to go. The rain pelted my body. It was cold. I could feel my body temperature lowering. It was a heavy rain.

Y/N: I failed to keep my promise... I made Noire cry again... I made her look like a slut... It might have been better if I just...

Grandvill: Found you.

I looked above to see the unarmoured Grandvill pelted by the rain.

Y/N: What do you want tin can?

Grandvill: The CPU's and I are going to fight Mebius. You coming?

Y/N: I don't feel like it.

Grandvill: But Lady Noire is-

Y/N: Can't you see I want to be alone?! I'm not in the mood for encouragement.

I looked down to the ground again.

Grandvill: I see. I guess I can't force you to come with us. But you can help me you know?

Y/N: Didn't you hear?! I said I want to be-

Unable to dodge the sudden punch by Grandvill, the bench I sat on was broken and I felt a massive pain in my face and body.

Y/N: What the Hell was that for?! Not too mention it hurts!

Grandvill: Does it? Well, I do need my punches to be at full power so I can defeat Mebius. You don't mind being my sandbag right?

Y/N: You-

He punched me at the face again knocking me to the ground. But he didn't stop there. He kept on punching me like some sort of punching bag. All of his punches show no restraint which means he's not holding back. At this rate I can die. Is he trying to kill me? I was knocked back to a tree. He punched me till I felt a crack in my head.

Grandvill: If you don't go, do you want to know what will happen to Noire? Since she's a goddess she's immortal. Think about it Y/N. He might use her for his sexual desire. Torture her. She'll live in despair for the rest of her life!

Y/N: ARGH!!! I KNOW THAT!!!

I instinctively took out Demolitions and placed it beside his neck. My eyes were fueling with rage. Even through my now bleeding face, Grandvill gave a smug.

Grandvill: Feeling better?

Y/N: I would be if you didn't punch me like that.

I saw myself smiling near a water puddle. I felt refreshed. I also felt more determined to take Noire back. Even if I failed in the past, I can't fail the present.

Grandvill: Here drink this.

He gave me a Nep Bull EX. One of the bestest potions there is. I drank it and all my wounds disappeared instantly.

Grandvill: Y/N I need your help.

Y/N: Of course you do tin can. What do you need?

Timeskip (Lastation's Basilicom)

Y/N: Are you sure this is going to work?

Grandvill: It's better than leaving the CPU Candidates to suffer. Besides we're going to need them.

I was about to give out my own speech. A speech that will turn the people's thoughts about the CPU again. I never gave a speech before but I don't have a choice now. I took a deep breath and said the words.

Y/N's Speech

People of Gamindustri. I know you guys must be wondering; "What's going on right now?". But I want you to hear me out right now. You guys must have realised by now that I was the person who was making out with the Goddess of Lastation. I'm not here to deny that. I'm here to support the goddesses.

Mebius is trying to take over our world as of now. He's using the power of the CPU's to attain that. You're also helping him getting closer to that achievement by putting your faith into him. I know he said he was creating a world where fighting doesn't exist. But when you look back, our life was already perfect. I don't think any of you had problems with your current way of living, right?

If Mebius were to take over, our life would change too. It may change for the worst. In my opinion, the Goddesses did their very best for their nation. That's how we all can live in a happy state. But the Goddesses needs their own time to themselves too. They're like us, humans.

I hope you guys can change your opinions about the Goddesses. I swear I'll bring them back to us.

Y/N's Speech: End

Grandvill: Wow, I didn't know you could be so philosophical.

Y/N: Shut up tin can. So how's the Shares?

Mina: It's better than ever! We didn't just recover their Shares. We got an extra more thanks to you.

Kei: I didn't expect someone like you to make this many Shares.

I blushed a bit.

Y/N: We can finally end this... (Wait for me Noire, I swear I'll bring you back and make you smile once again.)

Mebius' P.O.V (Celestia)

Mebius: HAHAHAHAHA!!! I knew you would be an interesting person Y/N L/N. You might just be the one.

Noire: Get us out of here!

Neptune: Yeah! Or at least give us a game to play. I'm dying of boredom here.

Vert: Can't you read the atmosphere Neptune?

Blanc: Typical.

Neptune: Nepu?! How is this my fault?

I trapped the Goddesses in a capsule with an anti-crystal being the power source. In my gauntlet holds the 4 CPU Core. I placed Histoire in a special cage where I'll be able to harness her power.

Mebius: Lady Noire. Tell me what you hold dearest so I can take it away in front of you.

Noire: Y/N will defeat you! You can bet on it.

Mebius: I'll like to see him try...
