In an announcement, I mentioned how the song above is perfect to represent Jay and Nya's relationship, but it also works for Max and Alex's relationship.

Justin looked over a roof of a building in the direction of where they located Emma.  "Ok guys," Justin started telling the team.  He faced them as he continued.  "We need to be careful.  Emma is powerful and she could easily use her powers on any of us, except Rosie and Felix, I believe."

"You fought her off once before," Juliet pointed out.  "How did you do it?"

"I don't know," Justin answered honestly.  "I guess I'm just too stubborn...but seriously, be on guard at all times."  Everyone nodded.  "Good.  Let's go."

The team walked into the building that was Emma's last location.  It was dark which gave them an eerie vibe.

"Hello ninja."

The team looked up and saw Emma waiting for them on a railing.

"You looking for me?" she smirked.

"We've had enough of your games, Emma!" Justin yelled.

"You've messed with us for the last time!" Juliet added.

"We will stop you!" Mason joined in.

"You can try."  Emma jumped down.  "But you won't prevail.  Me and my master are always two steps ahead."

"Who is your Master anyway?" Justin asked.  "You never actually told me."

"Why don't you take a guesssss?" a voice said.  "I wassss onccceee an enemy of your parentsssss."

"Clouse?" Zeke asked.

"No," the voice answered.

"Nadakhan?" Justin wondered.

"What about the Skull Sorcerer?" Mason asked.

"My grandfather?  Master Chen?"  Juliet said.  "I thought he was dead, but anything is possible in Ninjago."

"True," Harper said.  "In that case, what about Morro?"

"I do not think it would be someone coming back from the dead," Rosie said.  "What about Cryptor?"

"His speech patterns are that of a serpentine," Felix pointed out.  "What about Skales?"

"No!  You foolsssss!" the voice boomed and came out of the shadows.  "It isssss me, Pythor!"

"Oh," all the ninja said as Emma's master revealed himself. 

"That makes a lot more sense," Mason added.

Pythor turned to Emma.  "Finish them!"

"My pleasure," Emma said and turned to the team.

"Be careful guys," Justin reminded them as they began to fight Emma.

Emma was a way better fighter than predicted.

"Why are you doing this?" Justin asked her.  "Why are you working for Pythor?"

"You guys have your perfect little lives with your powers, but have you ever thought about the people that aren't so lucky?" Emma asked.  "Have you ever thought of the people who don't have the perfect family?  Have you ever thought about the people who don't have anyone who cares about them?  Add to that someone with powers that they don't understand and can't control.  Master Pythor took me in and taught me to control my powers!  I owe him everything!"

"But Pythor is evil!"

"It depends on your perspective of evil."

They continued to fight, but were losing.  Emma knocked all of them down.

"We have to do something!" Juliet exclaimed.

"But what?!" Harper asked.

All of a sudden, Zeke got up and was surrounded by fire.  He shot it towards it towards Emma, but she dodged.  Luckily, it did fly towards Pythor.  Pythor moved enough so it didn't hit him, but it hit next to him and knocked him out.

"YES!!!" Zeke shouted.  "True potential!"

"MASTER!!!" Emma shouted as she tried to run towards Pythor.

"Not so fast, Emma!" Felix exclaimed and became surrounded by ice.  "Zeke isn't the only one who discovered his true potential."  Felix shot ice towards Emma, but she managed to dodge again.

Emma thought of a way she could turn the tide of the battle.  "You all hate me for what I did to you.  Making your leader run away and making your second-in-command turn against you guys.  I bet everything I did makes you all so angry."

"Don't let her manipulate your emotions!" Justin yelled.

"Too little, too late."  Emma smirked as Juliet, Mason, Zeke, and Harper turned around and joined Emma's side.  "Looks like I have most of your team."

"AHHH!!!" Justin screamed and held his head.

"Justin!"  Rosie bent down to help her boyfriend.

"She's...strong."

Rosie looked up at her brother.  "Fighting her off is hurting him."  She turned back to her boyfriend.  "If it's hurting you this much, maybe you should give in.  I don't want anything to happen to you."

Emma slowly walked closer to them.  "You might want to listen to your girlfriend.  She just want what's best for you," she mocked.

"I...won't...give...in," Justin barely managed to say.

"You've been such a nuisance.  I will enjoy killing you."

"No you won't!" Rosie said as she and her brother stood protectively in front of Justin.

"If I have to get through you two to get to him, so be it!"

"Leave them alone!"  Emma turned around to see Alex and Max behind her.

"You two!  Ha!  Easy targets!"

"Not this time!" Alex spat.

"Don't try to resist.  Your brother knows that resisting can be quite...painful."

"Let Justin and the others go and deal with us!"  Max said.  "We know you wanted us anyway!"

Emma contemplated what Max said.  "Fine."  She released everyone who was under her manipulation and they all collapsed to the ground.  Rosie and Felix tended to all of them.

Alex and Max circled Emma and waited for her to make the first move.  When she finally attacked, the two moved in sync as they blocked her every move.

"You two can't stand me!  Why don't you show your true anger?!"  Emma attempted to use her powers on Alex and Max again, but it didn't work this time.  They didn't even show signs of pain from resisting her power like Justin did.  "NO!!!"

"You can't beat us, Emma," Max said.

"We found an emotion that's too powerful for you to manipulate," Alex said.  "Love."

"Love?" Emma asked.  "There's no way love is more powerful than me!"

"Looks like you aren't as powerful as you think you are," Alex taunted.

"I will kill you all!" Emma yelled.

"Yeah.  I don't think so," Max said as Alex managed to sneak behind Emma and knock her out.

"Down goes the emotional witch," Alex said.

"Really?" Max asked her.

"She tried to tear us apart.  Doesn't that make her a witch."

"Down goes the emotional witch."

The two looked over at their teammates who all managed to get up.  For Justin, not without help from Mason and Zeke.

Max put an arm around Alex.  "Let's go home."
