What the hell. My counterpart was chronologically frozen for fifty years. Damn, that's bad. Morro let's Greenie down. "Your right, I don't know what it's like. But, I do know what it's like to be alone for a hundred years. Ten spent alone as a mortal, fourty in the cursed realm and another fifty after the day of the departed. I do know some of your pain.

"I always wondered why Wu spared me that day, after I helped bring them to Cole at the temple. Now, I know why. I'm the only one who knows the suffering you've endured. To loose everything, to have what you once knew ripped from you. I may not have suffered the way you did, but, I do know your suffering. If anyone knows best what your going through, it's me." Morro says softly.

It's like a weight Judy's lifts from Greenies shoulders. He sinks to his knees, crying, clutching his shoulders. Morro kneels beside hem, wrapping his arms around Greenie.

I go over, Morro shakes his head at me. He gently helps Greenie stand and leads hem down the hall. We all look at each other as I think of one thing

' What has my counterpart gone through.'

Lloyd's p.o.v (greenie)

Morro leads me to a spare room. He lays us on the bed, I'm so exhausted, I fall asleep. Waking later, I go to the bathroom. Pulling my shirt off, I trace the tiny scars running my arms.

As I do, the memory of them surfaces.
