Naomi's Pov

"Man, this test better not be long." Simone said.

"The only reason you're saying that is because you wanna be alone with Ethan." Macy said and she blushed.

"Naughty Simone," Leanna asked. "Is he good?" She swallowed and looked away.

"You two haven't done anything, have you?" Macy asked and she shook her head. "Why?"

"I haven't wanted too." she said.

"With Ethan, have you seen him Simone?" Leanna asked. "How do you keep your hands off him?"

"Leanna." I hissed low and she looked down.

"You know what happened to me." Simone said low.

"Wait, what?" I asked.

"A year ago, a boy took advantage of me and now I'm just scared of boys," Simone said. "Ethan's the closest boy I've been too except Justice, Jake, and Aaron."

"Why didn't you tell me?" I heard Ethan's voice, I looked and I saw Aaron, Justice, Jake, and Ethan. All the boys had hurt and confusion, but Ethan had anger and hurt but more anger.

"Ethan-"

"No Simone, don't Ethan me. You lied to me, you told me you just wanted to wait and I had no problem with it." he hissed.

"Oh, so you didn't want to wait?" She snapped.

"I don't care what reason it was Simone, I would've waited anytime. I'm just mad because you lied to me," he said and Simone looked away. "Simone, look at me." she looked down and back at him.

"Don't even bother Ethan." she said and he grabbed her hand and she tried to yank away. He didn't let go and she kept struggling, but Ethan was stronger and he pulled her towards him.

"Simone, don't make me go Jake on you." he hissed.

"So I'm a thing people do now?" Jake asked.

"What's that suppose to mean?" Simone hissed.

"Look, I'll wait Simone but it's the point you lied to me." Ethan said.

"We just met, I didn't want to tell you." she snapped.

"Wow, even after what I told you?" He spat. "That's bullshit Simone." she flinched and looked at me.

"Ethan stop." I said and he turned his head towards me.

"Stay out of this." he hissed.

"Ethan, she's not me, you're scaring her," I said. "You gotta be gentle not what me and you are." He looked back at Simone who had tears in her eyes.

"Dry them Simone." he hissed.

"Ethan, please," she said and a tear rolled down her cheek. "I'm sorry, just calm down please." she wrapped her arms around him.

"Simone no," he said and pulled her off. "I'm not doing this babying shit, now suck it up Simone Grace." She looked down and wiped her eyes, I knew how she felt. She feels just like I do with Jake, I peeked at Jake. He had no flipping problem with this.

"You're an asshole Ethan." I hissed and he looked at me.

"Why?" He asked.

"Seriously? You made her cry Ethan and you're telling her to suck it up?" I snapped. "She's not us, Ethan Jake."

"Skye." he said sternly.

"Don't start, Dre would be saying the exact same thing," I said. "Look into her eyes Ethan," he shook his head no and I done my look. "Do it," he looked into Simone's eyes. "What do you see?"

"Fear," he said. "Hurt."

"I'm sorry, Ethan." she said.

"Hey sh, it's ok," he said softly and grabbed her hand. "I'm sorry." She yanked her hand away and shook her head.

"No, get off me." she said and he looked shocked.

"Si, come on." Ethan said.

"No Ethan, I'm done." she hissed.

"How are you getting mad at me?" Ethan spat. "You were the one who lied to me, who didn't trust me."

"It's not my fault he thought I was some girl he could use for pleasure and do like trash," she spat. "You don't know what that feels like." Ethan's fists clenched and his eye went cold.

"Ethan. don't do it, she's a girl." I said, Simone's face softened and turned to fear.

"You know what Simone?" He hissed. "You wanna know a secret?"

"Ethan, don't," I said and I got in front of him. "Don't do it," I jumped up and he caught me. "Ethan, not yet." He looked at me.

"Why not?" He hissed.

"What would Dre say?" I asked and he dropped me. "Ah," I landed on my back and sat up, I stood up. "What was that for?"

"I don't care what Dre would say." he spat.

"Fine, tell her Ethan, just tell her and when you get hurt it's gonna be your fault." I hissed.

"What's that suppose to mean Naomi?" Simone snapped and I looked at her. "Just because he tells me something doesn't mean I'm gonna hurt him." She got in my face.

"Ok Simone, back up." I said.

"Nah Mimi, we're so close but you don't trust me." she spat and pushed me.

"Simone, I'm not fighting you." I said soft but stern.

"Why?" She spat.

"Because, you're like a sister to me Simone," I said. "I don't want to hurt you."

"Yeah right." she said and got in my face again.

"Simone, just stop." I said and she slapped me, I clenched my fists and I looked at her.

"Naomi." She said.

"You know what Simone? Forget it, I know what kind of friend you really are." I spat.

"Naomi-"

"Save it Simone," I hissed. "I'm glad they were there to help you right?"

"Naomi, stop." Jake said.

"No, I'm tried of being nice to people and it just bites me in the ass," I spat and he grabbed me. "No Jake, let me go."

"Naomi stop," he hissed and I looked at him. "Stop."

"Jake," I snapped and his look hardened. "Don't look at me like that."

"Like what? Like you're overreacting?" He spat.

"I'm overreacting, how can you say I'm overreacting?" I snapped and I pushed him.

"Naomi, you didn't have to do that." he hissed.

"Well I just did, am I still overreacting?" I snapped and his lips pursed.

"Yes Naomi, you are." he gritted through his teeth.

"Do something about it." I said and he clenched his fists.

"Naomi, what happened last time you tested someone?" He hissed. "I won't last as long as Dre did, Naomi." I smirked.

"Oh really?" I asked and he closed his eyes and let out a breath, he opened them. "Trying to calm down?"

"I'm trying not to hit you," he said and had a tight smile. "It's getting really hard." I looked into his eyes and they were ice cold.

"Fine." I grumbled and pouted.

"Ok, stop acting like Casey when I tell her she's taking a nap." He said and he touched my cheek with his fingertips and I chuckled.

"You have girl hands." I said and he smirked.

"See Ethan, why can't we have that?" Simone hissed.

"Simone, will you shut up?" Aaron spat and we looked at them.

"Sorry." she said low.

"Aaron, don't talk to her like that." Ethan said.

"Someone has too." he snapped.

"She's a girl, baby." Macy said.

"You stay out of this." Aaron snapped and she flinched.

"I'm sorry." she said and got behind him.

"Guys, what're we doing?" Leanna asked and we looked at her. "One of you snap at me and I'm letting Naomi beat your ass."

"Well, we have a couple who has secrets, another couple who's as confusing as a corn maze, then a girl who's scared of a boy, and then you have the innocent ones." Justice said.

"We're family, we have to stop arguing." Leanna said. "I might be wrong about the girl scared of the boy."

"What?" Aaron asked and turn around to Macy who had her jaw and fists clenched. He shook his head. "Really, Macy?" The last thing I thought Macy would do, she did it. She slapped Aaron and it wasn't an easy one either.

"Don't snap at me and treat me like some puppet you fucking control, Aaron. I dare you to hit me back." She gritted through her teeth, she got in front of him and intertwined her fingers with him. He kissed her neck.

"Simone." I said and she looked at me.

"Naomi, I'm sorry I hit you." she said.

"It's fine," I said. "We gotta go before were late." I went to walk away but someone grabbed my wrist, I turned to Jake. He kissed me.

"Good luck," he said and smiled. "I'll see you after school." I nodded and we split ways.
