After what happened with Shu and Kerindio, Shu went into the training room and...well...trained for a while. "Let it rip!" he yelled, launching Legend Spryzen into the stadium, but as he did, he remembered his dream when Kerindio helped, and Spryzen slowed down. Shu launched it again. "Rip!" He then remembered when Kerindio got hurt. "RIP!" he yelled loudly, shaking a bit as he launched, he also remembered when Kerindio got hurt. 

Shu then fell onto his knees, tears going down his face. "He's a guy now...but still...he's still the same girl..." he said quietly. (For those who forgot, Kerindia was doing an experiment and was turned into a boy, and is now Kerindio)  "I can't let anything bad happen to him...I messued up once, I can't do it again...."

Kerindio came in, seeing Shu. "You okay? Didn't get breakfast?" he asked. Shu froze, he gently wiped his face, grabbing Spryzen and standing up. "No, I got breakfast...I'm fine," he said, trying to leave, but Kerindio gently grabbed his shoulder. "You may have been threw that Red Eye phase, but I still know you, and something's up," he said. "I said I'm fine," Shu said, moving away and walking off.  "Hmm..."

One Week Later

"Alright team, listen up. We may have lost the team battles, but Theodeore from the Raging Bulls is going to set up these matches and will pick random bladers, we have some invetations," Wakiya said, getting them out. "The bladers in our team that will be on is Shu, Kerindio, and...THAT'S IT?!" Wakiya yelled, growling, Kerindio chuckles. "Don't worry, everything will be okay," he said. "But I wasn't in it!" Wakiya complained, Shu rolled his eyes. "It's not the nd of the world," he said. "Hmph, well...you two need some extra training," Wakiya said, and told everyone to get to training. "This'll be fun," Kerindio said, Shu and Kerindio trained for a while.

That night

Everyone was getting ready for bed. Kerindio wore a pair of shorts with no shirt. Shu had a t shirt and was in his boxers, he saw Kerindio and blushed. "U-um..." he starred at Kerindio's chest, Kerindio chuckled. "Like my six pack?" he asked, getting closer to him, Shu blushed more. "W-we need to sleep," Shu said, looking away. Kerindio grins, going and gently licking Shu's neck. "Do we?~" Shu bites his bottom lip a bit. "K-kerindio...we can't..." he said gently looking away, Kerindio gently turns his head to make Shu face him. "But I want to~" he said, gently licking his lips. Shu blushed darkly, his cheeks as red as his eyes. "I...I'm not rea- mmph!" Shu was cut off by Kerindio kissing him gently, holding him against the wall.

After a few minutes, the two pulled away, panting. "Maybe we could wait until a different night," Kerindio said, chuckling gently, letting go of Shu and heading onto his bed. Shu went into his bed.

[Shu's dream]

Shu was in a room, he looked around. "Shu Kurenai," he heard, he looked and saw Spryzen. "It's you..." he said gently, the two touched hands, fusing a bit. A few minutes later, Shu was in his apartment, and Kerindia was standing next to him, gently holding his hand. "Almost done Shu?" she asked gently, smiling gently. "H-huh?" Shu asked. "The spaghetti, you didn't forget did you?" Kerindia asked gently. She gets a fork and tries some. "Mmmm, sooo good! You have to become a cook when you're older Shu!" she said, smiling, she got some more. "Say 'ahhh'" Kerindia said, trying to feed him. "Uh..." "You okay Shu? You're acting strange...." Kerindia said, her eyes gently turning light blue. Just then, fire was surrounding them, Shu looked around, he then looked at Kerindia, and she was on fire. "Kerindia!" he yelled, trying to reach for her, she then turned into Kerindio, and he screamed in pain.

[end of dream]

Shu wakes up in a cold sweat again. "NO!" he yelled, panting heavily, Kerindio woke up, he looked at him. "Duuude, I'm trying to...hey, you okay?" he asked, Shu looked at him, hugging him with tears in his eyes. "I'm not letting anything happen to you," he said. "Shu...tell me about your nightmares," Kerindio said gently.
