Later at night

She got down from cab after feeling so tired and full because Riya stuffed her with lots of food saying she lost weight because she is missing Neil. She showered Avni with so much of love.

"This Riya na... I feel like I gonna burst.. " She complained.

" Riya is just like Neil... How can they cook so well?!... Woahh.. You are only physical absent but everything reminds me of you only Neil.. " She chuckled with a sad smile looking on the ground.

She sighed and looked up to find someone standing near her door. She couldn't able to see the face clearly. But it got cleared when she felt the person moving towards her. She just looked at the Person and wondered if it's a dream or reality

" Neil.. " She whispered seeing the person.

He immediately came and pulled her for bone crushing while Avni stood still couldn't able to believe her eyes. His eyes were closed hugging her tightly.

He broke the hug and looked at her.

"Neil... Tum yaha...How could.." Before she could complete, he spoke.

"Don't talk anything... Just don't... " He cut her off while she looked at him. He moved closer and cupped her cheeks..

" I missed you...I missed you like anything...It's just drives me crazy... These two weeks... " He told her looking into her eyes.

" I thought.. I could overcome you.. I could overcome feelings like you said... But No!... I can't... I cannot... I couldn't Avni.... I went crazy thinking whether you are missing me the way I miss you... Whether you are thinking about me.. Or you just moved on like you said... " He looked at her with teary eyes hoping what he said to be false.

" Look what you made me Avni... I couldn't even able to cook for myself... I lost interest in activities I did for you... Because everything reminded me of you... And that feeling is overwhelming for me... "

"Every time i try to distract myself... I only ended up thinking about you... Everyday I was hoping that it won't be hard for today... But It was everyday... I was desperately holding myself from texting you... Desperately holding myself from contacting you... But I couldn't anymore Avni... "

" These two weeks is more than enough for me to realise many things...and regret many things...It made me to realize how much I need you... How much I was dying to see you... How much I was dying to be with you... How desperately I want to hold you in my arms... And Regretted not confessing to you.... Regretted not listening to my heart... " She listening to his every words. She could understand he was speaking from his heart. She felt really happy that's it's not just her but he also feels for her the same way she do.

"Neil... " Before she could speak, he cut her off again afraid she will say something negative. He gained all the courage to pour out his feeling and he didn't want to interrupt in middle fearing he will lose this courage again.

"No!... Just don't Avni.." He said to her while she just looked at him.

" You came to me Avni... Asking me to marry you... I agreed... And again you came to me asking me to live like a couple... I agreed... I agreed with everything for you ... And now it's your time... Let me live with you... Let me love you....  Even it's okay if you don't love me back... Yeahh you can call me selfish...But  We were happy right being with each other... Let be our old selves... Let just be us... I really Lo.." Before he could say, she kissed him to make him stop from saying anything.

She broke the kiss and they looked at each other.

"I love you Neil... " She didn't became hesitant after realising how he feels. Neil looked at her while she nodded smiling with tears.

" I love you Avni..." He hugged her tightly

"I am sorry for not realising your feelings.. " They said in unison and broke the hug chuckling at each other.

Neil hold her by cheeks and wiped her tears.

"It's not only hard for you... It's so hard  for me too..." Avni said to him while he looked at her

" You didn't moved on from me right?! " He asked in a low tone looking at her.

"No... Maybe Yes.. " She teased him while he looked at her blankly.

" Pagal!... If I have moved on.. Would I have said I loved you.. " She chuckled while Neil smiled.

" Was it's been easy for you to be away from me? " He asked her again.

" Yess... May be No.. " She again teased him.

"Avi.. I am serious... " He told her.

"Should I say how much I missed you and how serious I am now...? " She asked him while he nodded.

She smiled and hold his collar and kissed him again saying how much she missed him while Neil smiled in between the kiss and hold her by waist kissing her back.

She broke the kiss and he touched his forehead with hers. Avni realised a thing just now and looked at him.

"You are having a fever? " She asked him as she felt little hot. She kept her hand on his forehead checking.

"Little feverish... But I am all better now... As I am with you... " He hugged her saying to her.

"Don't behave like a kid Neil.... " She broke the hug while he pouted.

"Come with me.. " She hold his hand snd took him in.

They entered their room.

"Waahh... I missed my room so much... " He said looking everywhere and just hoped on the bed looking at the ceiling making Avni chuckle.

Avni about to move but he hold her hand and pulled her while she sat on the bed.

" Let me get you some medicine.. " She said to him while he nodded in a No smiling at her.

"I am not gonna leave you anywhere... I am having a jet lag and I am so tired now" He said to her and before she could say he spoke again.

"Trust me Avni... I will be all fine in the morning... I don't need medicine... I need cuddles.. " He said with a puppy face while Avni chuckled seeing his puppy face.

"I am in lack of Vitamin U " He said to her while she smacked his arms.

"Such a flirt.. " She said while he laughed and they lay down on the bed and cuddled each other.

" Neil... Why you didn't confessed it to me... If you loved me back then? " She asked him, looking at him who was already looking at each other.

He smiled hearing her and his hands went and pinned her baby hairs against her ears.

"Hmm... I thought you consider this only as a fling like you said... It simply lead my thoughts to get burried that time... But you know how much I regretted it not confessing to you... I would have just confessed to it back then... " He told her looking into her eyes.

" I never really meant that.... " She said looking into his eyes.

"I know... " He smiled at her and caresses her cheeks with his thumb.

"And why you didn't confessed your feeling? " He asked her back while she looked down.

" I was afraid... That... You.. Don't feel the same way for me.... "She said to him while Neil lifted her face with his index finger making her look at him.

" I love you Avi... " He said with a smile making her smile widely. He just kissed her forehead and cuddled her again closing his eyes.

"You would have had fun after meeting your girlfriends there... " Avni asked him while he opened his eyes.

" How did you know?... Don't tell you had a spy... Then you would have saw everything right.. " He teased her back while Avni made a annoyed face.

"Do you want to sleep outside?... Like in the guest room... No may be outside the home ? " She asked gritting her teeth with a smile.

"I am fine.. " He showed his teeth and chuckled again cuddling her. Avni smiled widely feeling his presence beside her and closed her eyes to sleep.

Only they know how desperately they waited for this day to happen. She waited to feel his presence. He waited for to hold her in his arms. May be they need their time apart to realise everything. To realise how they value each other in their life. To realise how they need each other and most importantly how much they love each other.
