Prom Night Part 1
Disclaimer: I don't own Ninjago, just the story and my OC's.
"I guess we are officially done with the project that's due on Monday," Kyara said triumphantly. The school project droup was sitting at the kitchen table in the monastery to finish the assignment.
"That we are," Zeke said.
"Is everyone clear on what part they are presenting?" Sarah asked. Everyone nodded.
"I guess you guys should be going now," Felix said to Kyara, Joseph, and Sarah.
Harper started moving her books off of the table, but ended up dropping one book and some loose papers along with it. She groaned and went down to pick them up.
"Here. Let me help you with that," Joseph said as crouched down with her to help pick them up.
"Thank you," Harper said. "You didn't have to help. It's fine. I mean, I live here anyway."
Joseph gave a little laugh. "I wanted to." Harper and Joseph reached for the book at the same time and their hands touched for a second. Both of them looked away and blushed. Harper took the book and they bolted up. Joseph grabbed his backpack. "I guess that I should get going. See you Monday."
"Yeah. See you Monday." Harper nervously tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear. Joseph left with Kyara and Sarah.
Zeke and Felix went to the living room where all of the parents and Juliet were. "So, that was your crush," Mason said. He was leaning against a wall, watching his sister.
Harper quickly turned around. "How long have you been standing there?"
"Not long. I was hiding somewhere that I'm not going to tell you while you were actually working on the project."
"Mason!" Harper whined.
"What? I have to make sure that any guy you like is good enough for you. It's my job as your big brother."
"You know, you're curious about any relationship that I might have, yet you haven't even kissed your girlfriend yet."
Mason paled. "I-I'm just w-waited for the right t-time."
"You two have been dating for seven months. You're passed waiting for the right time. In the words of Sebastian from "The Little Mermaid", 'go on and kiss the girl'."
Mason raised an eyebrow. "So, now you're quoting Disney movies?"
"Hey, 'you're gonna miss the girl'."
"Alright, no more watching "The Little Mermaid" for you, but unfortunately," Mason sighed. "I think you're right."
"You know I'm right."
"I should not be getting relationship advice from my little sister."
"Yet, here we are."
"Let's go to the living room. Everyone's waiting for the prom attendees to walk out, so that they can take pictures."
Harper's eyes lit up. "Yeah! Let's go! I've been dying to see Alex and Rosie's dresses!" The two siblings walked out to the living room to join everyone.
"There you two are," Cole said to his kids.
"We were just talking, dad," Mason said.
"Have they come out yet?" Harper asked.
"No. Not yet," Seliel said.
Justin and Max walked out in their tuxedos.
"Awww. You look so handsome," Nya told her son.
"Mom!" Justin whined.
"Hey. Your mother was just giving you a complement," Jay said.
Justin started tugging at his tie.
"Cheer up dude," Max said. "It's prom. We have to dress nice."
"I know," Justin said. "I just always feel like I'm being choked when I'm wearing a tie."
"I think that now I found a way to get Justin to do my chores," Mason said. "Just tell him that I'll force him to wear a tie."
"NO!!!" Justin yelled at Mason.
"Look at you, Max," Britney said as she admired her son.
"My boy cleans up nice," Lloyd joked.
"Seriously dad," Max said annoyed.
Alex and Rosie walked into the living room. When Justin and Max saw their girlfriends, their jaws dropped. They were both speechless with how beautiful their girlfriends looked and couldn't take their eyes off of them. Alex and Rosie also couldn't take their eyes off of their boyfriends as the two girls smiled at them.
"O..." Juliet said.
"M..." Harper added.
"G!!!" they shouted together and ran up to get a closer look at Alex and Rosie's dresses.
"You both look amazing!" Juliet said.
"The dresses suit both of you perfectly!" Harper added.
"Now I can't wait until I go to prom."
"Same. Although, that will be a longer wait for me."
Justin and Alex finally noticed each other and walked up to one another.
"Why are you wearing blue?!" they both yelled at the same time. "Blue is my color! Stop saying everything I say! Stop it! Stop it now!"
"You can both wear blue," Jay said, trying to stop an argument with his kids.
"I think it's cute how you are both wearing the same color," Nya said. "You're twinsies."
"NO TWINSIES!!!" both Justin and Alex shouted.
"Well, blue does look good with purple," Rosie said, linking her arm with Justin.
"And it also looks good with green," Max said, grabbing Alex's hand.
"I believe that this is the time we take pictures," Zane said.
"Why don't we go out to the training yard?" PIXAL suggested.
Everyone walked out to the training yard to take pictures of the two couples going to the prom. They started by taking some pictures of Justin and Rosie. Next, they took pictures of Alex and Max. After that, Jay and Nya requested to take a few pictures of Justin and Alex which the twins relectantly agrees to. The only reason they did it was to make their parents happy. Finally, they got some group pictures of Justin, Alex, Max, and Rosie.
After the pictures were done, Max looked at his watch. "We better get going," he said. "We need to meet the limo down at the bottom of the mountain."
"Yeah," Justin said. "We payed good money for that. Shall we, Rosie?"
"We shall," Rosie said as she linked arms with her boyfriend.
"Shall we, Alex?" Max said.
"You're seriously using my brother's line," Alex said.
Max sighed. "I couldn't think of anything."
"Well then, we shall." Alex linked her arm with Max's and the two happy couples started to walk down to the limo.
They didn't notice a figure lurking in the shadows. "Prom, huh? I'll make a night they'll never forget."
A/N: I hope you enjoyed! I realized that I've been giving the least amount of sibling scenes to Mason and Harper, so I wanted to give them something.
Also, who are your favorite siblings in the story?:
Justin and Alex
Juliet and Zeke
Mason and Harper
Rosie and Felix
(Max is just an only child)
