----********----

The sky began to cloud over about 5pm and the temperature dropped so we all headed indoors. I went up to Harry's bedroom with the intention of changing out of my bikini into some clothes, but after trying to untangle my hair with the brush I decided the only way to make myself look presentable would be to get in the shower. I switched the water on and spent about 10 minutes standing under the jets, replaying the day's events in my head. I still couldn't quite believe I was in the same house as 3 members of One Direction. I had loved every second of the afternoon.

I got out of the shower and dried off, and pulled on leggings and a vest top just as Harry stepped into the bedroom, still in his swimming shorts, and shut the door behind him. I smiled at him as he crossed the room towards me.

"Hi," I said, happily, tilting my head up and kissing him.

"Hi yourself," he replied, returning my kiss. "I've missed this."

"Mmmm me too," I said, running my hands up his bare chest to cup the back of his neck.

"Liam and Louis want to order some pizzas, is that OK with you?"

"Pizza is always OK with me," I smiled, and he pressed his lips against mine again.

I dried my hair while Harry had a shower, and was brushing it through when he emerged from the steamy bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist and his hair up. He pulled on a pair of black Calvin Klein boxers and I momentarily forgot what I was doing and stopped to stare at him, my mouth slightly open.

"Are you checking me out?" he teased.

"I am always checking you out," I retorted. "I mean, just look at you." I snapped my mouth shut as Harry chuckled. Just for once, could I not say exactly what I was thinking? At least I'd managed not to make any inappropriate comments in front of Liam and Louis. Yet. There was still plenty of time.

"I love... th-the way you do that," Harry stumbled, his grin sliding off his face.

"Do what?" I asked, too embarrassed at my own runaway mouth to look him properly in the eye. "Make a complete dick out of myself?" When he didn't answer I sneaked a longer glance at him. "What's the matter?" I asked.

He cleared his throat. "Nothing," he said, turning away and seemingly looking for some clothes. I walked over to him and slipped my arms around his waist from behind.

"Sorry," I muttered, hugging his back. "Please ignore my stupid comments. It wasn't a Harry Styles moment. It was just a genuine 'he's so sexy' moment. A moment of appreciation." Why couldn't I stop speaking?

He turned in my arms to face me and wrapped his arms around me, and I leaned my head on his chest, feeling stupid and shy all of a sudden. "Your heart's pounding," I murmured. He didn't say anything, but rested his chin on the top of my head. His heart continued to thunder in his chest, and reminded me of a drove of galloping horses.

We stayed like that for a minute, standing together with our arms around each other. I tried not to think about the fact that in just over thirty-six hours I would be heading to the airport to fly home; away from Harry and back to reality. Harry softly kissed the top of my head and I lifted my face up to his, and his lips landed on mine. His hands softly stroked my bare arms, causing goosebumps to break out all over my skin. I reached up and wrapped my arms around his neck, pressing myself up against him and he moaned softly into my mouth. He gently guided me over to the bed and laid me down, leaning over me, his lips never leaving mine and our kisses becoming more passionate. A memory from earlier in the afternoon flashed through my mind as he gently bit down on my bottom lip and I pressed my nails into his back. He moaned again, and I pushed him off me and rolled over so he was lying on his back and I was on top of him, my hair falling in his face. I tucked it behind my ear and he looked at me questioningly, a smile playing at the corners of his mouth. I kissed him on the lips again, then softly kissed my way down his neck and across his collarbone. I trailed kisses down his chest, smiling at the goosebumps that erupted along the way.

"What are you doing?" he murmured.

I rolled my eyes. Honestly. "What do you think I'm doing, Harry?"

He lifted his head and looked at me, his eyes slightly wide, and slipped his left arm behind his head. I reached his stomach and kissed his butterfly tattoo, stroking the leaves inked just above his hips, before hooking my fingers over the waistband of his boxers and carefully pulling them down. I could feel his eyes on me as I gently took his erection in my hand and squeezed him, before gently running my tongue all over his tip.

"Ohhhh..." he breathed. I moved my hand up and down, licking him, then gradually took him in my mouth and he closed his eyes as I moved slowly down his length, going as deep as I could without gagging. "Bloody hell Jess," he murmured. I sucked him gently and he groaned, and I began moving up and down. After a minute I sneaked a look at him. His eyes were half closed and he was breathing hard. My hair fell forward over my shoulder and onto his stomach, and I felt his hand gently brush it back over my shoulder again, before softly running his fingers through it. I moved faster and he took a deep breath. "Jess, I'm... really close..."

I was flattered that he gave me the warning so I could move out of the way if I wanted to, but to be honest I've never been one for leaving a job half done. I kept the pace going and a few seconds later his whole body tensed. He gave a short gasp followed by a loud groan, and I felt him release. I continued until his body relaxed and his head fell back, his breathing heavy. I inwardly high-fived myself.

"That was amazing," he breathed a minute later. "What did I do to deserve that?"

You exist, I replied in my head. I shrugged at him, smiling shyly and he smiled back.

"Harry are we ordering pizza or what?" Louis' voice shouted from outside the door. I jumped off the bed and Harry scrambled to pull the duvet over himself.

"Yeah we'll be down in one minute," Harry called back.

"If you're sure you can tear yourself away?" Louis remarked, as his footsteps retreated.

I grinned at Harry and went into the bathroom to brush my teeth. When I came out he was wearing a pair of soft grey joggers and a plain white tee. "Hey there Delilah, what's it like in New York City," I sang at Harry.

"Huh?"

"Plain white tee," I said, pointing at his top and he laughed.

"You're funny," he said, smiling affectionately. "In a non-patronising way," he added, frowning.

We went downstairs and the butterflies in my stomach began twitching at the thought of hanging out with Louis and Liam again. They were in the lounge wearing joggers and t-shirts, Louis sitting on a squishy footstool and Liam fiddling with the Playstation. Harry jumped over the back of the sofa and it creaked as he landed, and he held his arm out for me to join him.

"Finally!" Louis said, looking up. "What were you doing up there... actually I don't want to know."

Harry said nothing and just smiled.

We looked over the pizza menu and Harry went to get some beers from the kitchen for himself and the boys, and a cocktail for me. Liam was kicking Louis' arse at FIFA so I played on my phone for a bit while Harry called and ordered the pizzas. I took a photo of my cocktail and posted it on Twitter, making sure there was nothing in the background of the picture that would give away where I was. I posted the same picture on Facebook just as Harry finished the call and came up behind me, leaning over the back of the sofa.

"Do you have Facebook?" he asked, looking at my screen.

"Of course," I said. "Who doesn't?"

"You've never mentioned it before," he mused.

"Neither have you," I pointed out, smiling up at him.

"How do you know I'm even on Facebook?" he said.

"Because you are," I replied. "I'm guessing you just have the maximum security settings so you're invisible to everyone except your real friends."

"What makes you say that?" he asked, but his face told me I was right.

"Doesn't take a genius to work it out," I said. "Some of your famous friends with public profiles mention you, then comments appear that no one can see, which must be you commenting with your private profile."

He shook his head at me. "Have you ever considered a career with the FBI?"

I smiled and looked back down at my phone. Harry pulled out his phone too and as I scrolled through my Facebook news feed a new notification popped up.

New friend request - Harry Styles

OH MY GOD. I kept my expression impassive, even though he was standing behind me and couldn't see my face. I opened up the notification and tapped Accept then went back to scrolling through my news feed. I could feel his eyes watching me. There was no way I was going to stalk his profile in plain view, or even react how I wanted to in front of him. I would have to find an excuse to get away from him for a few minutes so I could scream into a cushion or something. I closed Facebook and tossed my phone on the arm of the sofa as Harry sat down next to me and pulled my legs up onto his lap so I was lounging across the length of the sofa.

"So are you over here for a holiday?" I asked Liam, shyly.

"Ah, that was a foul! Ref, come on!" Liam shouted at the TV screen. "No, we're writing stuff for the new album," he said to me.

"Clearly not a foul," Louis declared. "Clearly, in fact, a dive."

"Really? That's great," I said enthusiastically.

"Not if you're Payno," Louis teased.

I laughed. "Not the dive, the album."

"See? Even Jess agrees it was a dive."

"So not a dive," Liam muttered.

"I wasn't really watching," I confessed.

"If your FIFA skills reflect your songwriting skills we're in trouble," Louis said to Liam.

"I think you guys make a good team," I said, feeling stupid. "At songwriting, obviously. Not FIFA."

"Are you saying we're shit at FIFA?" Louis said, looking at me with a raised eyebrow.

"Well, you're better at songwriting," I said, feeling a blush creep to my cheeks.

"Really? You like our stuff? Like, me and Payno?" Louis asked, with interest. He paused the game.

"Hey!" Liam protested.

"Yeah, it's great," I said. "When you and Liam write together it's amazing."

"What about me?" Harry piped up.

"Well obviously you too," I said, rolling my eyes.

"Thanks for the afterthought," he muttered, causing Louis and Liam to chuckle.

I creased my eyebrows at him, smiling, but his face didn't give anything away.

"So which songs are you talking about specifically?" Louis pressed.

"Umm, Diana, No Control, Little White Lies, Better Than Words, Midnight Memories, Ready To Run, Fireproof..."

Louis raised both his eyebrows. "You know your stuff."

"I'm interested," I said honestly. "I like the way you two write."

Louis nodded. "Are those your favourites then?"

"Well, among others," I said.

"What about... Stockholm Syndrome?" Louis asked, grinning.

"Yeah I like that," I said.

"But you don't love it?"

"I really like it," I said, casting a glance at Harry, but he wasn't looking at me.

"What about... Through The Dark?"

"Tommo..," Liam warned.

"Mmmm," I said, giving a so-so gesture with my hand. "I have to be in the mood for that one."

"What about Where Do Broken Hearts Go?" Harry interrupted.

"Yeah that's amazing," I said, smiling at Harry, and he squeezed my calf. "That's one of my favourites."

"You had to say that to save his ego," Louis teased, looking at Harry. "But we've established Harry's girlfriend prefers a bit of the Tommo... haha." My stomach lurched at the word 'girlfriend'. I opened my mouth to correct him.

"It's her ringtone for Facetime," Harry shot at Louis. Uh, thanks for that, Harry.

"He's only winding you up," Liam said to Harry, and I squeezed Harry's leg with my toes. Harry smiled and leaned over and punched Louis' arm. Louis smirked at me.

"Give me a go on that," Harry said, snatching the controller out of Louis' hand and pushing him off the footstool so he fell on the floor, landing with a thump.

"Pile on!" Liam shouted, diving on top of Louis so he groaned. Harry threw himself on top of Liam. "Come on, Jess!" Liam called, so I went and sat on Harry's back.

"Alright, alright," Louis's voice came from the bottom of the pile. "Get off now."

I giggled and stood up, and Harry pushed himself up roughly, being careful to stand on Louis' leg on the way up, and Louis grunted.

I lay back down on the sofa and watched Harry and Liam play a quick game, before the doorbell rang about 7.30 to signal the arrival of the pizzas. Harry brought the boxes into the lounge and put some napkins on the table, and Louis fetched more drinks from the kitchen.

"Good job Niall's not here or we would've had to order double the amount," Liam joked.

"Or treble," Louis said, popping open another beer. He pulled out his phone and took a photo of the pizzas, and began tapping away. A minute later my Twitter notification sounded, and I picked up my phone, only to see Louis had tweeted the picture he'd just taken.

@Louis_Tomlinson: Just kicked @Real_Liam_Payne's arse at FIFA. Here is my reward!

I chuckled, and Harry looked at me. "What are you laughing at?"

"Louis' tweet," I said.

Louis looked up, grinning. "You have notifications on?"

Fuck. My cheeks flamed and I looked down at my pizza. "No," I said in a small voice as they all fell about laughing. "Harry has them on for when I tweet!" I said defensively.

"Yeah, I know," Louis laughed, at the same time Harry said to me, "How do you know that?!"

"I didn't for sure," I grinned, my face still bright red. "I suspected, but you've both just confirmed it."

"No chill, H," Louis remarked, taking a bite of pizza.

An hour later I flopped back on the sofa and groaned. "I feel sick."

"For someone so small, you can certainly pack away the pizza," Louis said.

"It's my weakness," I admitted.

"What else is your weakness?" Harry asked, winking at me.

"Pack it in," I shot at him, closing my eyes, and he laughed.

It was Liam's turn to fetch drinks from the kitchen, and although I had practically eaten my own body weight in cheese, I was feeling a bit tipsy. The boys were on about their fifth beer each, and my cocktails were pretty strong, depending on who was making them.

Louis started a new game of FIFA with Liam and I picked up my phone again. I noticed I had a load of new mentions on Twitter.

@chickenlegs45: @1DUpdates anyone else notice the same TV in the background of @jessie_braddy and @Louis_Tomlinson tweets?

@1DUpdates: @Louis_Tomlinson tweeting pictures of pizzas, @jessie_braddy tweeting pictures of cocktails. Both with the same FIFA game in the background. Coincidence?

@harrylouisxx3: @jessie_braddy is @Harry_Styles new girlfriend and this has just confirmed it

@charlotte5sos1D: @jessie_braddy ARE YOU WITH 1D RIGHT NOW?

@larry_is_real: @jessie_braddy hanging out with @Louis_Tomlinson and @Real_Liam_Payne I'm done goodbye world

My heart was hammering. I clicked onto the 1D Update accounts I followed and saw they were all speculating the same. Great. I'd been so careful not to get anything incriminating (ie the boys) in my picture and had made sure my location services were switched off. I nudged Harry with my foot and showed him the tweets. He scrolled through them in silence and then handed my phone back to me.

"Sorry," I whispered.

He shrugged. "Don't worry about it. People are already onto us, and you've been pictured with me countless times now. Just don't confirm or deny it."

"Aren't you bothered?" I asked.

He pulled a face. "I'll get over it. Are you bothered?"

"Well... not if you're not," I said.

"I'm not if you're not," he said, smiling.

"You hang up... no you hang up... no you...!" Louis mimicked in a high pitched voice, without looking up from the TV.

I rolled my eyes. "I have never once said or done that."

"I can believe that," Harry said.

I got up to go to the bathroom, and as I stood up I realised I was now feeling rather drunk. The last cocktail Liam had made, and it had been the strongest one yet. I tried not to wobble too much as I left the room, and grabbed a glass of water in the kitchen on my way back. As I put the empty glass by the sink I could hear the boys talking in the lounge. I grabbed some beers from the fridge and began to walk towards the lounge door.

"No more Swifty then?" Louis was asking.

"Isn't she banging Calvin Harris now anyway?" Liam's voice asked.

There was a pause. "Dunno," Harry said.

I entered the lounge and they stopped talking. "Anyone want more beer?" I asked.

"Um, yeah, thanks," Harry said, taking one from me. I set the remaining bottles on the table, wondering what I had just interrupted.

"Coming for a smoke, Liam?" Louis asked, standing up.

"Yeah go on," Liam said, getting to his feet and following Louis out of the room.

"Keep it clean, you two," Louis called over his shoulder.

Harry and I smiled at each other and I sat down the other way on the sofa and leaned back so my head was on his lap instead of my feet. He stroked my hair off my face and leaned down to kiss me.

"Having fun?" he asked.

"Without sounding like a loser, OH MY GOD YES," I confessed. "It's a permanent One Direction moment."

Harry chuckled. "Good surprise?"

"Amazing surprise," I said.

"So are you still a Louis girl?" he teased.

"I was never a Louis girl," I said. "Not really. I could never look twice at another guy while you're in the room." I blushed, but didn't care. The alcohol had given me confidence.

"Makes me happy to hear that," he said quietly, and my stomach flipped.

I smiled stupidly at him and he smiled stupidly back at me. He leaned down again and touched his lips to mine, and my heart pounded wildly. I reached my arms up around his neck.

"Put him down," Louis said, re-entering the lounge with Liam in tow. "Told you they'd be at it," he said to Liam. Harry and I broke apart and he took a drink of his beer, grinning.

While the boys chatted I played on my phone again, resisting the urge to check out Harry's Facebook profile. Harry was playing with my hair, running his hands through it and twisting it in his fingers. It was making me sleepy, especially listening to his deep relaxing voice vibrating through his body. He poked a strand of my hair in my ear and I swatted it away without looking at him and carried on reading my Twitter mentions. He chuckled and tickled my ear again. I moved my head away and still didn't look at him. He poked my hair in my ear for a third time and I flicked his hand, still scrolling through Twitter. "Don't piss me off, Harry."

"Ha, you keep getting slayed, mate," Louis laughed. "She doesn't take any shit does she?"

"No, I don't," I answered Louis, without looking up.

Out of the corner of my eye I could see Louis shaking his head sadly. "She's just not that into you."

"Don't make me push you off your stool again," Harry warned.

"Did I hit a nerve?" Louis teased, grinning at Harry.

"Nope," Harry said.

"Tell her some knock knock jokes, that'll keep her interested," Louis laughed.

"What's wrong with my knock knock jokes?" Harry pouted.

"What's right with them? They've been done to death," Liam put in.

"You can never have enough knock knock jokes," Harry said. "Jess - knock knock."

I glanced away from my screen to raise an eyebrow at him.

"Come on," he wheedled. "Knock knock."

I sighed. "Fine. Who's there?"

"Urine."

I rolled my eyes. "Urinesecure, don't know what for," I said in a monotone, and Liam and Louis guffawed.

"OK OK that one's obvious," Harry said. "Knock knock."

"Who's there?" I sighed again.

"Europe."

"Europe who?"

"No, you're a poo!" Harry burst into hysterical laughter. I shook my head.

"Knock knock!" Harry said, still laughing.

"No one's here," I said, turning back to my phone.

"No, you're supposed to say 'who's there?'"

"Oh for heaven's sake - who's there?" I replied, smiling at his beaming face.

"Ice pick."

"Ice pick a different language but I still hear your call," I said. "You need some new material."

Louis and Liam laughed and Harry pouted.

"Knock knock," he tried again.

"There is no knocker," I said. "It's broken."

"Noooo, play the game, Jess," Harry whined. "Knock knock."

"Who's there?" I groaned.

"Alison."

"Alison who?"

"Alison to Nick Grimshaw on the radio in the mornings," Harry said delightedly.

"I've got one," Louis interrupted loudly. "Knock knock."

"Who's there?" I sighed.

"Harry loves."

"Harry loves who?"

"Harry loves you. Now get a fucking room."

Liam cackled gleefully, I blushed scarlet and dropped my phone on my face and Harry threw a pizza box at Louis. "Dickhead."

"Just saying it as I see it," Louis remarked.

~~~~~
About midnight Liam and Louis went out for another cigarette and I noticed they were both a bit wobbly on their feet. The FIFA game had been abandoned in favour of Beer Pong, which Harry and I were currently winning. When they returned they took up their positions but before we could resume play my phone lit up on the arm of the sofa.
Counted all my mistakes and there's only one standing out from the list of the things I've done...
"Facetiiiiime!" Harry cheered. "Who is it?"
"It's Maddie," I said, remembering I'd sent her a sneaky text earlier in the afternoon. She must have just woken up and seen it. "My little sister," I explained to Liam and Louis.
"Big fan," Harry added.
I shivered a bit, feeling cold now, and answered the call. "Hey Mads."
"Hi," she said, her face appearing on the screen. "Just got your text and thought I'd ring and say hi." I noticed she was dressed for school but had a full face of makeup on. I smiled, knowing she was hoping for something amazing.
"Ah, if only you'd called me earlier," I said. "Louis and Liam were here but you've just missed them."
Maddie's face dropped. "Are you joking?"
"No, they called in to see Harry but they left about 5 minutes ago," I lied, trying to keep a straight face.
"Nooooooo!" she wailed. "Is this some kind of sick joke?"
"Yeah it is," I admitted, unable to hide my grin. "They're still here." I turned around with my phone in front of me so my back was to Louis and Liam, and they were in shot.
"OH MY GOD!" Maddie squealed excitedly. "Oh my God. Where's Niall?"
"Oooohhh!" Louis cried, putting his hand over his heart. "These girls know how to bruise a guy's ego. Must run in the family."
"Niall's her favourite," I said to Louis.
"You'll just have to make do with me and Payno," Louis said to Maddie.
"Sorry, I didn't mean it like that," Maddie said breathlessly. "How are you guys?"
"Yeah really good," Liam said. "Eating pizza and playing FIFA. What are you doing?"
"I'm just getting ready for school," Maddie replied.
I shivered again, and Harry looked at me. "You cold?"
"What subjects have you got today?" Louis asked Maddie, as I nodded at Harry.
Harry got up and disappeared out of the room while Maddie told Louis and Liam about school, and returned a minute later with a grey Green Bay Packers hoodie. He tossed it at me and I handed my phone to Liam while I pulled it over my head. It smelled deliciously of Harry and I tried to inhale the scent discreetly.
"Did you just sniff that hoodie?" Louis said, his nose wrinkled.
Damn, I thought I'd got away with it.
"Yeah, well, it smells nice," I said, my face burning.
"She's always had a thing for that," Maddie said. "Sniffing guys' clothes. She's a weirdo."
The boys all laughed as my face turned a deeper shade of red. "Alright, Maddie," I said, shifting on my seat.
"Well you have!" Maddie said. "Remember you used to wear Darren's tshirt to bed every night?"
"Who's Darren?" Harry asked.
"My ex," I said. "When I was like, 15."
"Yeah it's worse when she fancies the guy in question," Maddie grinned. "Don't let her near any of your clothes."
"OK, I think we need to end this call now," I said, looking at the ceiling in embarrassment.
"Ooohh, you fancy us all, Jess?" Louis teased.
"No," I sighed.
"Yes," Maddie nodded. "Harry, Louis, Liam, Niall, Zayn. In that order."
"I'm very glad my name came first on that list," Harry said.
"Mine's second," Louis grinned at Harry. "Watch your back, Styles."
"I'm only teasing," Maddie said. "She's been in love with Harry for years. Remember that dream you had about Harry, Jess?"
"Don't you have to get to school?" I said, faintly.
"What dream?" Harry said, getting up and coming round behind me so he could see my phone screen.
"She dreamed you sang your What Makes You Beautiful solo directly to her at a 1D concert, like in the video," Maddie said. "She was in a bad mood the whole of the next day once she woke up and realised it was only a dream." The boys all laughed again, and I shook my head wordlessly. "Dad's calling me, I've got to go," Maddie said. "Great talking to you!"
"Bye," the boys chorused, waving.
"Wait, wait!" Maddie said. "Can I take a screen shot?"
"Just don't post it on Twitter," I said, and she nodded.
"That was amazing!" Louis said, after we'd hung up. "Who else can we call?!"
"No one!" I said fervently. "That was horrendous."
"Did you really have that dream about me?" Harry asked, smirking.
"Is there any point in denying it?" I sighed, and he grinned.
"You got any more friends who are fans?" Louis persisted.
"Tommo, you're drunk," Liam stated.
"Yeah, but it's fun," Louis said. "Come on, Jess, let's make someone else's day."
"Well... actually... I did once promise my friend Sarah that if ever I got the opportunity I would ask you to call her..." I said tentatively.
"Let's do it!" Louis shouted. "Facetiiiiiime!"
I started the call and gave the phone to Louis, and went and stood behind him, bending over his shoulder. I took a moment to appreciate my close proximity to Louis Tomlinson from One Direction, and discreetly checked out his neck. As I suspected: HOT. (Don't judge - I'm only human.)
As the phone rang I prayed Sarah would keep her cool. She accepted the call, and before the picture even loaded on the screen, she shouted, "LEEROY, hmmm!" which was how we sometimes answered the phone to each other, in recognition of the Best Song Ever video. We all fell about laughing and the picture loaded on the screen. I saw Sarah grinning at me, then her eyebrows creased and she stared at her phone, presumably wondering why it wasn't my face staring back at her. Then realisation dawned, and her mouth dropped open. It was fun to watch.
Louis grinned and waved, and I waved over his shoulder.
"Oh my Sty.. Oh my God," she corrected herself.
"Hi Sarah," Louis said.
"Hi Louis," she replied, clearly trying not to scream.
"Can I just say, what big fans we are of you guys!" Louis said in his character voice from the Best Song Ever video.
"Oh God, you heard me?" she wailed.
"I think the whole of Beverly Hills heard you," Liam teased, peering over Louis' shoulder next to me. "Great impression, by the way."
"Oh my God... Liam... who else is there?!" Sarah cried.
"Just me," Harry said, coming into view.
"Oh Christ," she said weakly. "Hey there, Delilah." I gave her a thumbs up for noting the plain white tee. "I'd better call Nicki, she won't want to miss this. NICKI!" she shouted, turning away from the phone.
"So Jess tells me you're a big fan," Louis said to Sarah. "Are you coming to see us this year?"
"Um, yeah, Cardiff and London," Sarah said. "We can't wait. Are you having fun in LA?"
"Yeah, although we're losing at Beer Pong to Harry and Jess," Louis said.
"Really? I'm a master at Beer Pong," Sarah said.
"You'll have to be on my team next time, then," Louis flirted.
Nicki appeared behind Sarah and gasped, and we all waved.
"What's going on?" I heard Gary's voice.
"We're talking to One Direction!" Sarah squealed, then Gary's face popped up behind Nicki.
"Hi Gary," I waved, and I felt Harry shift beside me and put his arm around my shoulder and pull me close to him.
"Hi," Gary said.
"So what are you up to?" Louis asked.
"Just started work," Sarah replied. "Then we're all going for a drink tonight when we finish."
"Sounds like fun," Louis said. "We've been on the beer all evening here."
"That sounds like more fun," Sarah said.
"Hey!" Gary protested.
"Sorry Gary," Sarah said. "But a drink after work in Sync, or hanging out with 1D?"
"Fair point," Gary conceded.
"Where's Niall?" Nicki asked.
"Probably on his way back to England right now," Liam said.
"'Oh no, Niall'," Sarah mimicked, referring to the interviewer when Niall fell over at the golf, and all of us laughed, and joined in with the Oh No Nialls.
"He's devastated about that," Louis giggled. "Apparently Rory said they'd get it edited out, but within minutes it was on Sky Sports and Youtube."
"Poor Niall," Sarah laughed.
She carried on flirting with Louis for another few minutes, before we said goodbye and hung up.
"She's hot," Louis remarked.
"I'm pretty sure she thinks the same about you," I said.
We finally called it a night about 2am and stumbled up to bed. I reluctantly took Harry's hoodie off and held it out to him but he didn't take it.
"Keep it," he said. "It seems my clothes look better on you anyway."
"I can't keep it," I protested. "It's yours."
"You look sexy in it," he said, looking away. "I want you to have it."
I reached up and kissed him, feeling a rush of love for him. He kissed me back and I fought to control my emotions. He was just so perfect. I was all too aware tomorrow was my last day in LA and I didn't know how things would be left between us. This week had been a dream come true, but the reality was Harry would be staying in LA, then restarting the tour on 5th June and I was unlikely to see him for weeks at a time, if at all? I didn't even know where this was going. I didn't know how he felt about me, not really. I didn't expect him to feel the same way I felt about him, as I had the whole previous pop star crush to deal with, on top of him being the most gorgeous guy on the planet.
As he lifted my top over my head and we lay down on the bed, I pushed my worries to the back of my mind. The limited time I had left with him was fast running out. I knew I had to live for the moment, even if it meant dealing with a broken heart once it all came crashing down.
So.... I've been thinking about what to do when this story comes to a close, and I wondered if anyone would be interested in reading it all from Harry's point of view? Obviously it's all been from Jess' angle and she's always second guessing what Harry's thinking so I'm considering writing a separate story that would sort of run alongside this one, that would show it all from Harry's perspective... like what went through his mind when Jess first spilt her drink on him, how he feels about Gary, and what really happened with the blonde girl in the Philippines... anyway it's just an idea so leave me your comments and if enough people want it I'll give it a shot :)
