(A/N: God, I had a hard time putting it up and saddened by my own writing. I was supposed to upload it this morning, but my grandmother had a fall, and my mother and I had to do some stuff for her)

It was soon nightfall by the time the Ninja, Chamille and Seliel arrive at the monastery, with one less living Ninja. Inside the living room, P.I.X.A.L., Dragon, Cirrus, Tania and Faith were all anxiously waiting for the Ninja, who were unresponsive since the storm in Pax Mountain had disrupted the frequency. Pretty soon, they hear the sound of the main gates opening. Coming out into the hallway, they await who was coming in. First to appear was Cole, and everyone was happy to see him safe, only to notice him frowning about something. Soon, Chamille and Seliel came in, both also frowning before moving aside. What they saw next, shocked them all. Lloyd, Jay, Zane and Blake were carrying something, wrapped in a white blanket as Kai, Nya, Gewuji and Maggie were in front of them, with the exclusion of one Ninja. As soon as they were in front of them, Lloyd, Jay, Zane and Blake place the wrapped item down before they came up to it. "Is it-?" Dragon couldn't bring himself to finish his sentence as he came over to it.

Fighting back some tears, Lloyd pulled it back a little, showing Geoff's lifeless face with his eyes closed, P.I.X.A.L., Dragon, Cirrus and Faith were all shocked while Tania soon dropped down to her knees, and started wailing before Gewuji kneels down to comfort her. Cirrus started to cry as Blake moved to comfort her, as did Zane with P.I.X.A.L. "My baby boy!" She said as she was crying loudly, into Gewuji's jacket. "Geoff! My boy! Why?!" She continued wailing. "My baby!"

"It's all my fault." Cole replied before he soon walked down the hallway as most of them turned to him in confusion.

Outside, Cole came out to the training ground and immediately went over to the wall next to the mural, a lot of tears coming out of his eyes, his arms immediately glowing through Earth Punch, with his scar opening up, and stops by the wall before punching it in anger, completely destroying it, and screamed in anger as his arms turn back to normal and his scar closes up, all of Jamanakai Village obviously hearing the scream as lights were immediately coming on, followed by complaints of whoever woke them up.

In the base underneath the city of Ouroborus, Chongbai looks around as he sighed before chuckling. "I like it." He said as the clan members start unpacking, all taking off their warm clothing. "Those stupid Serpentine should've destroyed it when they had the chance, but now..." He soon looked up at the roof, to the open arena before spinning, stopped, and spreads his arms. "...Now this place is ours." He soon started to laugh while holding his arms out wide.

At a safehouse the following morning, Cole brings Seliel up to the front door as Sean was walking away, lowering his head before the door opened, revealing Callen. "Sel." She said, coming up to hug her.

"Cal." She replied.

Callen then turned to Cole. "I'm glad you managed to get away. But, how?"

"We got... lucky." He said, stuttering a little. "But... it came with... a... consequence."

"What consequence? Is it Geoff?"

Cole soon sighed. "He's dead." Callen soon sighed before Cole immediately went inside, and came back with a cushion for Callen to sit on as she soon started to cry.

At Ouroboros, Chongbai looks around as the base was being reorganised for their own use while Back-Chain and Grunin were close by, talking. "He hasn't been this cheerful ever since he offed the Blind Ninja." Back-Chain said, motioning to Chongbai.

"Yeah, like a new version of himself." Grunin replied. "I don't know what was worse, watching him kill someone or drinking his blood."

"Drinking his blood for me. It makes me puke."

"Maybe it was out of anger because he did have the bearer."

"Must be. Go have a chat with him, darling."

"Okay." Grunin soon went to Chongbai as Back-Chain immediately smacked his buttocks as he walked away, making him shriek and flick his tongue in anger before coming up to Chongbai. "Master, Back-Chain and I have been talking and..." He stutters a little. "...we think that...you taking down the Blind Ninja was merely out of anger."

"Oh, pish posh, Grunin." Chongbai said. "All of our intel said the staff is not in Ninjago. So killing him is only way to find it. Besides, I'm sure that he can find the staff in wherever he is. All I want you and the others to do is find the bearer. Time is always against us."

"Yes, Master." Grunin soon took off as Bladolver looked on from where he was while placing a table down with Jieshou and Yingteer.

"This is Gayle Gossip, with a heartbroken breaking news report." Gayle said on a nearby TV as she was in Jamanakai Village, frowning.

In Jamanakai Village, Gayle was facing Vinny, trying to concentrate on her job. "Geoff Sanders, the Blind Ninja... has tragically fallen."

Many viewers were immediately in complete shock upon hearing it. "The Ninja had recently confirmed the terrifying news, following the successful rescue of the Black Ninja from the clutches of the Yether Age clan. Regardless, it was a rescue that costed us one of the greatest, courageous and gallant heroes of Ninjago."

Later that night, in her room at the monastery, Gewuji was lying in bed, trying to sleep, but was moving her head about. "Geoff, no." She said.

Gewuji was having a nightmare about from when Chongbai's spike had punctured through her brother's body up on Pax Mountain. Although he was unable to see it, he felt it in his chest, under his clothes before becoming shocked and looked up at the others. "Don't... give up." He then slowly moved backwards to the edge of the cliff, and started to fall back.

"No!" Cole yelled as they ran to see Geoff's body fall down the mountain, and Gewuji tried to grab Geoff's hand, but was too slow.

"Geoff!" Gewuji yelled as the body of her brother soon passed through the clouds, disappearing from her view.

Gewuji immediately sat up, screaming from the nightmare she had experienced. She breathed heavily before she turned to see a photo of Geoff and Gewuji from the aftermath of the Second Serpentine War, took it, and rubbed her hand across it, mainly at Geoff's image before she started to sob on it, tears landing on the photo as the door soon opened. "Gewuji?" Someone asked. She looked up to see it was Lloyd. He had apparently heard his girlfriend's scream from his room. "Are you okay?"

"It was just a nightmare." She replied.

"Let me guess, it was about Geoff." She slowly nodded and Lloyd came up to her. "Gewuji, you saw what happened to me, after my father died. It will take time, but just know that he is not just on that photo, but also in here." He points at her chest, and then his own. "And mine."

"But he was my only sibling."

"Snap out of it." Gewuji was shocked to hear it, but chose not to reply. "You have your mother. And you have other brothers. Kai, Cole, Jay, Zane, Blake." He looks down. "...and me." She soon nods, smiling a little. "Do you need me to stay with you?"

"Please." Lloyd notices another tear on Gewuji's face before using a hand to rub it off, and she grabs it before they soon lie down.

The following morning, at the police station, while arrangements for Geoff's funeral were being made, the Ninja, P.I.X.A.L., Dragon, Misako, Chamille, Faith, Mantis, Callen and Seliel, all wearing suits or dresses, with some yellow features, were all watching the TV among other officers. Maggie was the only one not looking at all, because her fiancé was dead, and all of their wedding preparations were completely dropped as a result. "Flowers, sympathy cards, samples of yellow sand and gifts have been left by the spot where the monastery is, and where Yang's Haunted Temple, former home of the Ninja, once was, in memory of the Blind Ninja Geoffrey Arcturus Sanders." Gayle said on the TV, trying her best to fight back tears. "Friends of the fallen Ninja have commented on how they felt when they heard of the news."

The TV soon showed Ronin, who was sitting outside his shop, smoking, as Delbert PO had his microphone out to him. "He was the best damn kid I ever taught." He said as he took a puff. "I'm really glad he forgave me for leaving him on the Dark Island."

The TV soon showed Cyrus, in his office as Delbert E had his microphone out to him. "He really was a good Ninja." He said. "A good man. And an even greater Ninja."

The TV soon showed Skales and Skales Jr., outside the police station, obviously waiting for Selma, as Delbert had his microphone out to them. "A gallant man who fought to the end." Skales said. "He was-s-s our true uniter."

"No, he wasn't!" Skales Jr. yelled.

"Junior, behave."

The TV soon turned to Karlof as Gayle held her microphone out to him. "Beach ninja gone." He said. "Karlof sad."

The TV soon turned to Spider, leaning against a wall as Delbert PO had his microphone out to him. "I never paid him back for what he told me about my family." He said.

The TV soon turned to Powder as Delbert E had his microphone out to him. "An honourable friend, who fought to the end." He said.

The TV soon turned to Skylor, in her restaurant, with a shot glass of sake close by as Delbert had his microphone out to her. "He fought for family." She said. "I would also say that the Ninja, his friends, are all family to him. I will miss him." She raises the shot glass and soon chugged it.

The TV soon turned to Scars, sitting by the bar with many other patrons around a shrine for Geoff as Delbert PO, Delbert E and Delbert were all there as well. "I wouldn't be here if it weren't for the bloke." He said. "Which is why our boss has decided to rename this bar in honour of him. It is now called Sanders'." They all raise their glasses.

The TV soon showed Dareth, in Laughy's, as he served drinks to some mourners. "We will all miss Geoff greatly." He said, pouring three more drinks. "He is not only the greatest and gallant Ninja, he is also a legend. From a petty thief to a hero." He moves two of them forward before picking one up himself. "Now, let us join together and remember the great times about Geoff. Especially, you two." Vinny places the camera onto the bar, and moves it so the screen can show a shrine for Geoff. It had many things, i.e. Yellow ribbons, sunflowers, dandelions, a copy of his solo CD, memorial cards and his photo. Gayle and Vinny pick up the glasses as Dareth grabbed two and placed one in front of the shrine before raising the other. "To the legend, Geoff Sanders."

"To the legend." Everyone in the bar, offscreen from the camera view, said before Dareth is seen scowling down his shot before everyone placed their shot glasses down.

The TV then showed Gayle, just outside the police station. "The Ninja could not be reached for comment, and I understand why." She said. "In these... difficult times..." She tries to continue before sighing in sadness. "I can't keep on going with this report. I'm sorry." She then walked out of the camera's view. The TV then turned to a news studio. "Back to you, Delbert."

"We at Ninjago City News also offer our condolences to Geoff's friends and family." Delbert PO said on the TV. "He too... was family to us." He soon sighed. "I can't do this either, excuse me." He soon got up, and left his desk. Navis, wearing a yellow shirt instead of his white one, soon turned the TV off before turning to everyone, who turn to him.

"It's...time." He said, fighting back a tear as they all nod.

"Let's go." Dragon said to everyone.
