She had curly blonde locks which went with her lavender eyes. Those eyes remind me of something, I can't put my finger on it.
She sat down by my side.
"Hi, I'm Skylar. I'm new to this school and I was wondering if you could show me around. Maybe even sit next to you on the bus." Skylar's voice was sweet and soft, but when she said these words it became frantic.
I grabbed my phone out of my pocket, going straight to my notes app. In the middle of typing out what I wanted to say, I glance up to see her.
Most people tend to think I'm rude because when they talk to me, I either grab my phone to type out what I want to say or grab a notebook and write what I want to say.
Skylar looked intrigued.
I hand her my phone so she would no what I wanted to say. She began to read it out loud.
"Hi,I'm Scar. Of course I will show you around and keep you company on the bus."
She began to type something into the phone, then handed it back over to me.
"Why can't you talk? Are you mute? I hope you don't think I'm rude by asking."
My hand began to cramp as
I typed but I ignored the pain.
"Yes I am mute, and no I do not think you are rude for asking."
Skylar kept the conversation through the app going until we heard the bus engine roar to a spot in front of us.
