These first few Chapters take place 12 years before the current time in this story. kinda like a prologue. Pixal and zane's oldest son is around 2 years old and none of the other children are born yet. This prologue will have many POV's rather then just focusing on one person. Chapters with * means it takes place in this part if the timeline

JAY: POV

I fell myself start to wake up from my slumber. my eyes flutter open, sun shining through the window,stinging my eyes as they adjusted to the light. I move over expecting to feel my beautiful wife snuggled next to me, only to find nothing but ruffled blankets.

I here a sound coming from the bathroom causing me too turn my head. I could here nya throwing up again, this time rather violently.  I rushed over too the bathroom and opened the door. Nya was hunched over the toilet, coughing up what ever was left in her stomach. I rushed to her side, and gently rubbed her back.

She looked up at me with her dulled eyes, her skin was pale and she look weak. She gave me a weak smile before throwing up once more. I quickly held her hair back as she viciously coughed over the toilet. When she stoped coughing she flushed and fell limp into my arms

"Nya" she looked up "It's ok jay, I'm*gag*I'm alright" I could tell she wasn't alright, she looked like she had been drained of her energy or something. "I'm just worried nya, you've been like this for the past week." I stroked her hair. She sighed "It's probably just a little bug or something, I just need to sleep it off probably" I caressed her cheek "ok, but if it gets any worse I'm calling an ambulance" she giggled and layed her head in my chest.

"Do you want to come down for breakfast, you don't have to eat since you don't feel go-" "no its ok, I should eat something, and sick or not I can't resist zane's cooking" she smiled. I lift her up bridle style and carry her to the kitchen, zane was cooking and pixal was with her son zixal. I set nya down on a chair and sat in the one next to her.

I look over at lloyd's empty chair, "Hey where's lloyd, he's usually already here waiting by now, he never misses breakfast?" "He left, said he had to go somewhere."pixal said as she tried to feed her toddler son a pancake. "Come on zixe, just try it" she cooed as she waved the spoon towards the boys mouth. "NO" He yelled shoving back towards his mother. Pixal groaned in defeat.

I suddenly got an idea "Hey zixe, look at me!" The toddler turned and looked my way. I made my hands spark, causing my hair to stand up. He started laughing at pointed at me. Pixal realized what I was doing and when she saw her opportunity she struck, shoving  the spoonful of pancake into the baby nindroids mouth.

Zixe looked at his mother as if she betrayed him, but then immediately smiled, gobbling up the pancake. He giggled and claped his hands " more more!" He yelped reaching for the pancake in is mother's hands."see I told ya you would like it, thanks jay "

I chuckled "anytime". Nya leaned on my shoulder, "guess you'll be a big help when I comes time to feed our kids" she giggled. I felt a blush creep over my cheeks,"yeah". "Oh, nya I heard you weren't feeling well, you ok" pixal questioned with concern.  "still a little queasy, but other then that I'm fine" she sighed  "aun nya sick?" zixal asked with a concerned look on his face "she need to go to da'cor?" He didn't like the docter, so of course the little sweetheart was worried if someone else had to.

Nya giggled "don't worry zixal, aunt nya is okay. I just needs some rest." She said and reached out and ruffled the boys hair. "zixe play with fuffy" pixal chuckled "you can play with fluffly after you eat your breakfast" (fluffly is a cat that's a robot like pixal and zane, so it can function like a real cat)

"Oh I almost forgot! Do you want something to eat" I asked nya. "Nah, I'll wait lunch, still a little queasy" she mumbled. I nod and got up to get myself breakfast, zane had made sausage and pancake, my favorite. I got my food at sat back next to nya.

She must of smelled my food because she suddenly look like she was going to puke. That's been happening lately, she'll smell something and immediately get nauseous. Which is definitely not normal. I guess that part of being sick. She gaged and put a hand over her mouth.

"Nya, are you gonna-" she nodded vigorously as I scooped her up and rushed her too the bathroom. I held her hair back as she coughed up whatever was left inside her. She flushed and flopped onto the bathroom rug, looking weak as ever. "I think it's time to get that rest you said you need" I cooed rubbing her back. She nodded, I carried her bridal style to our room, and gently tucked her in."If you need anything just call me" I cooed and kissed her forehead, I walk out the room and quietly closed the door.

PIXAL POV:

nya's been kinda sick lately, it's weird one minute she's fine and the next she's sick to her stomach... why does this seem familiar... I lose my train of thought as jay sighed very loudly as her came back in the kitchen. "Is nya alright?" I ask with worry. "She threw up again, but I think she just needs rest.....she'll be fine" but I could tell by the way he spoke that he was way more worried than I was..

"Jay, would you,mind waking the others " zane chimed in (I forgot he was cooking during this conversation 😂) "of course" Jay said as he headed to wake the others. Me and zane got up extra early " zixal was in a bad mood" and we couldn't get back to sleep, so we just started our day, and lloyd left to go somewhere, probably to see Harumi,they say-they're just friends, but I beg to differ. Im not entirely sure why jay and nya were up so early ."Do I smell pancakes!?" I heard cole shout from the hall.

Him and the rest of the team came in the kitchen, hungry as ever. Kai came over next to zixal high chair. "Hey little zixy" He chuckled. Zixal giggled and grabbed onto kai's hair "ay! You'll mess up my hair" He laughed "no one messes up my hair" He scooped the baby nindroid up and sat him in his lap. Then he ruffled his hair,"no mess my hair!" Zixal giggled swatting kai's hand away. I laughed, zixal is so lucky to have such a loving family , I thought to myself.

"Hey pix" skylor chirped and gave me a hug. she had officially moved in with us few days ago, we Hadn't seen her in a few months, so it was nice to get to spend time with her. i giggled "hey sky"

"so, hows motherhood going for ya" she said glancing at my toddler son. " pretty good, much easier than the pregnancy." we both giggled,
zixal laughed and reached for Skylor, "hey lil' man" she picked him up "dang, your getting heavy!", "aun skywor!" zixal chirped and flailed his arms playfully. "and your vocabulary's getting better too!" she chuckled

"hey, its been a couple months since you'd seen him, babys grow up fast" i sighed. "unco kai!" he giggled, reaching for the fire ninja. She put zixal back in kai's lap and he cuddled kai's chest. The master of amber stared at the two with a warm smile and sighed. I smirked, which snapped her out of her trans. "what?" I chuckled "someday that will be him and your kid."

She blushed a crimson red "Pixal, we're not even married yet!" I laughed, "come on sky, he's bound to ask you sooner or later" I said with a smirk. She was blushing so hard she looked like a tomato.

I glanced over to see if kai noticed, but the fire ninja was still focused on the miniature nindroid in has arms. I look back at skylor, the young master of amber was still glowing a bright red.

"Have you decided yet?" She sighed " well we have been talking about possibly having kids in the future, not anytime soon though." She smirked "but that like I said, will be thought more on in the future." She stuttered, trying to change the subject "Now I'm gonna try to get some food before cole eats it all, if I'm not to late" we both chuckled as she got up.

We all finished our breakfast and I let zixal down and he waddled away to go find fluffly. It's been a pretty uneventful morning, the only thing that really happened was Lloyd leaving extremely early without really saying were he was going. And he's definitely not a morning person, I wonder what he's up to.

LLOYD POV:
I finally made it out without getting caught, I ran in to pixal and Zane on the way out, but without question they just let me go.
I'm pretty sure they know where I was going, Zane has a way of finding out things. But they seemed fine with it.
I've been sneaking out extra early or after dark to meet up with my- well, with harumi.

I mean it's not like we're doing anything crazy, just talking or hanging out. I just feel that the others don't approve of harumi after the whole sons of Garmadon thing. It's been almost two years, but I still think they still don't exactly trust her yet. So I sneak out when the other don't know.

Zane and pixal, being the only ones who can detect lies, are the only ones who trust her. They both tell me that she hasn't shown signs of lying when saying she's changed. Nice to know someone approves of us....AS friends, 'cause that's all we are.

As for harumi, a lot has changed, she now lives with Jay's parents at their junkyard, she's kinda like jays honorary sister.(I got that idea from MasterofCupcakes story junkyard princess season 9 AU)

She seems a lot happier now, she finally has a family again. Of course ed and Edna would never replace her birth parents, they still love and care for her like a daughter. And being the nice people they are, the kindly let harumi come to see whenever she wants.

When I left this morning we both decided to meet up at the park. I headed over to the blossom tree we always sit under, and sure enough she was there waiting for me.

"Rumi" she smiled lovingly "Lloyd" she came closer and hugged me, wrapping her arms around my neck. I hugged back. I felt my face heat up when she nuzzled her face into my shoulder.

We parted, I gazed into her pearly jade green eyes. She blushed and looked at the bag I was holding. "What's that?" She pointed to my bag,"oh I almost forgot!" I pull a brown lunch bag out of my backpack. "I brought you something." her eyes glimmered "ooh what is it" "why don't I show you" I giggled as we sat down under the blossom tree.

I opened the bag to reveal the treats inside,"aww,you brought me candy, your so sweet, no pun intended" she smirked. I giggled at her joke and handed her the bag. She made a confused face and reached into the bag "what's this?" she pulled out a Tootsie roll pop.
"That's a tootsie roll pop, haven't you seen one" she shook her head. "No, what is it?" "It's a lollipop with a tootsie roll inside". She still looked confused.

"what's a tootsie roll?" "You haven't heard of it" she blushed "I spent the majority of my life cooped up in a castle, you don't see much that goes on in the outside world."

"Well, it's pretty much a chocolate like candy inside a fruity lollipop" I unwrapped the orange lollipop and pointed in her direction, "wanna try it" she took it, and licked it with caution. her face lit up, she licked it happily like a young candy craving child. She looked so innocent and adorable, I blushed a light pink glow.

She giggled " not bad" she looked into the bag, "you want some" I blushed more "nah, it's for you-" "but I insist" she pushed the bag in my direction." alright" I pulled a cookie out a nibbled it joyfully. We sat under the tree and stared off in the distance . The sun hadn't fully come up yet, it was still rather early. So the sky was still a pale orange fadding into blue.

She sighed and leaned against my shoulder. I blushed, and drapped my arm around her."Lloyd?" She stuttered, "yeah". she nuzzled my shoulder "I've missed you" I blushed once more,"I've missed you too." And we sat in silence, enjoying each others company.

We watched as people begin passing by with their dogs or freinds, it's still pretty early, and still pretty early for me, I felt my eyes start to close, until the sun reflected off something and flashed in my eyes. I looked up curiously, to see a certain family of nindroids heading our way.
