As expected,reaching ali baran khan's place was a chaos.

Two uncles of Ufaq straight away showed displeasure on his arrival.
But the good thing was that both his grandparents were happy to see him,as they had grown old and missed their son who was no more,they were glad to see their grandson,his grandmother hugged him tightly wiping her tears and remembering his father.Ufaq was just still and meeting them like robots,he had no warm feelings for any of them.
He still remembered his father had brought him to live with them when he was young and no one showed any affection to him instead would taunt him that his mother ,a spoilt city girl had captured their son,and believe me kids never like people bad mouthing about their mothers.from that time onwards he never liked anyone of them.
Later there had been more dramas when his uncles had insisted his dad to divorce his mom ,when dad denied,they had a grand fight and kicked dad and Ufaq outside this same house.

Recalling all those bad memories Ufaq rubbed his eyes hard.mansha who was silently standing by the door could sense hurt in his eyes,he was just silently bearing the pain,his eyes were red with different emotions,she wanted to hug his worries away.

The trouble and double drama started when ufaqs grandmother's eyes landed on mansha.
After that,one couldent name it a drama ,it seemed more like a film. The old lady grabbed mansha's hand and hugged her tight giving lots and lots of dua's..

"Oh my grandsons bride!you are so pretty,come sit with your old grandma"
Her words left her dumbfounded while one of the aunts of Ufaq very distastefully stated.
"Same like his father,he also brought a bride by himself."

"Be quiet hira,i will not repeat the same mistakes as before,i have lost my son to our ego's but now I am very happily welcoming my grandsons wife into this family and no one will bother her at all."
Grandma ,Ali barans wife declared to everyone testing the limits of Ufaqs patience.

"She is not my wife,we aint married." Words were out of his mouth before he could ponder over them,trouble was here,everyone was silent now.

"You brought a girl with you,without having any relation!"
Ali baran khans thundering voice stilled everyone in the room.

"She is my boss's daughter,I am on duty to protect her,we got stuck here because of landsliding and having no other option as where to take her I thought I could count on you people but guess i was wrong."
Ufaq stated being blunt.

"And I thought you came to meet us,maybe you wanted to have good terms with us,I thought you had brought your wife along to meet your old grandparents,true we were wrong but what you are doing is wrong too."
Mr baran stated hurt.

"This is what it is! If you guys can give us refuge I will be absolutely thankful and if you cant,then I will leave just right now and ofcourse figure something out but never come back here."
Ufaq declared not showing a bit of mercy and mansha started feeling guilty,unwillingly she had increased Ufaqs problems.

"Is she Ali rehmans daughter?"
Mr baran asked in his thundering voice.

"Yes! "
Everyone seemed scared by mr baran who was very strong at his 70's but only Ufaq was the one who seemed the less affected.

"Daughter,can you call your father for me?"
Baran khan forwarded his phone towards mansha,
nodding she came and took the phone from his hand and started dialing her dads number.

"Talk to me,do not involve him."
Ufaq stated rudely.

"Its a matter about his daughter!"
Replying to ufaq in equally rude tone mr baran forwarded his hand towards mansha who was silently whispering on the phone talking to her dad who had picked up,telling him about the scenario that had taken place here.
Seeing mr barans strict eyes on her,she forwarded the phone to him and looked towards Ufaq who seemed stressed,tired and wornout,
ofcourse he had not had any sleep since previous day.

Everyone was dismissed when baran khan was talking with Mr Rehman over the phone,ufaq did protest alot but had to give up nonetheless exiting room,not forgetting to bang the door loudly.

Everyone was waiting outside the room for baran khan to come out and inform them about the decision.

I bloody knew,these people will never help me,but no! boss had left me no other option.
Pacing back and forth Ufaq was seething with anger.

"Calm down Ufaq,your rage is not making anything easy."
Gripping his arm mansha stated in a whispering manner but backed off the next instant seeing everyone's eyes on them.

"They are pointing fingers at us!,and you want me to keep calm " he whisper yelled.

"PREPARE FOR THEIR NIKKAH RIGHT THIS INSTANT!
mr baran came out of the room dropping bombs on their heads.

"What are you talking about??? Have you guys lost your senses? Cant you listen properly,she is my boss's daughter!!!!!!"
Ufaq yelled on top of his lungs.

"Talk to your boss then,as far as I am concerned i can not leave you roaming around and staying with a girl who is not in your nikkah( marriage)!"
Shoving the phone towards ufaq mr baran walked away taking long strides,everyone trailing behind leaving Ufaq and mansha dumbfounded.

Mr Rehman was still on the call listening to their conversations, coming out of trance Ufaq turned on the speaker so mansha could also listen to what mr Rehman has to say.

"I have agreed to it Ufaq,this is no time to get angry,think wisely, you and mansha are alone stuck there without any relation,it can surely raise fingers at you both."
Mr rehman tried to reason out,

"We can leave this place the mext instant and find some suitable motel or something."
Ufaq replied while mansha remained dead silent.

"Are you in your right senses Ufaq,you are going to take my daughter to a hotel,for god sake ! Be mature enough and realise that no hotel will rent you both a room even if you go for separate ones and leaving mansha alone can be a problem for her,we have to be careful."
Mr Rehman got aggressive trying to put some sense into ufaqs mind.

"Dad! Calm down,none of this is Ufaqs fault and how could our instant nikkah be a solution!"
Mansha broke her silence alas.

"Right now for you to stay safe mr barans house is the best place but he wont let you alone here with Ufaq unless this nikkah,he has his own values and cultures and we are unsure as when the roads will open and you both can come back."
Mr Rehman tried to put some sense into mansha's brain.

"But dad!,"

"No ifs and buts mansha,this is the need of the situation,have this nikkah done as mr baran says it but keep your distances,as soon as you guys will come here,Ufaq will divorce you and you will leave for england,thats it! And none of this is going to be said in front of mr baran,you both get me."
Not letting her speak Mr rehman stated harshly and turned off the phone.

In full rage Ufaq threw the phone away not carrying that it was his grandfathers while mansha was shocked and stunned,she couldent react,her dads cold words were haunting her ,if this was need of the situation then do hell with the situation,she couldent fake marry the person she had started loving so much!

"Ufaq this is wrong,they are trapping us!, lets just go."
Trying to control her tears she started shaking Ufaq who was lost in his thoughts contemplating on what to do and what not to.His eyes the colour of blood.

"If you guys have discussed enough and spoken to the girls dad, come downstairs immediately ,the preparations are nearly done."
One of Ufaqs aunt came informing them and left the next instant.
