~Luna POV~

"Okay sorry, I'm what now?"

"Dead, my dear child. Your heart no longer beats and you no longer breathe." He says

"And you're allowing this?" I ask

"What?"

"You, my father are allowing for his dearest daughter to be dead?" I ask

"No dearest you shall live again. not yet but soon." He says

"Why are you doing this to me? I'm fifteen for crying out loud!" I say

"I know darling I know. I had to wait. Other wise it would have been awkward plus the custody battle would have been horrendous."

"Oh please, Natsu would have turned me over for an all you can eat buffet in two seconds if not sooner." I say crossing my arms

"Oh, and what makes you say that?" He asks

"Have you met them? They are Fairy Tails strongest family and then along I came completely magic free. I pretty much ruined the dragneel name." I say

"Well a name is a name and your real last name is Silva. Just like mine. Lyndon Silva."

"Well, part of your name sounds like you're a man the last half sounds like a girl's last name."

"My parents wanted a girl instead they got me." He says

"Sounds like a, you problem." I say

"Indeed."

"So anyways where am I? And why?" I ask

"Right now you're in a place called the rift. The place between life and death." He responds

"You already said I was dead." I state

"Your body yes but not your spirit." he replies

"So what do you want?"

"I want you to kill Natsu." he says

"Yeah okay let me get right on that, but first I have to burn a stack of books in Levy's front lawn." I say rolling my eyes

"No you're gonna wake up and you'll be under my control all of this will seem like a dream, but you remember nothing." He says before snapping his fingers.

I jolt straight up gasping loudly but hearing someone choke on a sob.

"L-luna?"

I look over to my right and see Gale. I tilt my head to the side seeing tears brimming in his eyes. He looks at me for a minute but then comes running over to me sliding on his knees and wrapping his arms tightly around me. I hug him back a bit confused as to what was happening.

"Um I'm happy to see you but what happened to the games?" I ask

"You don't remember?" He asks holding me at his arm's length

"I remember you in a fight then pushing you than waking up." I say

"Luna... You died. Your heart stopped three times. The last time for over ten minutes." He says choking up a little

"Then what happened? How did my heart start going again?" I ask

"Before you hit the ground the fight was over and Wendy, Aura, Sherria, and her son were doing their healing magic to get your heart going again it stopped when I finally showed up here. Polly tried everything she could but it wasn't working so I started CRP forcing your heart to beat and finally, your heart started beating on its own." He says

"I'm sorry. I must of scared everyone." I say

"Natsu included."

"I bet he was wishing for my death." I snap

"Hey, I know you two don't get along and you two go at each other's throats because of magic but that doesn't mean he would wish death upon you, you are still his daughter. And nothing in the world could change that." Gale replies and I roll my eyes

"He is still your father and no matter how much you two rip at each other's throats he will still love you, much like how Lia and I go at each other." He says before pulling me into a hug.

I return the hug for a while before pulling away when my stomach grumbles. I look over Polly and she hands me some food which I scarf down and then following it with water. 

"So um not to seem rude but can I leave?" I ask 

Polly nods and I head for the door leaning against the house outside as she and Gale talk in hushed voices.

"You have to keep her happy. I understand the saying happy wife equals a happy life, but these circumstances you must never let her have any negative emotions understand me?" Polly drills 

"Yes, I usually do, but why?" He asks both of us confused 

"Because she still has a lot of dark magic in her. Normally it would have faded or the mages magic would have battled it out, but for some reason, it still lingers in her body. Any and all negative feels only feed the evil and I don't know what will happen when they start to take over." 

I hear him shuffle and pretend like I was listening as I pick out the dirt and other random objects from my clothes. Gale soon emerges from the small house and smiles at me putting his arm over my shoulder. 

"I was thinking you would love a nice hot bath and I know how much you love my bathroom so how about that? While you bathe I can cook for you." He says 

"The last time you cooked for me I had so much metal in my mouth your mom thought I was trying to turn myself into a human magnet." I say and he grumbles 

"Well fine I'll pick up some food from 8-Island how about that?"

"Much better." I say smiling 

He rubs my head just before I spot Oki and Lily. They both see me and come charging at me. 

"Luna!" They both yell before they both tackle me. I hug them both. 

"I'm so sorry I scared you guys." I say 

"Us and everyone at the games. Even the team that Cj was on was scared! They kicked him right off and the magic council came and sent him off to jail." Lily says while Oki nods. 

"What that is something." Gale replies looking as shocked as I feel. 

"Yes, it is."
