Seliel's POV
I walked inside the school and saw my best friend, waiting for me by my locker.

"Hey Pink Head."He said.

"Rocky."I said, nodding and the two of us laughed. Cole Brookstone and me have been friends since were were babies, because our moms were best friends and they just gave it to us, I guess.

"So, wanna go to the movies today?"Cole asked.

"Yeah, sure. Why now."I said, taking some things from my locker. I closed it and then the two of us walked to class, his arm around my shoulders.

The good thing about Cole, is that nothing is weird with him. I mean, I would kiss him on the cheek and he won't mind. There's nothing romantic between us and that's good.

We walked into the class and took our seats, then the teacher came and the class started.

Time Skip-After The Movie
Cole's POV
After we watched the new Fritz Donagan movie, me and Seliel walked out of the cinema.

I've known Seliel since I was a baby. There's nothing weird between us. She would kiss me on the cheek and I won't mind, of course.

But that's mostly because I have a crush on her.

I don't know how she will react, but I have decided to tell her today, like right now.

Me and Seliel walked to the park, just talking. After a while we got too lazy to walk so we sat on a bench and stared at the pond in front of us. How the ducks are playing.

Now is the moment.

"Seliel, I need to tell you something."I said, looking at her beautiful face.

"What's up?"she asked, turning to me. Her gray eyes piercing my brown ones.

"I, Umm.., I have to admit something."I said.

"Shoot."she said, nodding. I took a deep breath and began.

"Look, Seliel, I know we've been friends for since we know ourselves and that there is nothing weird between us and that we are the best of friends there can be, but I have to confess that, Seliel Williams, I love you."I said in one breath. Seliel's eyes went wide and she looked down."Look, it's okay, you don't have to love me that way, I just wanted you to know."I said. She didn't respond for a while, then looked up at me.

"I am sorry Cole."she said and stood up, then ran away.

"No! Seliel Wait!"I said and got up to run after her, but there was no use. She was already far.

I sat back down and put my face in my hands, sobbing quietly.

I knew it. I just knew that I will ruin everything between us. I am such an idiot.

Time Skip-Some Weeks Later
Seliel's POV
Some weeks passed since Cole's confession. We haven't talked much these weeks. He tried calling me the first three weeks, but then gave up, I guess. I was ignoring him and he probably took the hint.

I've been hanging out with my girl besties since then. Nya and Skylor. I told them what happened and they told me they would help me stay away from Cole.

And I thought that there's nothing weird about the two of us.

I walked into the school with Skylor, who was my drive to school. We were talking, when suddenly laughs interrupted our conversation.

We looked in its direction and we saw all the jocks talking, including Cole, who had his arm wrapped around the school's most popular girl(or the school's slut), Jennifer's shoulders.

When I saw them, I felt like someone hit me with a brick. Why do I fell like that? I rejected and ignored him and he moved on. I'd not my job who he's dating.

Me and Skylor just passed the jocks and continued to the first class of the day.

Seliel's POV
I walked down the halls of the school. Since I had track team practice, I had to stay later, like the swim team and the jocks and all people that were in a club.

We finished earlier than usual, so I just started heading home, when I heard moans. I walked closer to them and saw that Cole and Jennifer were kissing.

I can't believe it.

Why am I so surprised though? He's a free man, pretty hot too. He has the right to do whatever he wants.

I just passed them and walked home.

When I arrived at home, I sat on my bed and started at the mirror. A lot of pictures were around in my room, so I stood up to examine them.

I went to the mirror first. I took the first picture I saw and looked at it.

It was me and Cole on his fourteenth birthday. We looked so happy.

Then I took another one. We were five there, playing in the mud together.

Then a third one. In the aqua park. Together again.

We were inseparable.

After some more pictures I put them down and looked in the mirror. I didn't even realize that tears were streaming down my face. My heart weighted like ten tones and was crashed in million peaces.

Now I know how Cold felt when I rejected him.

And now I realize it.

I rejected the man I love.

I love Cole. With all my heart.

I have to go to talk to him. But he's with Jennifer now, or is he?

I have to get back my best friend, or whatever I can get.

I ran downstairs and put some shoes on, then ran out the house. It was raining.

Great, I thought. No time to go back, though.

I ran down the street to Cole's house as fast as I can. When I was on his porch I was wet to the bone. I knocked on the door and waited, trembling.

After some seconds, the door opened by no other than Cole.

"Seliel!? What the hell are you doing in the rain!?"He asked, pulling me inside.

"Cole, I need to-"

"Seliel you are freezing! I will get you a blanket and dry clothes, you remove the wet ones."he commanded.

"Wait, Cole, I-"

"I will be back in a minute."he said and tried to run to take the things he needed, but I caught his wrist and stopped him.

He turned to me and rose an eyebrow.

"Cole, I need to tell you something."I told him."and it's important."I added and he nodded, then turned to me fully. I took a deep breath and began."Look, I know I rejected you some weeks ago and that you moved on from me, but Cole, we lost everything and I want it back. I don't want all that weirdness between us. I just want us back."I explained and looked at my feet, suddenly interested in my wet shoes."And I also realized how much more than a best friend you are to me. Cole, I-I love you..."I said.

There was no reaction at first. But seconds later, he lifted my chip to look at him. I looked at his beautiful face and his smirk-like smile.

"Seliel Williams, I love you too."he said and then pressed his lips against mine. I felt his love though that kiss. I felt he love I had for him though it.

And I knew that there wasn't going The anything weird between us anymore.

Okay that sucks, but hope you enjoyed it, I guess.
I have to say two things.
First-I May be not updating at Saturday, because I am traveling to my homeland on Friday and it will be at least 14 hours and then I will be going straight out with my friends, so I am sorry if I don't update. I hope I do, though.
