Cole's p.o.v

A year has come and gone, Kai lays in the hospital. Lloyd lays on the bed, his hand in Kai's. He's now a fourteen year old teen. Garmadon guess the megaweapon to bring back a Grundle and in turn, turned me, Jay and Zane into kids.

Wu bought tomorrow's tea and Lloyd used it but in turn, he became a teen. I turn to the window, my ears haven't rised from my head in the year Kai's been in the coma. I listen as Lloyd tells Kai about our adventures. It brings a smile to my face.

Lloyd let's out a cry, I turn. Lloyd is staring intently at Kai, Kai's fingers are twitching. I go over, Kai's eyes sqench and they peek open. Kai closes them and opens them again, blinking. He grumbles, I smile. Stroking his hair, Kai purrs. Lloyd grabs Kai's hand, Kai looks at hem. Kai lifts a hand, fingers moving. 'I heard you, baby brother.' Kai signs.

Lloyd smiles, resting his head on Kai's chest, crying. Kai strokes his hair as the door opens. Doctor Miles walks in and smiles. "Good morning, Kai. It's been a while." Miles says.

I giggle at the look Kai, he turns his gaze to me. "You've been in a coma for a year." I explain. Miles walks up, Lloyd moves down. "I'm gonna remove the ventilator." Miles takes Kai's head, leaning it back and grasps the tube.

"Deep breath." Kai does as asked. Miles removes the type, he removes the tube quickly. Kai coughs, gagging and spits up. I wrip the spit, Kai grabs my collar, and smashes lips with me.

"If that's the first thing I do when waking up, I'm glad. But, I want to see the rest of our family." Kai said. "Let me get a few things and you can be discharged." Miles said. He leaves and Kai throws the covers off. I help hem as Kai stands. Lloyd goes to the closet, grabbing the bag I often bring. Kai stumbles, I hold hem. "You haven't moved much, it'll be a bit." Lloyd says.

We help Kai dress and Miles gives us the all clear. I hold Kai to me, my tail curled in his. "Hey, Cole. " Lloyd says. I look at hem, he's walking ahead. "Your ears are finally up." I notice they are.

We come to the Bounty, Lloyd opens the door.

Zane's p.o.v.

I'm setting the table, the guys are feeling down lately. Kai's been in a coma for a year now and Nya cries almost every night. I look up as Lloyd opens the door. He looks at me, a huge smile on his face. "Got room for one more." He asks.

I go to ask why when Lloyd opens the door wider. I drop the plate I'm holding as Cole leads in Kai. Kai smiles at me as footsteps come running. Jay skids, Nya behind as Wu follows. Nya cries out, hugging Kai but he wobbles.

Cole takes the weight, Nya smiles, Kai nuzzles her. "Missed y'all. I missed being home." Kai said. I go to the kitchen, fixing some soup for Kai. Coming back in, Kai sits at the table, Cole keeps an arm around his waist.

A noise comes from the back, Cole kisses Kai's cheek and gets up. He heads to the back room, coming back with a bundle. We all grin as Cole sits down. Kai looks at the little bundle of joy in Cole's arms. Cole lays the bundle in Kai's arms.

Kai pulls the cloth away, brown hair is seen. "Who..who's is it." Kai says. "She. She's ours. You were a month pregnant when you fell into the coma. She was pulled from you four months ago." Cole explains.

I can tell Kai is in love with her. He nuzzles her, holding the baby close. "Her middle name is Ellie. I saved her first name for her mother." Cole says. "Chowa, it means harmony in ancient tounge." Kai says. Chowa coos, Kai is in love with the little bundle of joy he's only just met.

Kai's p.o.v

Later that night, I have Chowa in my arms on the bed. Cole is infront of me, hand in mine. Eyes heavy, I follow my baby girl and mate into sleep.
