Jay's p.o.v

'Kai...kai...he's a dragon. That's terrifyingly cool.' I than look at Nya, 'is she the same.' I turn my attention back to Kai as Firstborn nuzzles hem. Kai admits a purr, the man that's with them hugs Kai.

It clicks that that's Kai's birth father. Infact, Kai looks nothing like Nya or her parents. I turn and see Nya crying. Kai pulls from his mom and dad and comes over. He lifts Nya's chin up, claws nowhere near her skin.

"You were, are and forever will be my sister. You choose your family not by blood alone. I'm the only child of Firstborne and Tarlok." Kai says.

"Wait a minute. The other dragons." Cole asks. "Are mere creations. Physical beings of their elements. I am hers by blood." Kai explains. Nya crashes into Kai, hugging hem. A rumble sounds in Kai's chest, he wraps his arms around her.

Firstborne rumbles, Kai looks at her. Tarlok steps forward. "Son, we made the choice for you so long ago. Now, you need to make it. You can stay in my brother's realm and continue to protect it...or.." Tarlok says.

"I can go back to the first realm with you and mom." Firstborne wobbles. Kai turns to us, his cat-like eyes scanning us. He than looks at his parents.

I fear Kai will go with them. But, as the rest of the resistance walks up, Kai smiles. He backs up to us, throwing his arms over mine and Nya's shoulders.

"With y'alls blessing. I wish to protect uncle's realm. Plus, the gang needs their bother." Kai said. Tarlok smiles, walking forth and kneels before Kai. He removes a necklace, placing it on Kai's neck.

"This is the necklace the prince of the first realm wares. You passed the test. We expected you to stay but wanted you to have a choice this time. Anytime you want to visit, you know how." Tarlok said. He than goes to Firstborne, climing on her back and her and the dragons take to the sky.

Kai stands with us for a moment than runs after. He jumps, taking to the air and unleashes a roar. One that his mother and the other dragons return with a silver light coming from Tarlok.

Kai turns to us, coming down and landing. His claws click on the pavement as we ninja run forward, hugging our dragon brother.

Things maybe different now but, we're together and we'll continue fighting the good fight.
