I wake in the chair I went to sleep in.

How long have I been out?

When I try to move, I can't, but I must say, this chair is pretty comfortable.

I look around and see Jeanine and at least ten other Erudite guards milling around in the control room that is located in no other than Dauntless Headquarters.

All of a sudden I hear shuffling to my right.  But I can't move my head to see who it is.

Eventually, she comes into view.

And when she does, I don't know what to say.

It's the Divergent girl that is the reason why I'm here.  

If I could move, I'd strangle her.

Tris comes up to me and tries to get me to look at her, to wake up.

I guess the state I'm in looks like sleep to her.

"Four it's me.  I'm here to get you out.  Wake up! Look at me." She tries everything, but eventually, Jeanine comes in and spots her.

She springs away from my chair and stands by one of the pillars.

And all of a sudden I'm getting out of my chair and standing beside Jeanine.  I have no idea how this happened.

"Four!  Snap out of it.  You're in a sim." Tris says to me.

"He can't hear you."  I can feel her smirking.  "He's gone, and the world's better for it."

"How?" Tris asks, her voice catching.

Jeanine approaches her and says, right next to her ear, "Don't get me wrong, there's a certain beauty, in your resistance, a beauty we cannot afford."

She walks away from Tris and I feel someone behind me swiping rapid fingers across something.

Tris approaches me and puts her hand on my face.

"Come on Four, wake up." She whispers to me, lightly caressing my face.

Then all of a sudden I can move again, and only one thought comes to my mind.

Kill Tris.

I lunge at her with outstretched hands and wrap my strong fingers around her slender neck, knocking her into the pillar she was standing in front of before.

She grunts at my knocking her head into the pillar, but then she bangs her forearm into the crook of my elbow, severing my grip on her neck.  She then pushes me back and I stumble.

"Four it's me!" She shouts at me.  I ignore her and grab her arm and swing her around until she falls.

This is a fight I'll win for sure.
