After a few corridors Tris tells me that we are close to the hallway where her family and a few others have been waiting for us.

But when I see who the 'others' are, I almost turn back around and make Jeanine give that simulation back to me so I can lash out at my father with not another thought in my mind.

Yes, my father is standing right there, right next to Peter, along with Caleb.

How did this happen?

I look at Tris for clarification, but she's purposely looking away.

So I pick up my pace and whiz past them.

"Son.." He tries to grab me but I'm waling too fast.

We all eventually get outside and start to run so we can catch the incoming train.

I'm in front, not surprisingly.

I run for the train and feel the adrenaline pumping in my blood before I leap onto it and open the door.

I look back and see Tris's brother running for it.  Well flailing is more like it.

When he gets close enough I grab his outstretched his hand and pull him inside.

Peter jumps on without my help, as an act of rebellion I guess.

Then comes my father.

I look into his frantic eyes as he stretches out his hand for me to grab.  

But I don't grab it.

I stare into his eyes that look so much like mine and hope that he is reminded of all of the years he abused me and thought I'd never get him back.

Well guess what father, I have.

I grab his hand and pull him in.

And then there's Tris.

She's perfect, running next to the tracks like that, with her jacket flowing wildly in the wind.

When she gets close enough she attempts to jump but misses.

Lucky for her, I grab onto her arm and hold onto her.

"I got you." I tell her, and she looks at me with those beautiful blue eyes. 

Then I help her inside.

Once we are all situated inside the train we walk up to the opening and stand there, staring into each others eyes.

"What do we do now?" She asks me.  "We have no where to go, no faction that claims us."

I lightly touch her soft cheek.  "But we have each other, and that's all we'll ever need."

OMG GUYS THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE READS VOTES AND COMMENTS YOU GUYS HAVE GIVEN ME!  I never thought this story would go this far, but indeed it has, all because of you guys!  I can't believe it's actually over.  I thought for sure this story would be one of the those ones I'd end up deleting because it was getting boring, but nope.  It's over now, and it has a proper ending!
