Pia enjoyed her little double date with Abhishek. However, it was difficult for Abhishek to freely talk with her as her sister and brother-in-law would always linger around them.

"Oh, I missed it! Sheesh! This is the second time in a row! Guess I don't have that spark today," Akash sat on the couch giving up to which the girls laughed at his excuse making face.

Pia went for her turn and was finding it difficult to pick the ball and throw it. She tried the first time and got a gutter ball.

She tsked and looked back at her companions who shrugged their shoulders encouraging her for her second chance.

She picked the ball and felt a strong hand support hers. She looked back to see Abhishek holding her hand guiding her.

She felt uneasy and tried to maintain her stance. He moved closer and instructed her on how to throw the ball. She listened to his words and moved back ready to throw the ball.

A clean shot!

Pia low screamed at her win and turned to hug him tightly. Abhishek was taken aback by her sudden hug and held her even tighter.

Pia realised their position and tried to move but Abhishek had another plans.

He spoke "Just...just give me a minute, please?" Pia was not understanding his behaviour but nevertheless she agreed to his demand.

After some time, Abhishek backed and looked in her eyes searching for the same love that he has for her.

Blank.

He huffed looking down and congratulated her.

She smiled at his remark and went towards the cheering Priyanka and Akash, who took her for a group hug.

Abhishek gazed on them wishing her to accept his love...soon.

Joshi residence

Hardik was sitting on the couch looking at the sulking Harish watching the city glimmering in the night lights.

He was drinking the hard liquid burning his throat even after the therapist had told him to avoid drinks as much as possible.

"Dude, Would you stop draining yourself!" Hardik tried to stop him from taking another shot at which he shrugged his hands saying

"For whom, huh?! For her? who decided to leave me half way, *huff* traitor! Backstabber! That..." he sat with a thud on the floor and rolled on his back with flowing tears. He looked at the ceiling which was black just like his life with her gone.

Hardik tsked at the ruined state of his brother and thought to talk to his dad about the idea given by Rashmi.

Barve Residence

Pia and her friend were discussing the incidence that had happened in the café. Her friend was happy that she was able to let go of her feelings to some extent.

As for Harish, her friend said that he would have to learn to heal himself and not wait for Pia to console him as always. Pia was half-heartedly listening to her.

But she thought that whatever her friend was telling was the ultimate truth that she had to follow if she wants to lead a normal married life with Abhishek.

Dheer Pvt. Ltd.

CFO Cabin

"Are you sure, you were not followed?" The young man took out a bundle of cash and threw it on the hungry spy's face.

The spy started counting the notes to check if he was given what he was promised.

"Of course, I am a very sneaky. No one could know I was here. Not even your own family members *Snickers*" The young billionaire tolerated the shaggy man for the job that he was offered.

"Fine. Keep the pendrive and get out of here!" The smile on the spy's face washed away with the royal treatment that he was given. He just walked away from the cabin the same way that he had entered – like a weasel.

The billionaire walked to his office window keeping his hands inside his pants pockets and thought 'Don't you dare disappoint me, mon ange.'

Joshi Residence

The family had the regular medical check-up done for the members every six months as suggested by Nithya.

Hemant liked the idea of his wonderful wife to care so much for his family members.

Nithya was instructing the head chef to take notes of the doctors food advice given to the family members.

It was the time for the younger members to have their test taken.

Harish was least interested in such things and wanted to avoid it.

So, it was only when Hemant egged him on the pretext of his fatherly love, Harish could not refuse.

The assistant took the blood and advised him on the various food intake that he can follow.

Harish gave him a blank look and went ahead towards the couch.

Nithya thanked the doctors for their efforts and sent them with a fake smile on her face.

In the corner of the street

The doctor gave Harish's blood sample to her and assured that it was taken around 15 minutes back.

Pia thanked the doctor for his efforts and paid him the promised fees.

She rushed to the lab to test it out as per the instruction given to her.

She had to wait for 24 hours before she got the results. She just hoped that the results would be contradictory to what she had assumed.

She called the one person who had waited for this just like her.

After getting her response, she called her mom and told her that she would directly go to for her date with Abhishek.

Her mom was happy that finally her daughter was able to move on from her toxic relationship.

In the university

Pia was absentmindedly attending the classes which didn't go unnoticed by Lucky. He nudged her and asked her the reason. She just shaked her head and went back to her notes.

In the canteen, Lucky found her again zoning out. He couldn't take it anymore and jolted her.

"What?!!" Pia got angry with him and took her juice sipping it.

"Care to tell me where you are zoning out from time to time?!!" Lucky caught her hand making her bite her lips to make some random excuses.

"And don't you even think of lying to me, Ms. Prathibha!" Lucky warned her by pointing his fingers.

Pia shrugged his hands away from her face and spoke

"It's Harish," Lucky slumped back on his seat and shaked his head.

"Don't look at me like that! it is serious. I might even get to know what he is being drugged with!" Lucky was sure that Pia would get the results. But was not sure that she would be able to take the aftershock.

Joshi residence

The family was preparing for the Dussehra festival celebration in the house.

Nithya was busy instructing the maids and servants on the decoration.

She was taking into consideration the various sweets and savoury food items that each family members loved.

Hardik kept the call from his girlfriend and moved towards the bed where Harish was busy playing the PSP game.

He observed the smile on his brother's face and teased him saying

"Someone is happy today," Hardik saw his brother wiggling his eyebrows with a smirk.

"She was just saying that she would come home in the evening for the aarti, alongwith her uncle and aunty," Hardik slumped beside him and started munching on the chips.

"And?"

Hardik looked at his question and shrugged saying

"And...that's it," Harish caught his hand and teased him saying

"Come on, give me the details. I am your brother! I need to know," Hardik got up saying

"Exactly! Since you are my brother. I should not tell you," Harish whined at his answer and threw the pillow at him to earn a hearty laugh from his brother who went away from his room.

Harish was happy thathis brother found someone who can bring a genuine smile on his face.
