(3rd person POV)

Sash saw the front door of Ravine's house open so he decided to take a look what's up inside. He has a bouquet of flowers in his hand as a way for him to court Ravine. Once he managed to barge in, he saw Selene drinking a glass of water at the kitchen.

"Selene?" He called, startling the daylights out of her.

"Jesus, Mary, Joseph!" She said before placing her hand on her chest and setting down the glass she's drinking from.

"Hey! It's me again." He smiled.

"Sir Sash, how did you even manage to get inside?" Selene asked in a bewildered tone.

"Um...you left the door open actually." Sash pointed out.

"Oh yeah! That's right, I just finished trimming the plants and I forgot to even close the door. Just don't mention it to Sir Vinny, I don't want to get in trouble." Selene told Sash.

"Don't worry, your secret is safe with me." Sash said to her.

"Anyway, what is it that I can do for you?" Selene asked him.

"I'm here to see Vinny."

"He went out with the kids." Selene replied to Sash.

"Oh, did he tell you where he will go?" Sash asked.

"They went to see the Olivia Rodrigo concert because Sir Vinny knows how much Ally adores that musician." Selene said.

"It's good that the three of them can unwind and relax every once in a while, considering Vinny is under a lot of stress right now." Sash told Selene.

"I heard that he's going to meet up with someone there though." Selene, being the blabber mouth that she is, has blurted to Sash.

"Really? Who is it?" The curious and intrigued Sash asked.

"Um...I don't really know who it is, he hasn't mentioned any names to me really." Selene tried to backpedal after realizing what she just said.

"Selene, by the way your face is looking right now, I can fully tell that you are lying." Sash said, with a slightly infuriated tone. "You do know who it is, right?"

"No, I really don't." Selene insisted.

"He's with Craig right now, isn't he?" Sash asked.

"I don't know, I said. I swear to God, he's very private sometimes." Selene denied to Sash one more time.

It didn't take long before Sash threw his flowers across the room in complete rage and stormed out of the mansion to confront Craig and Ravine. All hell is about to break loose now. "My God, it's too late. I am going to get fired now", Selene thought to herself.

(Ravine POV)

When the concert was over, Ally was skipping all the way towards the exit of the arena, completely ecstatic and satisfied that she finally got to see her idol perform in person. Meanwhile, Roman is walking side by side with me and Craig, asking him so many questions.

"So you're daddy's first boyfriend?" He asked.

"Yup!" Craig said.

"Have you been a good boyfriend to daddy just like Sash did?" Roman asked.

"No, I kind of messed up actually. I did something I wasn't supposed to do and it hurt your daddy's feelings really badly and that is probably one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made." Craig confessed to Roman.

"What did you do to daddy?" Roman asked and I was kind of stifling my laugh.

"Let's just say that it wasn't really the nicest thing ever." Craig said before ruffling Roman's head.

"You didn't beat him up, did you? Because if you did, I'll punch you in the face right now." Roman's face turned angry in a split second.

"No, no! I would never do that to him, of course but I did hurt him emotionally and it's the only thing that I regret the most in my life right now. It's my fault why your daddy and I separated in high school because I was selfish." Craig said to Roman.

"So are you trying to win daddy back again?" Roman asked.

"Kind of like that, bud." Craig laughed.

"If you ever hurt him, you'll answer to me, understand?" Roman threatened.

"Yes, sir!" Craig joked before we all made our way outside the arena to finally drive home. As we are trying to figure out where our cars are, I was surprised by the sudden appearance of Sash.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"What are you doing with him?" Sash asked back.

"For Pete's sake, Sash! We just went to a concert because Olivia Rodrigo is Ally's favorite singer. That's it. Why do you have to put malice in everything you see?" I said angrily.

"Because I don't trust that asshole." Sash said while pointing at Craig and Roman and Ally are just watching in amusement.

"Hey! Watch the language. There are kids here, goddamn it!" I exclaimed.

"Easy there, tiger! Nothing happened if that's what you're so worried about." Craig giggled.

"Stay away from him! He's mine!" Sash said after grabbing Craig by his collar.

"Says who? You? Shouldn't he be the one to decide that?" Craig said calmly with a malevolent smirk.

"You know what? You guys do whatever you want. I am not your babysitter and I am not going to tell you how to behave anymore. If you want to act like trash and tarnish your reputation with your despicable and immature acts, so be it. I don't give a fuck anymore. I still have my own kids to mind. I am out of here." I said before rushing to my car with Roman and Ally tailing behind me. The three of us hopped inside and fastened our seatbelts. I started my engine and began driving away from the premises, leaving Craig and Sash to settle the business that they need to settle.

"Dad, are they fighting over you?" Ally asked.

"Yes." I said.

"Between the two of them, who do you prefer to be with?" Roman asked.

"I don't know, Roman. I don't even know if I want to be in a relationship anymore. Life is hard enough as it is, and I am not willing to make life harder for me." I said.

"Isn't that a bit cowardly?" Roman said.

"What's cowardly?" I asked.

"You refusing to love someone just because of people's perception, who cares what they think? You're the one who kept telling us to follow your heart and this and that but you're not even going to follow yours just because you're afraid of people's judgment?" Roman said cleverly.

Wow! This kid really is intelligent, way ahead of his time and he's quite mature also. It makes me smile that I instilled the proper values in him. He makes the most valid points and he's right actually. Am I really willing to suppress my feelings and emotions just because of my fear of people's hatred and prejudice?

I have come a long way and I have to be unfazed by them or else, what I fight and stand for will be for nothing.
