Ok so there were a few things that could've been better, but overall I really liked this episode.

Plot: Wu and Vania are holding down things at the palace (sort of) while the rest of the ninja are trying to figure out an escape plan. Wanting to know why the Munces and Geckles hate each other, they tell them the tale of the two blades and each one thinks the other stole it when the ninja think it was the Skull Sorcerer. The ninja devise a plan to call them to a temporary truce so they can escape. Lloyd and Cole go off to find the blades, but accidentally summon the Skull Sorcerer. He and his army attacked them and everyone got separated.

Things I enjoyed:

- Cole saving that mino was adorable! (I named him Rocco! 😂)

- I love the Lilly scene animation.

- The Skull Sorcerer is ruthless and I love it!

- Good action shots towards the end

- The fact that the minoes eat skeletons is so funny! 😂

- Good set up for the next episode.

Things I didn't like:

- It's creepy how Vania made those cutouts so fast.

- Cole's voice was lower in some places.

- The royal guards are really gullible (and there's proof of this is later episodes.)

- The pacing was a bit slow for my taste

- The jokes don't land as well as they do in other episodes

- Cole is so clueless when the geckles and Munces are talking about Lilly

- Cole and Lloyd don't even look concerned when this glowing skull thing talks to them

Final Score: 7/10

Overall pretty solid episode, but tomorrow: JAYA!!!!! 😍😍😍
