You okay? " He asked her in his deep voice pinning her hair behind her ears. Avni was continuously looking at him.

"Neil.. " Word came out as a whisper.

Vidyut shouted gaining her attention.

"What the hell is happening?! " He shouted while they looked at him.

" Who is that Avni? " He asked her again.

" He is my boyfriend! " She said to him with a stern face while Neil looked at her with a wide eyes. But continued to act.

"So it's not only me... You also cheated on me..and then why are you creating such big drama... ? " Vidyut asked her while Avni's temper was already in peak. Neil looked at him in so much anger.

"Just tell me a Word Baby.. I will smash his face " Neil said glaring at him while Avni was just glaring at Vidyut.

"Will you? " She asked Neil while Vidyut looked at her in shockness.

"Should I? " Neil parted away from her folding his sleeves taking his step towards him while Avni hold his hand.

"Let's not get our hand dirty.. By beating him.. Let's go Neil! " She said and hold his hand and took him with her.

They moved out and She stood there facing away from him while her hands were still in fist making her knuckles go red. Neil looked at her hand and then her, whose back was facing him.

He just moved near her and hold her by shoulder making her startle at first.

"Shh... It's me" He said while she stood still.

"Just close your eyes... " He said while she furrowed her brows.

"Just do it... " He said in a low tone while she did what he said.

"Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.. " He said to her while she did.

"Don't give any damn to those gazes... This is your life.. You did what you felt is right!... They are not gonna live your life... You gonna do... If you feel what you did was right... Then let it go everything freely and open your eyes... " He said everything in a go and moved a step back from her

While Avni listened to him and opened her eyes and turned to look at him. They were looking at each other. Somehow his words gave comfort to her. She just felt better seeing someone telling her that what she did is right.

"You said..We should never meet...but destiny had other plan I guess...anyways See you.....Again! ...You can thank me later " He said in a sarcastic way and stretched the word 'Again' and turned to leave but stopped when she spoke.

"Were you following me? " She asked him while he turned to look at her giving her a unbelievable look.

"Seriously?!!..I acted like your boyfriend...I helped you..But in return you ask me this??... Do you think I have no other job? " He rolled his eyes asking her.

"What are you doing here ?? " She asked him shrugging his questions completely.

"Do I have to answer your question? " He asked raising his eyebrow while Avni sighed and turned to go as she know he won't answer her question.

"Neil... " She heard someone's voice and turned to see a girl approaching him.

"Hey Juhi! " He said in a response back to her and they hugged each other casually. Avni looked at them and then looked away.

"Ohh.. You have your friend here?" She asked him.

"Ahh.. Yes..Maybe..No...Not really!.. She is just someone I know.. " He said looking at Avni faking his anger.

Avni just glared at him and left.

Few Days later

Neil was surfing through his phone waiting for someone. He just looked at the time and sipped his milkshake.
While that person came and sat in front of him.

"Tsk.. Tsk... Not punctual Ms. Mehtha.. I didn't expect this from you..." He said and started his job to irritate her.

"But I am quite surprised when you called me and asked me to Meet me... How did you get my number??.. Ohh  yeahh.. Riya is our mutual friend right! " He was speaking while Avni looked at him and didn't spoke anything untill he fully gets complete.

He cleared his throat seeing no response from her side and than again sipped his drink.

" Would you mind being a divorcee? " She asked him while Neil literally choked his drink to death. He was coughing continuously processing what she told.

"Sorry??.. Firstly I was your boyfriend and suddenly you want me to be a divorcee? " He asked her laughing at the situation.

"I am getting to the point!.. Let's get married... You and Me.. " She told him not beating around the bush. Neil opened his mouth to say something but she interrupted.

"Listen!!.. I did some research about you.. And I came to know that.. The girl who I met the other day is your family friend... Who your family wants you to get married and you are not interested too... " She said while Neil sighed as he knows who would have spilled this beans to her.

"I will take care of Riya later! " He murmured.

"Let us get married... For just few months... And just part our ways... Either the way we get benefit.. Like... After that our family won't even bother us... You also don't wanna get married neither I... It will be simple for us to do that and just go our way afterwards... What say?! " She asked him after explaining it to him.

"Why should I do that?!.. Like.. I can convince my parents... To delay this marriage vagera things ... " He said in a cool way folding his hand across his chest while Avni looked at him.

"Fine then...! " She said and stood up to leave.

"You give up so easily?.. Don't you? " He teased her while she just kept her bag in the table with a force making a loud noise.

"Then what should I do?... Should I kidnap you and marry?.... " She yelled in annoyance.

"Ohh Relax Miss! " He said and gave her a glass of water. While Avni as usual ignored it signing.

"You always make my temper rise and you know how much I hate you.. " She said him while he laughed.

"Don't laugh! " She added further while he controlled it. She still glared at him.

"Okay...okay...Let's do this... " He said to her.

"Really? " She asked smiling at him as she didn't expect him to agree this soon.

"Yess... Now tell me do you really hate me? " He again teased her

"Yess I do.. " Avni went back to her form again.

"Mutual feeling tho.. " He twisted his lips in response.

" Come up with terms and conditions and let's meet tomorrow " She said stood up taking her bag and then left.

"Rough and Tough! " He thought looking at her retreating figure.

The Next Day

They met at the restaurant again. While Avni took a paper again and kept it infront of him.

"Where is yours? " She asked him.

"I didn't bring it like this.. I can say though.. " He said to her while she nodded.

"Okay.. First things first... Do not invade my privacy... " She said to him while Neil looked at her suprised as this is the first things he wanna say to

" Same goes to you.. " He said it to her while she nodded.

"Secondly... Do not question me like a typical husband.. " She said

"Same goes to you... " He said to her while Avni nodded.

"Third.. Do not irritate me like you do now.. " She said.

"Same goes to you... " He said while Avni glared at him and spoke.

"Yeh kya same goes to you dialogue bolthe jaaraha hai... Have you prepared you own list or not" She yelled at him.

"Fourth... Do not Shout at me.. " He added looking at her in horror while Avni took a deep sigh and calmed herself.

"Okay... " She said and smiled at him and continued explaining to him while he did the same.

"And Lastly.. " Avni said and looked at him who was also thinking to say something at last.

"DO NOT FALL IN LOVE EACH OTHER " They said in unison literally shouting and looked at each other amazed with the sync.

Avni showed her hand for a high five while Neil gave in.

"And yeahh.. I would like us to move to a seperate place! " He said while Avni was really surprised by his statement.

"Is that okay?.. Like.. Will your parents.. " Before she could complete, Neil spoke.

"That my problem... You don't worry! " He said to her while she nodded.

"Good for me " She said to him.

" Then let's talk to our family and finalize everything.. " He said to her.

"Neil...Like.. Do you want me to meet your family first like that and all?... I don't have any problem.. Like some parents expect like that na.. Don't they? " She asked him in a doubtful tone.

"It doesn't matter " He shrugged it off in a go as like he cared less about his family Opinions while Avni just nodded suprised.

"Do you want me to meet your family? " He asked her in return as what she said was new to him.

" It's just my father so it's okay... " She said while Neil furrowed his brows. Avni understood his expression and chuckled.

"My Mom is no more .. " She spat back immediately not even gave him time to ask her about it.

Neil face turned blank hearing her.

" I am sorry " He said to her while she chuckled.

"  Please ah.. I don't like sympathy kinda things... "She said to him still smiling while Neil just sighed. After discussing few more things,they left.

....

They had Spoke to their family. Avni had difficulty in convincing her father as Vidyut was his choice and even he is his friend's son. Whereas Neil's family was more than happy as atlast Neil planned to marry as they wished. Both the family met each other and fixed their wedding. By each Passing days, Neil found Avni taking lots of stress. But she tried to hide it in front of him. They rented a home and had everything set there.
