"Y-yeah, I'll be there by 6:00 pm. Don't worry. Okay bye..."

He ended the call and hurriedly put the last toppings for his cake. Once it was done, he got the box, and carefully put the cake in it. The cake wasn't that big. It was a round cake good for two people.

He sighed in relief, and it was showed in his face how proud he was on his own invention.

"Oops! Its bad! I only have 30 minutes left!"

He ran towards his room, and prepares. In instant, he changed into his suit. He looked at himself on the mirror for the final check. But his eyes widened when he noticed the time.

He grabbed his things, and carefully carried the cake with him. On his way, he saw a flower shop. He hesitated at first because he was almost late, but he remembered what happened last year.

"We didn't do anything last year, and she made a fuss about it. Well, I'll just buy her favorite flower then"

Okamoto was embarassed while buying the flower, since it was out of his personality. Once he got it, he anxiously ran towards the rendezvous.

And there he saw you, looking gorgeous wearing your favorite dress. You were looking at the other side, not noticing him.

"(F/N)" he called you after calming himself. "Sorry, I am almost late"

You didn't respond and just stared at him. Looking at his unusual appearance. You noticed your favorite flower on his hand, and on the other hand, you knew exactly that it was a cake.

"Its fine. You still arrive on time" you responded as he slowly walk towards you "I see why you are almost late"

"Ah" he chuckled and handed the flower to you "happy 5th anniversary, (F/N)"

"Happy 5th anniversary, Nobu. Thank you" you responded, receiving the flower "let's go?"

He held your hand and led l you towards the restaurant you chose.

"We already have our desert" you chuckled staring at the cake Okamoto baked, while waiting for your orders "your newest invention?"

"Yeah, I baked it with your preference. And of course your favorite flavor." He answered turning a little bit red. You were sitting across him, and you couldn't help but giggle from his reaction "I hope the taste is good"

"Of course it will be good. Nobu baked it after all"

He held your hand, and caressed the back of your hand, admiring you on process

"You really are beautiful in that dress"

"You forgot this dress, don't you?"

"Eh?"

You clicked your tongue and smiled teasingly "You bought it for me last year. Since then I haven't had a chance to wear it." You reminded him

"Ah! I remember, that was because you were staring at it intensely. But you said that it didn't look good on you and so I insisted to buy it." He stared at you lovingly and with a gentle voice he added, tightly holding your hand "see, I am right. You look gorgeously beautiful in that dress"

You couldn't help but turned red from his sudden statement. You shyly nodded and hid your face using your other hand

"For now, I'll believe in you"

Your orders arrived and you enjoyed the meal. You shared the dish you ordered to him, and he did the same. The meat he ordered was a top notch that you were surprised that he chose it. While eating, you two were talking about his schedules, the events and programs he had. He also told you about his upcoming guestings.

"This is so delicious, Nobu! The sweets you bake are really delicious."

"Thank you. Its a very special day after all" he answered

You happily ate the cake he made, amd he was feeling proud and satisfied. He was taken aback when you suddenly asked him to open his mouth, and you will feed him.

He did what you asked and he was also surprised how delicious the cake was, in which you laughed from his reaction.

"You made it, why were you surprised?"

"I didn't expect it to be this delicious"

"Then I am expecting that it will be more delicious next year?" You asked that made him froze, and you felt a little annoyed from his reaction "What's with that reaction? There will be no next year?"

"That's not it... I am just happy that you are thinking next year already." He chuckled and wiped the cream on your lips with his thumb "of course, next year will be more delicious, and the year after that."

You loved how his voice became more manly, and your face was so red when he said it then licked his thumb.

"Nobu, I really love you."

"And I do too. We'll always celebrate our anniversary, and make more memories."

And with that, Nobu stood from his seat, and approached you, giving you a sweet, passionate kiss.

"Happy Anniversary"
