Moblit’s POV

I walked into the lab to find Eren and Hanji sobbing as they watched Armins lifeless body.I walked over to Hanji and grabbed her shoulder, she turned her head to look up at me and i saw the worst thing. The look in her eyes was horrid,i had never seen it before it was so unlike her.I put my hand out for her to take ,but she slapped it away.

“Squad leader you can’t be in here anymore,” i tried to reason with her ,” you are just putting yourself through hell if you stay when he is..”  my voice trailed off as she ran out of the room. I put my hands on my forehead as I followed her out. She ran down the hallway into her room and slammed the door shut. I rolled my eyes as i started to bang on the door.

“ Hanji please i am just trying to help you,” I pleaded as i waited for her to open the door.

I heard a creak as it slowly swung open.I walked through the crack to find Hanji sobbing on her knees.I made my way over to her and put my hand on her shoulder.

“It’ll be okay, no one else will get hurt. We’ll just be extra careful.” I whispered,trying to calm her down. Hanji let out a choked sob and whispered, “But Armin… he’s gone. I was teaching him….. HE WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY…” 

I let out a heavy sigh and rubbed her back. “No, don’t think like that, Hanji. You had no control over this. He wasn’t under your command when he- when it happened. Don’t blame yourself.”  I said slowly, before hearing her let out a soft yawn.

 “You need sleep. You need to rest this off.” I laid her down on the bed and turned off the light, kissing her forehead and closing the door with a soft click. 

I rubbed my eyes, being insanely tired but not letting myself sleep when there was so much to do. Trudging down the silent hallway, I tried to ignore the sobs and wails coming from everywhere, either for Sasha, Krista, or Armin, failing miserably. I turned into Hanji’s lab and saw a heartbreaking scene. 

“Eren, please, let me take the body…” Levi said, trying to drag Eren away from Armin’s lifeless body. Eren was a sobbing mess, screaming, “No! He’s my friend! He’s my friend…” I ran over and helped Levi take Armin’s body down, while Levi caught Eren and held him, trying to quiet his sobs and whispering things I couldn’t hear in his ears. Eren soon was silent except for small sniffs.  

I picked up the body, wincing at how small and fragile Armin looked, and desperately wished he was still alive. No matter how hard I hoped I knew that he wasn’t. No one could survive being hung from a ceiling, especially at his age. I sighed as I set him in the morgue next to Krista’s body. Then I walked back past the lab, peeking in at Eren and Levi softly talking, and went down to the mess hall. When I walked through the doors there was a crash and then all I could see was black.

Killer’s POV

The screams coming from the man in front of me  were like music to my ears, his pain was joy to me, and his tears made my insides turn.I wiped off my blade as i ran it across the skin that was in front of me one more time ,” So did you expect it to be me,” I said with a devils smirk as I set the blade down on the table next to me. Moblit coughed out blood before he shook his head no.

“I thought so, you always were the dumb one,” I scoffed as I picked up a  small hatchet from the table. I dragged it across the floor as I made my way behind Moblit, “and the dumb ones always get put to death. But this time it’s not just the idiots, it’s the evil bastards who ruined my life.” I pulled the hatchet back to get some momentum, and then I swung it towards his neck. I saw his head topple to the ground as the hatchet went through his skin.

“You deserve worse you heartless bastard.” I growled at the scarlet scene before my eyes, kicking the severed head across the room from where my feet were planted. 

“They’ll all get what they deserve.”

 Hanji’s POV

 I let out a yawn and rubbed the crusted tears from my eyes, sitting up and stretching, when I looked over and saw Moblit beside me. Deciding to wake him up with  a kiss, I leant down and pressed my lips to his, then froze. He was ice cold. Shaking, I pulled back the covers and my breath caught. 

“M-Mob… Mobl…”, I stuttered wishing I wasn’t seeing what layed on my left side pillow. My lovers head was nestled neatly on the pillow, a blood red bow was placed on the temple of his head. My scream was heard throughout the entire compound, “MOBLIT!” Soon everyone started piling into my room and surrounding my bed. I looked around to see horrified faces surrounding me. I saw some of the people I love start to run out of my room in tears, and I wanted to do the same.

“Hanji, get away from him,” I heard Erwin yell at me from across the room. I looked up to see him start to walk over toward me. I started yelling and screeching at the top of my lungs as he made his way towards Moblit’s severed  head. Erwin grabbed my arms and pushed them behind my back as he shoved me out of the room.

“GET YOUR FUCKING HANDS OFF OF ME YOU ASSHOLE,” I started squirming as I continued yelling at him. I broke free and ran back to my room only to find Mike in my way. I started to hit him, trying to make it through but I couldn’t. My knees collapsed beneath me and I let them slam into the concrete floor. I heard and saw people screaming and people rushing around , but I couldn't do amything.

    A few dreadful seconds went by beforw the worst part happened. We heard a screech from down the hall and saw a cadet in front of Moblit's room. I ran down the hall to find his body nailed to the wall with words surrounding it.

     "No.....no....no..." my voice trailed off. 'Help me squad leader'  had been printed across the wall with blood. My mind raced been anger and sadness, but anger won. I charged down the hallway to the mess hall.

     "ALL OF YOU LISTEN, " I screamed ,"to whoever has been killing our people....I will find you and put you fucking demonic ass in the ground"
