History: Created in 1969, the UGA was mainly created as a defense alliance between Russia and China against the Confederacy. After witnessing the atrocities being committed by the UCA and the efforts made by resistance groups to rebel against the tyrannical government, Russia and China banded together in an effort to protect themselves and the fleeing refugees who come to their borders. Taking in scientists, especially German ones, to help them in their effort to protect their people, they began research and developments in advanced technologies.

After refusing the demands of the UCA to return fleeing refugees and escaped slaves, it soon led to a heavily militarized boarder across Russia and China. This inevitable caused a Cold War to happen between the two rivaling powers. Knowing full well just how outmatched their military was, the UGA took a gamble and began research into opening portals into a whole new universe thanks to discovering powerful crystals that emitted a lot of energy. Dubbed as 'PROJECT: SAVIOR', this project was given the green light due to UGA leaders seeing a war against the UCA as being inevitable as they hoped this project would allow them to either escape or call for help.

Unfortunately, as soon as the device which opens a dimensional was completed, the UCA launched a full-scale invasion, kick starting WW3. It got worse when Confederate forces manage to seize the device as apparently the UCA caught wind of their plans and successfully attempted to steal the device for themselves. Despite their advancements in military technology, the UCA were still decades ahead of them and due to their near unlimited recourses and manpower, the UGA was forced into retreat. It seemed that defeat was all but inevitable as casualties began mounting and people were taken to be slaves. However, a beacon of hope came to them when the invasion force the Confederacy sent through the portal was pushed back and from that portal came an army who's ready both help them and stop the Confederacy's tyrannical reign.

That army... belongs to the Union of American Continents.

Bio: The current President of the UGA, Agafon is a former military General who was elected two years ago into Office. The nan is well aware of how monstrous the Confederacy is and how they'll stop at nothing to conquer the entire planet. As such, under his presidency, he began to do everything possible to ensure the UGA is ready for any potential conflict against the Confederacy. During that time, he had begun a series of projects in order to create the military technology necessary in order match the Confederate War machine. By far the most ambiguous project was Project: Savior. Agafon was no fool as he knew that war was inevitable and he was certain that despite all their technological advancements, it wouldn't be enough to stop the 'Grey Menace' from conquering their lands. Hence why he made a desperate and possibly a foolish gambit to delve deep into science fiction and attempt to open a portal to a different universe. From a few months to over a year, the project was a success. However, just as things were looking up, Agafon's worst fears came true when the Confederacy launched a massive invasion for into UGA territory after catching wind of his attempts to open a portal to another universe. Now forced to fight in WW3, the UGA were able to hold their ground well at first... but then the tides turned due to sheer overwhelming numbers and the fact the UCA still held the tech advantage. Things were getting worse and Agafon thought that this was finally it. The Confederacy would win, and the last remnants of a free humanity would be no more. But then a miracle would happen when the portal they opened would bring a powerful ally, one that as thought to be defeated during the American Civil War but came back more powerful than ever... the Union of American Continents.

In terms of personality, is a strict and blunt person, always wishing to get to the point and making sure he doesn't have to deal with things he deems foolish. Yet despite that, he does care for his people and those of the human race. The man isn't racist and following the policies of the previous presidents, he made sure to take in refugees (minus those who are spies) and keep them safe out of Confederate hands, including surviving black Africans who managed to escape from the genocide. Despite his strict and 'somewhat' authoritarian attitude, he genuinely cares for the safety and survival of his people, willing to do whatever it takes to keep the last bastions of the free world safe from tyranny.

Bio: A military Marshal working in the ARES military and a descendant of the famous Georgy Zhukov, Grischa is a skilled tactician and strategist, able to analyze the situation and go in for the killing blow when the chance arises. His upbringing was that to growing up in a military family and he was trained at a young age to be a leader. He then enlisted into the military and after years of hard work, he got the rank of General. When it comes to the Confederates, Grischa holds a bitter hatred against them, well aware of the war crimes and atrocities they've committed. Its why he's determined to defend Russia and what's left of the free world from Confederate tyranny. When WW3 began, he tried his best to defend his motherland and the people he swore to protect. However, it was all for naught as Confederate forces smashed through ARES defenses and began to massacre the people of the UGA. But just as he thought all hope was lost, the people of Russia got help when China successfully opened a portal to another Earth where the Union had won the American Civil War and now, they're here to help free their world from the 'Grey Menace'.

Name: Adolf Bismarck

Bio: A former Wehrmacht soldier who once fought for Nazi Germany against the allies during WW2, Adolf would be one of the many German soldiers who launched an all-out attack against Rockefeller Compound in an attempt to kill Dr. da Vinci and Jake Featherston. It failed and Adolf escaped with his life but rendered unconscious. He was eventually picked up by Quebecois fishermen and brought to Quebec where he would stay for 14 years in a mental hospital and meets his future wife, Charlotte Clementine. After finally waking up from his vegetative state and getting back to his senses, he recuses Charlotte and together they link up with others, including surviving Wehrmacht soldiers, as they form a resistance network to bring down the Confederacy and save the world from their tyranny. Thanks to their efforts and after making new allies, the resistance is able to spark a 2nd American Civil War, leading to the formation of a rebel faction called the Washington Rebellion. However, Adolf and his family are forced to flee when the Confederacy deploy new and dangerous supersoliders. Now taking refuge in the UGA, his family, and friends enlist into the ARES military as they all prepare for an inevitable war that will happen against the Confederacy. But all that changed when they got help from an alternate Earth, one where the Union had won the American Civil War and now they wanted revenge against the Confederacy for their way crimes.

Bio: Born to Quebecois doctors and intellectuals, Charlotte was well on her way to doctorate in archeology. The 2nd World War, however, forced her to abandon her academic pursuits. Stepping up to help with the family trade of running a mental asylum, she served as the head nurse and caretaker of the afflicted, before the Freedomites came and shut the facility down. She watched as her parents were murdered by the KKK but was rescued by Adolf Bismarck as the two escaped and she explained the situation in the aftermath of WW2. Together, she would team up with Adolf and they would work together to form a resistance network against the Freedomite regime, eventually succeeding in igniting a civil war and begin a decline on the Confederacy's hold over the world. Eventually she would marry Adolf and together they would have a daughter together named Charlie. However, they're soon forced to leave America after the UCA unleashed a new breed of supersoldiers that devastated the Resistance. Soon they're forced to flee to UGA territory when she joins the army as an intelligence officer. Soon the inevitable happened and the Confederacy would launch an all out invasion against the UGA.

Bio: Born during the time of the 2nd American Revolution/2nd American Civil War, Charlie was forced to move to UGA territory as a baby after the Confederacy unleashed their supersoldiers. At a young age, her father trained her rigorously, along with teaching her about the evils of the Confederacy and their war crimes. She would also befriend and romantically love a boy her age named Wilhelm IV whom she was childhood friends with. At the age 16, she enlisted into the ARES military and got top marks as a skilled fighter. Now wanting to avenge her people and stop the Confederacy, Charlie is more than prepared when WW3 comes at their doorstep. Though the fighting is harsh, and it seemed like all hope was lost, help son arrived in the form of the Union of American Continents.

Bio: Grandson of Wilhelm II and son of Wilhelm III, Wilhelm IV works as a Corporal in the ARES Marine Corps. He was only a baby when his parents were murdered, but thanks to Adolf Bismarck, he survived and was adopted into the family. Growing up, he was childhood friends with Charlie when they were all forced to escape to UGA territory after the Confederacy began hunting them down. When he was old enough, he joined the military at the age of 16 and trained hard to get a chance to fight against the Confederate. Thanks to Adolf, Wilhelm became a capable fighter and earned top marks at the academy. Though he never met his parents personally, Wilhelm swore to avenge them and make the Freedomites pay for making their world a nightmare. Perhaps he may even get his wish thanks to the apperance of the Union of American Continents and their allies.

Bio: One of the very few surviving Africans to escape the African Genocide, Kagiso joined the ARES military and became an elite military General. Hailing from the former African country of Botswana, he was but a child when he bore witness to the invasion and destruction of his homeland, along with the genocide of her people. This deeply traumatized and scarred him for life, especially when he bore witness to the death of his parents before being saved from his uncle. Fuled by hatred and a need for revenge, Kagiso would join ARES and rose through the ranks. Using his experience, he led several raids on slave camps and rescued many fleeing civilians. Due to his competence and leadership skills, he was promoted to the rank of Lt. General and became one of the main leaders when leading the infantry. When WW3 began, he led his troops with conviction and the sheer will to win. However, due to their better and more advanced technologies, the Confederacy is able to break through ARES lines. Just as all hope seemed lost, an unexpected ally arrives to help turn the tide.

Bio: Former Prince to the Empire of Japan, Akihito and some very few surviving members of the Japanese Royal family escaped from Japan after its fall against the UCA. When arriving in China for refuge, the Royal family was arrested and Akihito faced harsh racism and discrimination against both him and his surviving Japanese people. He didn't blame them as he was well aware of the war crimes his people committed against the people of Asia, especially China. However, recognizing the dangers of the UCA, Akihito, along with some Japanese prisoners, were forcefully conscripted into the military to help fight against the UCA. Though still facing racism and discrimination, Akihito saw this as an opportunity to redeem himself, his family, and his people of their war crimes. While he knows the people of Asia and the world will never forgive Japan for what they've done, it won't stop him from making things right. Needless to say, through hard work, along with proving his loyalty and commitment to the UGA's cause, he was able to earn the trust of his peers and achieve the rank of Major General in the military.

Bio: Born into a dystopian world, Chun-Hua grew up with parents who were veterans during the 2nd Sino-Japanese War. With the threat of the UCA, her parents instilled into her strict military discipline and training in combat. When she was at the right age, she was enlisted into military school before joining the military to become a Mecha Pilot. After joining the ARES Mecha Corps, she would pilot an STH-16/tc Shiden Custom who she personally called it Riden-Go. She's an exceptionally skilled pilot who was made 2nd in command under Captain Marko von Richthofen. Doing her job dutifully, Chun-Hua is determined to defend her homeland from Freedomite aggression. However, such thinking is easier said than done when WW3 happened and the Confederacy invaded China. Despite giving it her all, she was clearly outmatched as both she and her unit were on the brink of being wiped out. But then helped arrived in the most unexpected way possible, especially when they got help from people from another universe where the Union had won the American Civil War.

Name: Marko von Richthofen (Descendant of Manfred von Richthofen)

Bio: A refugee who was able to escape Germany as a toddler, Marko grew up as a refugee who fled from the Confederacy with his aunt due to both his parents being killed. Though life was still good for him, he desired revenge and wished to protect whatever was left of his people from the tyrannical greys. Determined to enlist in the military, he trained and studied every day before being recruited into ARES. After training and passing his tests, he became a Captain in the ARES mecha corps and piloted an STH-16/tc Shiden Custom called the White Baron. The reason being that he's the direct blood descendant of the legendary WW1 German Pilot named Manfred von Richthofen. One of his subordinates is his 2nd in command named Chun-Hua Fang and together they make up the team Razorbolt. When WW3 began, Marko fought valiantly against the invaders while also protecting the civilians that were under his care. However, the fighting soon became too much, and he was forced to retreat. But just as he thought he and team were on the brink of losing, reinforcements soon arrive in the form of humans who come from a totally different universe.
