Reyna's POV:

Reyna quickly left Rachel, not wanting her to see her freak out and dance like no one is watching. She quickly opened the Hades Cabin door, making it hit the wall with a 'thud'. "Well, hello Reyna." Nico said, not looking up from his book as he read it on his bed. "Why are you reading Paper Towns?" Reyna asked him. "Shhh. I am almost to the end. I must know the ending!" Nico said, Reyna rolled her eyes. 'Nico I am doing you a favor. The ending sucks." Reyna said annoyed.

Nico finished the book at that exact moment- either that of he just really hated to read. "Aw are you serious! It just-no! It can not end like this!" Nico yelled in frustration. Reyna suppressed her laughs at how Nico was reacting to the terrible ending."It's okay, author's are meanies." Reyna said, patting Nico's hair.

"Did you jut pet me? You know what- don't answer that. Anyway, how did the date go?"  Nico asked, wiggling his eyebrows. "Well, Di Angelo, to answer your question- it was amazing!" Reyna said, not being able to contain her excitement anymore. "Sorry in advance Neeks." Reyna apologized.

Nico looked confused, "Wait wha-" He said, but was cut off by Reyna squealing. 'This isn't like me. What is Rachel doing to me? I've turned into...Lacey!' She thought as she squealed. Nico was covering his ears. Reyna payed no attention to Nico's discomfort.

"Okay. What the Ha- my dad happened?" He asked her, Reyna smiling like an idiot. "Well, we went shopping." She said, holding up her bags. "I thought you hated shopping." Nico said confused, "she made it fun!" Reyna explained.

"What kind of fun?" Nico asked, wiggling his eyebrows once again. Reyna's eyes widened, "I really need to wash your mouth and mind out with soap." She muttered, "Nico stop being dirty minded, we just tried in outfits." Reyna said.

"Wait, weren't you guys getting coffee?" He asked, "We were supposed to. But then I got jealous." Reyna said, Nico looked at her- even more confused.

"What do you men and by jealous?" He asked, eyeing her like she was mad. "Well, Imayormaynothavesaidshewasmygirlfriendtoaladywhoflirtedwithherandshemayorynothaveplayedalongandcalledmebabeandthrnimayormaynothavesaidiloverherintheend!" Reyna said as quickly as possible.

"Wait what?" Nico asked, Reyna took a deep breath. "I may or may not have said she was my girlfriend to a lady who flirted with her, and she may or may not have payed along and called me bab-" Nico interrupted her, "Oh I know that part! I was just wondering- What! She called you flipping babe! Omg I ship it!" He said, Reyna looked at him.

'Who knew Nico was a fanboy..hm- you learn something everyday.' Reyna thought to herself. Nico caught Reyna's look and instantly stopped, he coughed. "That never happened." He stated quickly.

"Okay, fanboy." Reyna said, Nico glared at her. "Nope! Never in a milli-" Reyna cut him off, "you seriously just said you shipped Rachel and I. Face it sweetie- your a fanboy."

Reyna explained gently, Nico stared at her blankly. "Tell anyone and I will make sure you regret the day you went on that date." He threatened.

Reyna looked at him, "Listen Di Angelo- I already do!" She said, honestly she did. It wasn't because she hated Rachel- Reyna just thought he had freaked Rachel out, which resulted in her leaving quicker. (And because she couldn't contain her glee...yeah....) Nico looked startled at Reyna's response.

"And why is that?" He asked cautiously, "I-I think I blew it! I called her my girlfriend Nico! And I told her I loved her at the end, she had hurt in her eyes! Maybe it was disgust! She probably hates me! I mean come on wouldn't you not date a person who says you are their boyfriend when you were just trying to get menus!" Reyna ranted, Nico looked at her. "No Reyna I wouldn't- because it would show that he or she, mot likely a he. Would love me no matter what and is interested in me! Didn't you ever think of that?"

Nico said, staring at Reyna. Reyna stared back, it wasn't like Rachel's and Reyna's staring contest at Forever 21 though. Although, Reyna kind of wished it was, she wished she could go back and look at her soft,pink lips and those eye that drove her mad. Those eyes that she got lost in every time she looked at her. Her everlasting light in her eyes was attractive to Reyna and her smile lit up her world.

"-na! Reyna! Yo, earth to Reyna!" Nico said, snapping his fingers in Reyna's face. "Sorry, I was deep in thought. What was happening?" She asked, then there was a knock on the Hades cabin door. "Come in!" Nico yelled, and the door opened with a squeak.

"Hey Angel." Will said, smiling as he walked into the cabin. Nico's face lit up-kind of like Rachel's did when they saw each other. "Hey Sunshine!" Nico replied, his smile growing. "Hey Rey-Rey." Will said, waving at Reyna and sitting on Nico's bed. "Will get off my feet!" Nico complained as Reyna looked at Will annoyed. "Don't call me Rey-Rey, only Rachel can call me th-" She stopped in mid sentence, blushing a bit and continued- pretending she had never said anything.

"Only Rachel huh?" He said, Nico smiled. "Sunshine caught you there Reyna." Nico said, Will soon getting an identical smile (to Nico's) on his face. "W-what I meant to say was that- what is Will doing here? Yeah." Reyna said, trying to cover her embarrassment with a lie.

"Well if you want to desperately want to know- I am here to talk to Nico about his people skills." He said sarcastically, Reyna roller her eyes. "Will, I know that's a lie. No one can get Nico to improve his people skills!" Reyna said, "Hey I'm right here you know!" Nico said, pushing Will off the bed.

"Ow Angel! Why did you do that?" He asked Nico, Reyna looked at the couple as they looked at each other. "You never got off my feet and I can't feel them!" Nico said, Will looked guilty. "Sorry. I didn't mean to numb your feet." He apologized, Nico's look softened. "It's okay Sunshine. You can come up now Solace." He said, moving his feet toward him as Will plopped down on the bed.

"Oh yeah, while I'm here- how'd that date go?" Will asked Reyna. She sighed and plopped herself on a different bed, away from the couple. "What's wrong with her?" Reyna heard Will ask Nico. "She had a moment with Rachel that wasn't...so magical?" Nico tried to explain. Using really bad words to- but explaining no less. "What did she do?" Will asked, cautiously.

Nico and Will started to whisper for a few minutes before Nico had finally talked out loud again. "William Solace! You can't just- you know! It has to take it's course!" Nico said to Will, probably forgetting Reyna was still in the cabin. "Guys, while you discuss this whole thing I am going to the Big House. I promised Chiron I'd give a little report on how some of my Romans are adjusting. I'll be back."

Reyna lied, just trying to get away from the couple. "Where to go- for about an hour or so."  Reyna muttered to herself. Then- something crashed into her, sending both to the ground. Something being Rachel Elizabeth Dare.

"Hey." Rachel said, "Hey, sorry." Reyna apologized, getting to her feet then helping Rachel up. "It's fine, meant to dirty up these jeans anyways." Rachel said, Reyna smiled. "Well consider your wish granted." Reyna replied, taking some dirt and smearing it on the knee of Rachel's pants.

"Oh it's on!" Rachel said, getting competitive. Rachel got some dirty from the ground and smeared it on Reyna's shirt sleeve. "Hey, that was my favorite shirt sleeve!" Reyna joked, Rachel smirked. "Oh no! I am so sorry, I had no idea!" She said, putting her hands to her face dramatically.

Reyna laughed along with Rachel. "So, not to be nosy- but what were you doing out of the Hades Cabin anyway?" Rachel asked, "I needed a break from the darkness-dating-sunshine couple." Reyna explained. Rachel looked confused, "You mean Will  and Nico?" Rachel asked, Reyna nodded. "Well, while we are on the topic, what are you doing?" Reyna asked her.

"Well, I was bored.Went to find something to do." Rachel replied, "You still bored?" Reyna asked. Rachel nodded, "You'd think at a camp where you have to fight to stay alive it wouldn't get boring." She said, "Yeah, especially when you have camp activities- oh wait they were cancelled from war. We should really find a way to have more fun other than camp activities and training non-stop." Reyna said, "Yeah, I mean seriously, we are anything but normal!" Rachel complained.

Reyna looked at her, "Rachel, that's a good thing." Reyna explained. "And why is that?" Rachel asked, seeing what Reyna was about to say. "Well, to us-normal is the mortals unnormal...that is totally a word! And to them- their normal is our one way ticket to boring-ville." Reyna explained, Rachel shrugged. "True."  Rachel said, looking into Reyna's eyes.

Reyna quickly grew nervous seeing Rachel stare at her. She was afraid to stare back- but she kind of wanted to get lost in her eyes again. Rachel finally was out of her daze and her face turned red. "Um..S-sorry." Rachel apologized, "No, it's fine. Can we talk after dinner. You know, alone. In your cave?" Reyna asked, the awkwardness growing by the minute. Rachel nodded, avoiding eye contact- her face still red. "Yeah, sure. See you then." Rachel said, turning around and leaving quickly.

Reyna sighed when she realized what she had just done to Rachel- she had made it as awkward as possible between Rachel and her. She face palmed, "Why the face palm Reyna?" Leo asked, walking toward her. "Nothing Leo. You wouldn't understand."

Reyna said, "Okay. I'll jut have to get Percy into this- he usually knows what is going on, okay maybe not usually. But somewhat!" Leo said, walking toward the Arena. "Leo stop! It's just girl problems." Reyna said, it wasn't a complete lie- but he didn't use the right definition. He reddened, "Sorry Reyna. Um,deeply sorry?" He said,walking away quickly. Reyna swore she could hear him muttering about organic life forms.

'Yet another person I have made run away.' Reyna thought, she dragged herself to the Arena. She quickly got a sword and started to slash dummies- or what she compared them to were her feelings. "Woah, what's got you killing the dummies?" A kid commented, "Nothing!" Reyna said-well growled.

"What did they do to you?" Another commented as the dummy lost all it's limb and was still getting slaughtered as they spoke. "Nothing! Can't a girl just slash dummies apart continuously!" Reyna screamed annoyed. Everyone stopped and stared. She groaned and went to the dinner pavilion, she sat at the Hades table and put her head down.

It was pounding like crazy but Reyna didn't care- she just wanted to get away from people. Well- everyone but Rachel, but then again she may make it worse than she did the whole day combined!  She groaned again, her arms hurting from holding her sword. Reyna dropped the sword to her side and circled her wrist to stop the cramping- caused by her tightened grip.

She was sweaty and hurting but she still didn't move from the Hades Table. She heard footsteps behind her. 'Oh joy!' Reyna thought sarcastically. She didn't lift her head, maybe if she stayed like this they would leave her alone- thinking she was sleeping. However- she had no such luck.

"Reyna? Rey-Rey are you okay?" Rachel asked her, Reyna groaned- lifting her pounding head up. "I made today a half-bad day." Reyna said, yawning. Rachel had a small smile on her face, "Well how about we make it a good one? Come on- stand up girly!" Rachel said, pulling on Reyna's arm.

"Noo!" Reyna moaned, only to have been on her feet 2 seconds later. Rachel put her arm on Reyna, supporting the tired girl. "It's not even dinner, can't I just stay here. My head hurts, my feet, hands, and arm hurt also! Can't I just be left alone, or better yet go back to Camp Jupiter!" Reyna said, not noticing the tears and hurt that covered Rachel's face. "You don't mean that. Do you?" Rachel asked softly, Reyna finally looked at Rachel's face.

"N-no. I'm just in a bad mood." Reyna said, noticing the tears that clouded her eyes. The tears were quickly gotten rid of. "O-okay. Well, for starters- why are you in  a bad mood?" Rachel asked her, "Um. Well I have a crush and I made the worse mistake of my life with this crush. And now I'm pretty sure I ruined my chances." Reyna explained to Rachel.

"Well- maybe I can help with that. "Who's this crush you speak of?" Rachel asked, getting slightly jealous. "No one. Just drop it!" Reyna said, seeing this probably getting more awkward if she actually decided to be truthful. 

"Tell meeeeeeeeee!" Rachel said loudly in Reyna's ear. "No! Just drop it!" Reyna said, standing up on her own now. "Not until you tell me. I thought we were friends! Why don't you trust me!" Rachel said, tears were in both the girls eyes- each unaware of how much they were hurting each other. "Because it's hard for me to tell people!" Reyna said, Rachel looked at Reyna- getting angry at her. 'I'm not like other people!" Rachel protested.

"I still can't tell you! Can't you understand that! Please be like the other people just this once and leave it!" Reyna yelled, "I can't leave it if it' making you like this!" Rachel said, gesturing to Reyna. "Please can't you forget it! I don't want you to know right now!" Reyna said to Rachel, "But you've told me so many other things! What's the difference?" Rachel asked, "The difference is that I willingly told you them! If you were a good friend you'd accept this!" Reyna yelled, regretting her words nstantly- but it was to late to take it back. Rachel's eyes had fire in them, anger was clearly written in the flame of her emerald green eyes. "I-I hate you! I was a fool thinking we were friends!" Rachel screamed, pushing Reyna over the edge. "Exactly the same wish I had!" Reyna whispered, running away angrily.

She tried to stop the tears, she really did- but they escaped. The dinner horn rang (let's just say that...or was it blown? You know what it went into the ears of demigods...yeah.). Herds of demigods ran to the pavilion, one pushed Reyna down. Making her crash into the ground for the second time today. Tears filled her eyes, escaping more rapidly. No demigods- well except Leo (NO THIS IS NOT A REYNA X LEO FAN FICTION! HE HAS CALYPSO!), who helped her up. "You okay?" He asked, Reyna looked at him. "I'm perfect." She whispered, her voice wavering and cracking as she tried not to just sob onto him.

She ran away from Leo before he could see her like this more. She raced through the herds of demigods, getting an occasional "Hey!" or "Watch where you're going!" from a demigod as she bumped into them. She didn't stop though, she just ran to the Hades cabin. 

She choked back a sob as she opened the door quickly. Reyna- not wanting to be disrupted- locked the door. It was  also slammed closed and Reyna ran to her bed in the cabin. She grabbed a pillow quickly, just to make her cries not as heard. She finally was alone- and she cried into the pillow. She just cried, she had been strong for to long. She cried for the Romans that she had befriended (AND GREEKS!) had lost their lives for war, she cried for unwanted feeling of emptiness, she cried for her weakness- she really just cried for so many reasons she had stopped counting after 4.

Then, she heard a creak of the floor board. She looked up, her face wet with tears and her pillow looked as if Percy let it go into his dad's palace. Hazel looked at her, concerned- and it seemed the feelings for Reyna liking Rachel had been forgotten. "Oh Reyna, what's wrong?" Hazel asked softly- obviously she had never seen Reyna break down before.

"I-I've been s-strong for to long." Reyna said as she continued to cry in her pillow. "Um, it's okay sweetie." Hazel said,sitting down next to her and awkwardly putting her arm around Reyna. 'Rachel used to do that.' Reyna thought sadly, only resulting in harder sobs. She was shaking violently and was breathing heavily, shortened breaths to because she was crying so hard. 

"Reyna calm down, it's okay! We can talk about this...over coffee?" Hazel said- although it was more like a question. "W-we went out for c-coffee!" She said softly, tears still pouring down her face. Hazel saw this as progress, "How about you tell me who-okay?" She said gently. Reyna nodded, sniffling and her face wet with tears- still trickling down her cheeks.

"I-it's Rachel. We had a f-fight. I'll never see her again!" Reyna said, crying into Hazel's shoulder. Hazel gently hugged her, still fighting the awkwardness. Hazel let Reyna cry in her shoulder for a while, rubbing her back gently and sometimes just rubbing her shoulders. Soon enough- campers started leaving the pavilion.

Reyna's stomach was growling like crazy and Hazel was also hungry but they didn't move. Because 1- Reyna was to busy crying and just letting her walls down to care about her health and 2- Hazel wanted to be there for Reyna, she was finally over the 'she likes another girl' thing. Nico and Will had come back from dinner. 

"Reyna? What happened? Hazel, what's happened to her?" Nico asked- he was like her protective brother she never had. "She said she was being strong for to long and something about going for coffee?" Hazel said, as Reyna's tears increased. "Oh honey I know.." Hazel said in a motherly fashion- still rubbing her back in circles. "Oh no. I know what's wrong. No wonder she wasn't at dinner." Nico said, Will looked at Hazel.

"Um, Hazel you can go. We know what's wrong." Will said, Hazel nodded, Reyna got off of Hazel as she started to stand up. When Hazel- her human pillow- was gone, she went back to the actual pillow. Will looked at his boyfriend, but Nico didn't look back. Will gulped at his boyfriend's facial expression- it was plain murderous. 

"A-angel, let's just fix one problem at a time." Will said, trying to calm him down before they took care of Reyna. Who was not crying harder at their nicknames for their love had a chance and lasted(!). "You're right. Will help me bury Rachel's body once I'm done with her." Nico said, Will rolled his eyes.

"Not that problem Neeks. You know the problem with your friend who is like your sister- who is flipping crying. Holy Hera Nico opened your eyes fro your murderous-ness!" Will said, pointing to heart-broken Reyna. Nico (finally) listened to Will. He got next to Reyna, Will going to the other side.

"Reyna, Reyna your going to dry up like our old oracle if you don't stop crying." Nico said, Reyna laughed, and sniffled again. "Come on Rey-Rey smile for us!" Will said, only reminding Reyna of her fight with Rachel and how he would never see her beauty again.

Never feel her touch, and never have moments with her. Reyna's tears started to run down her cheeks. "Only R-Rachel-" She started to choke down a sob. "Could call me t-that!" She finished, choking down another sob. "Will, I'll handle this. You get the heart breaker." Nico said, Will nodded- and ran to Rachel's cave.

Nico quickly took the pillow from Reyna's grasp. Reyna instantly clung to Nico like a doll. Her tears had decreased, she was hiccuping only once or twice. A few minutes later Will came in the door with a blood-shot eyed Rachel."Now girls...Do whatever you do." Will demanded. They Reyna looked at Rachel, her cheeks were streaked with tears.

"H-Hey Rey-Rey." Rachel whispered, Reyna looked at her. 'Hey Rachey." Reyna whispered back.
