4. where i could never be yours
Your laconic words were my expedient antithesis.
I ambivalent my way through our misunderstandings,
Aggrandizing my growing limerence for you.
You were my achilles heel, an uncanny yearning unlike any other.
You piqued my interest; the way you elicited wanton, yet ebullient emotions from within.
It felt egregious, yet I engender my fantasies where you'd be mine,
Despite evincing myself to you in a time where I could never be yours.
