We were making pancakes when the door was knocked on. I went to go see who it was to see my beautiful friend,Skylar.
"Hey Skylar, are you okay?"
"I have something to show you because I've been keeping a secret."
"Is it the cuts in your thighs?" I whisper softly, her eyes flash.
"How do you know that?"
"A little boy told me last night. Came to my window and told me that and that you haven't eaten in three years."
"I want to eat again but food tastes disgusting now to me. That's what anorexia does to people."
"And why did you let yourself get the point of an eating disorder?" I ask softly, desperate for her answer.
"I was hoping to die without killing myself. Death from starvation." She replies, now her small figure shaking.
"We will do this together than." I tell her, bringing into a hug.
