Max is 5 and Emma is 4

Cole's POV
Today is Saturday and I will do my usual training. I go to my 'fitness room' and started lifting weights

"What are you doing daddy?"I little voice said behind me. I turned and saw my son standing on the door. I put some the weight and go to him, then knelt in front of him

"I am training"I said

"Can I train too?"he asked excited

"Are you sure?"I asked

"Yes"he said

"Ok you can, but only if your mother let you"I said

"Ok. I am going to ask her"he sad and ran away

Seliel's POV
I was in the living room watching a magazine when Max came to me

"Mom! Mom! Mom!"he said running to me

"What? What? What?"I asked laughing

"Can I train with daddy?"he asked excited

" Hmmmm...let me think"I said and started looking around"Ok you can, but then you have to clean you room. Dial?"I asked

"Dial"he answered and ran away, after that my daughter came

"Mommy, do you know where is Max?"she asked

"He go to train with your father"I said

"Ohhhhh..."she said sadly"I wanted to pway with him"she said

"Do you want to play with me?"I asked her face lit up

"Weally!?!"she asked excited

"Yup. C'mon"I said standing. She take my hand and drag me to her room. She said to sit down so did I

"So what do you want to play?"I asked

"Can you put me makeup?"she asked

"I don't know. Can I?"I asked

"Pwease mommy"she said making puppy eyes

"Ok fine. Wait me here"I said and stand. I walk to my and Cole's room, took some make up and go back to Emma's room

"Ok. Let's do this"I said taking one brush and she giggled. I put her some spiral and lipstick and nothing else

"Ok you are ready"I said and turned her so she can see herself in her little mirror

"Thank you mommy"she said turning to me

"Your welcome. Do you want to make your hair too?"I asked

"Ywes"she said and I started my work

Cole's POV
I continued with my training and after a while Max came back

"So what did mommy said?"I asked putting the weights down again

"She said yes"Max said excited again. I let him in"So whit what are we starting?"he asked

"First you have to do 10 squats. After that 10 jumps"I said and continue with my things and after a while I heard...

"I am ready"

"Really? So fast?"I asked

"Yup. Now what?"he asked

"Now you will do some recruits"I said and we go to the lever

Hour later
We finished with the training

"Good job Max. One day you will have big muscles and abs if you continue this"I said

"And the girls will like me"he said and I laughed

"Yes of course. Now let's go get a shower"I said and we left the fitness room

30 minutes later
Seliel's POV
I and Emma were sitting on the coach waiting forMax and Cole to come. We are going to watch a movie. They came and sat

"What film do you want to watch?"Cole asked

"Barbie!"Emma said happily and Max looked at us terrified

"Please don't do this to me"he said. Last time he watched Barbie he had nightmares. I don't know how is that possible, but anyways

"Anything else?"I asked

"The Boss Baby?"Max suggested

"Yes"Emma said

"Ok. Cole"I said looking at him and he started the movie. Today was a great day with our kids
