Chapter 6: Hospital Confessions.

I awoke in a hospital bed, and Pewds was right beside me. He jumped when he saw I awoke.

"Cry!"

"Hey Pewds, is my mask on?"

"No, it fell off when you fell down the stairs" he said.

I looked around for something, anything to cover my face. There was nothing around, so I just turned away.

"Cry why do you hide your face?"

"Because it's always based on looks in this world. I want so eone to like me for myself" I replied.

"But it's such a beautiful face. Your brown hair fits it so well too" Pewds said.

That shocked me. I was never told my face was nice, let alone beautiful. I just blushed at the comment. He giggled like a little girl, and I asked what made him laugh.

"Just you" he said

"Pewds, please stop toying with me" I begged.

"What do you mean?" he asked, cocking his head to the side.

"I mean, you and Marzia are together, and I like you a lot. So when you do this it confuses me and makes me a bit mad" I said turning away and muttering the last part.

"Cry...I..."

"Just, please, can I be by myself for a little?" I asked

"That might be best" he said.

That statement broke my heart. He pretty much just told me ~Get away from me~. It hurt but then again, I didn't expect him to want me afterwards anyway.

Author's Note: So I think maybe one more chapter. This is my lo gest running story and it only feels right that it should be the first multi-chaptered on to end.
