Chapter 14

A/N: Sorry this one is short next one will be longer.  also sorry (not sorry) for the cliffhanger. XD If you are new here, Hi my name is Haley and I love cliffhangers

Killian tangled his fingers in Kassidys blonde curls deepening the kiss. At that moment he didn't give a damn who was watching and apparently neither did she.
Kassidy's lips tingled from the spiced rum on his lips.
Finally. She thought as though she had done something she had been meaning to do for years, when in reality it had only been a short few months. She pulled away to breathe. Killian's cheeks were pink, and she didn't know if it was from the rum or the kiss or perhaps both. He had a completely bewildered look in his eyes.
"Perhaps that was a bit too forward of me, Captain." Kassidy said with a small smirk. Killian was usually the one to make the first move, so to have her be the one to shove him into the wall and devour his lips like she would never see them again had only slightly stunned him.
His hook brushed the side of her face sweeping a curl away from her eyes. She didn't even flinch, she had trusted him that much.
"I don't think it was forward enough." He purred.
"How much more forward would you like me to be Captain?" Kassidy asked closing the distance between them.
His blue eyes darkened and his lips curled into a devilish grin.
"Just what kind of princess are you?" He asked.
"Have you not being paying attention?" Kassidy tsked him "Shame." She said and sauntered away from him back over to the table.
Killian shook his head in near disbelief. He looked around at the tavern full of men who seemed to all have their eyes on her. Of course they did, she was bloody beautiful, but he couldn't have that. She was his princess and his eyes were the only ones allowed to stare at her this way. He strode over and his Hook gently took her upper arm and he looked at his crew.
"I don't know what the bloody hell you are all staring at." He spat and grabbed his bottle of rum from the table.
"I'll be escorting the Princess back to the ship as she is for MY eyes only."
"Wait.. what?" Kassidy protested as Killian pulled her outside with him.
"Hey!" She whined. "I wanted to stay."
"And have all of those men in there stare at you like a common wench? I think not." Killian scoffed.
"The point was so they wouldn't see me as a princess anymore." Kassidy sighed.
"Love, you can dress anyway you want and they will still see you as a princess because that is what you are."
"But I..don't want to be anymore." Kassidy frowned as Killian led her to the ship.

Once on the ship Killian took her to his Cabin.
"I want to go back to the Tavern with you!" She huffed and then heard the lock on the door click.
"Who said, I was going back to the Tavern?" He asked and raised an eyebrow at her. "Why do you think I brought the rum with me?" He asked holding up the bottle.
"You're..going to stay with me?" Kassidy asked.
"Aye." Killian smirked.
"What of your reputation?" Kassidy asked. Killian took a swig of his rum
"To hell with my reputation." He mumbled and wrapped his arm around her waist pulling her to him.
Kassidy took the rum from his hand and tipped the bottle back.
"Easy love, or you won't remember anything about tonight." Killian chuckled.
"And what am I supposed to be remembering exactly?" Kassidy asked with a grin.
"Well that just depends on how far you are willing to go." Killian said as his fingers started untying the corset she was wearing. Kassidy sighed in relief as she was finally able to breathe.
"I had a feeling that was a bit uncomfortable love." He laughed. Kassidy smiled at him nervously.
"We don't have to do anything, If you don't want to." He said. "I may have given the wrong impression before and I may never forgive myself for that." Killian sighed.
"No. No.. I want to. Gods.. I've wanted to for a while." Kassidy admitted with a slight blush.
"I just.. Don't know how." She shrugged, embarrassed.
"And you are sure that you want me..to be the one who shows you?" Killian asked.
Kassidy nodded.
"I am..Killian, I know that we've had quite an interesting story so far and it's made me unsure of a lot of things, but this is one thing I am sure of." She said and kissed him. Killian pulled away and smiled at her.
"Well, love, you do know how to dance I take it?" he asked.
Kassidy nodded.
"Yes. but what does dancing have to do with..this?" She asked confused.
"This is a lot like dancing, you just need to pick a partner who knows what he's doing." Killian winked.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kassidy opened her eyes to the sunlight coming in the window. She smiled at the memories of her night with the Captain. She was a bit sore as she rolled over to find the other half of the bed empty. She frowned and sat up covering herself with the blanket. She listened for him and heard him yelling orders out at his crew. Kassidy smirked and stood from the bed finding her clothes. She dressed, and slid her boots on and walked out to the main deck stalking up behind her Captain wrapping her arms around his waist. He tensed and moved her arms and turned around.
"What are you doing?" He asked.
"Saying good morning." Kassidy smiled.
"So then say Good morning." He sighed. He was in a bad mood. "We are leaving in 2 hours so if you've got anything you need to do in town, best do it now. Take Smee if you leave."
"Why don't you come with me?" Kassidy asked.
"Because I've got better things to do then escort you about all day princess."
"Oh..Okay." Kassidy said trying to hide the hurt in her tone. Why was he being this way with her?
She reached up to Kiss him but he pulled away.
"What are you doing?" He hissed.
"What are you doing?" She demanded with her hands on her hips. Killian looked around at his crew.
"Not here." he said.
"What happened to, To hell with my reputation?" She asked mocking his accent.
"Oh, Stop acting like such a child!" He spat. Kassidy glared and slapped him across the face.
"I should have known better." She grumbled and turned away from him marching off the ship without anyone with her.

Kassidy walked around downtown. It wasn't that she needed anything well at least in the material sense, she needed to put as much space between her and the Captain as possible. She felt so hurt. After the wonderful night she had with him, to treat her so poorly now felt like a slap to the face. She'd given him every last piece of herself she had to offer and it still wasn't enough. He only saw her as a Princess, and his crews opinion meant much more to him than she ever would apparently.
"Stupid pirates.." She mumbled.
"Princess?" She heard a familiar voice behind her. She turned and saw one of her fathers men.
"James?" She asked. "You.. what are you doing here? You were supposed to return home."
"Oh. I did." He said, his expression darkened and he whistled. Kassidy's arms will pulled behind her back and she struggled to get away from whoever had grabbed her.
"James, Why?" She asked.
"In time Princess. In time." He said and gave a nod. Kassidy was hit in the back of the head and rendered unconscious.
