Avni was continuously looking at him who has been silent from Past 10 mins. Her hand was still on his hand. She couldn't able to ask him anything. She remembered that day when he yelled at her.

"You.. You should take rest... " She said taking her hands away and left. While he saw her going.

She stood on the kitchen counter holding it tightly. She went to the dining hall to clean everything.

After sometime,

She came back to find him siting on the bed after getting changed. She moved towards him having the Chamomile tea with her.

"Neil... Have this.. " She said to him and gave him a smile. While he took it from her and he found that it's the same tea that Avni prepared that day.

"When I over work myself.. This is the remedy that comes in handy for me to sleep... " She said smiling and about to go but stopped when she find him holding her hand.

She turned towards with smile hiding that she is worried.

"You need something Neil? " She asked him while he looked at her.

" Could stay here for some more time? " He asked her in low tone in hesitation  looking at her eyes. She gave him a warm smile before sitting beside him on the bed.

" I know it taste little bitter...but You should drink before it turns cold.. "She said to him while he nodded and started drinking.

He kept the glass on the table and sat beside her again.

" Sometimes...I.. I used to have nightmares.. "He said to her while Avni looked at him who was looking down.

" My Parents got divorced when I was 12 in age...Nobody were ready to take responsibility for me... And No one did too... They abandoned me... But my Bebe took responsibility for me and made me grow up...They will come and see me once in a while bit I didn't liked it though..I was always thankful for her to be there for me giving me both love of a father and mother... But that happiness only lasted for few years... She passed away when I was grade 10 leaving me alone like before... They had no choice but to get back together for me... I took a Part Time Job that time and tried to be as independent as I can... Then I got my scholarship to study in Paris.. And I left saying them that they no more need to stay together because of me...and I never returned to India after that... I had a good job and got settled there ..." He said everything in a go and sighed deeply.

"I used to over work myself...because I wanted to get rid of everything in my mind...By doing that...I eventually became a light sleeper...Though how much tired I get..i rarely have a deep sleep. " He added further

"I miss my bebe alot though.. " A tear slipped from his eyes while Avni just hugged him by placing his head on her chest embracing him in her arms.

" She is with you only Neil... " She said to him caressing his back

" I.. Want... To sleep... Peacefully... " He gasped.

" Let's sleep.. Okay? " She said to him and about to break the hug while he hold her tightly.

"Can we just ... " He stopped in mid but he wanted to stay like this while Avni understood his unsaid words.

In Response, she just hugged him tightly caressing his hair. She for the first time seeing him in this state. She don't know why, it really hurts her to see him like this.

"You wanna cud.. " She stopped in mid while he broke the hug and looked at her as he understood her unsaid words too.

He was just looking at her eyes while she did the same.

"Let..let me change.." Avni stood up and left to get freshen up and came back quickly.

She came back and found him lying on his side of the bed. She moved to her side and his back was facing her. She didn't said anything and just lyed down facing the ceiling.

Neil felt her presence. He don't know why he badly wants her stay by his side. While Avni just want to be there for him but she is hesitating too.

I just want her by my side...

I just want to be there for him...

He turned towards her side looking at her while she did the same. They were looking at each other.

"Would you mind... If we just... Cuddle? " He asked her after lots of thoughts looking straight into her eyes.

While Avni moved towards him in response and he just hugged her, cuddling her while Avni wrapped around her hands around him, having him in her arms.
