Cole's p.o.v

My head pounds as I come around. The weight on my wrists and ankles are an indication I'm cuffed. The unnatural darkness is due to a blind fold over my eyes. The cotton mouth I feel is a rag shoved in my mouth with a gag bit tight around my face.

I let out a grunt, hoping for any response. I get on immediately as I hear Kai tug on his restraints. Sitting up, a collor keeps me kneeling and in one place. Hunter went to whole nine yards in restraining me. The door opens, I hear Kai start crying out as brass knuckles slam into the bearly begining to heal gash. Grunting, I fall over due to the force he used.

Hunter than kicks my hip, the one with two bullets lodged into the bone. I cry out in pain as a crack is heard, my hip just broke. Hunter keeps kicking me for a good ten minutes, ribs bruised, some broke, my jaw is dislocated, shoulder shattered. He slams a crow bar into my thigh, I scream in bloodymurder, blood pooling in my mouth. I gasp, choking, Hunter ripping the bit and rag out my mouth as I cough up blood. He continues, literally beating me to an inch of my life.

I'm begging hem to stop but the only thing coming out is blood and crys of pain. Finally after hours of beating me, Hunter is satisfied and leaves. There's not a part of my body that's not hurting. Kai is sobbing hard so I can take it he can see. My chest hurts, I'm having trouble breathing, I know a rib has punctured a lung. Rolling painfully onto my side, I hack up blood from my throat.

Doing just that sends white hot pain through me. I don't know how long it is till Hunter comes back but all I know is the opens, I jolt at the sound. A fist slams into my gut, I heave what food I had onto the floor. Hunter keeps at it until I know nothing else as I black out, hopefully not for the last time.

Kai's p.o.v

I yell at Hunter to stop, Cole is unconscious, he looks dead. I scream from behind the gag bit, tugging on the cuffs. My right wrist pops, bone creaking as I tug hard. The bare skin is raw from me moving them around. Just when I think Hunter's going to kill Cole, the door slams open, Jay zapping Hunter to the back wall. Wu and Garmadon hold hem down, cuffing his arms and legs. Zane breaks the chains, I dash to Cole, putting his head in my lap. Cole's bearly breathing, his ribs are broke. Zane, Garmadon and Pixal pick Cole up, careful of his wounds. Jay helps me up, we go to the Bounty, where Zane hooks Cole to oxygen. I sit beside the bed, holding Cole's hand. We get to the hospital as an ambulance pulls up, a body bag on a stretcher. The doctor's take Cole back and now, all we can do is wait.
