Hello everyone, and welcome to my Jaya One Shots Stories. Quick thanks to bunnieeeex and hydroelectricjaya for being my main inspirations for this, as well as a lot of other talented creators I didn't mention. You're all amazing with your works.

That being said, I have started this book to do some stories of my own, and I hope you enjoy!

Takes place the same day as the final episode of season 13.

"JAY"

Jay gulped, as he knew what the following conversation was about. Ever since he got back on the Bounty, he had been hiding in his room, sitting on his, dreading the following conversation with Nya. Although she hadn't made her appearance yet, the Bounty is only so big, and if he decided to hide elsewhere, it would only be so long before she found him.

Maybe at the time, giving Queen Murtessa the kiss on the hand was the right thing to do; however with Nya storming the cabin searching for him, Jay realised it might not have been one of his best ideas. One to add to the roster, he thought.

He knew what to come was inevitable, so he might as well get it over with.

"I'm in here," he calls out to her. Slighting regretting the action.

Seconds later, the door slams open, revealing a very annoyed Nya. This was not going to be good.

"H-hey Nya," Jay chuckles awkwardly. She stared him down, keeping a stern look on her face, closing the door, then slowly walking towards him.

When she reached the end of the bed, she gestured for Jay to move over. He obliged, not wanting to annoy her further.

"Jay."

That one word sent shivers down his spine. But before he could put in his two cents, Nya turned to him, and continued.

"I believe you know why I am here."

"I believe I do," he replied, taking his eyes off her, getting more uneasy of what she would do next. Will she break up with me, never talk to me again, turn the others agai-, his thoughts were not helping him either.

"Jay, you know that I dislike the Queen, and you went out of your way to give her a kiss" she voiced.

"It was on the hands!" Jay countered, turning back to her.

"Same thing."

It was an awkward pause between them, before Nya continued, her features noticeably calmer than before.

"Listen Jay, I'm not mad at you-, well slightly mad at you," she gestured lightly with her hands, " but not for the reason you're thinking. I know that you are polite and well mannered to most that you meet, however I wi- hoped that you wouldn't have with her"

As Jay was observing Nya, trying to predict her next move, he finally got it. Nya was jealous. He looked away, lost in thought.

It made sense why after Nya got crowned queen, and Jay prince, Nya would not let Jay go so far away from her, especially close to Murtessa. If Nya could make a law separating the two, she probably would have. It also explained why she gave Jay the disapproving look as he boarded the Bounty.

He wouldn't admit it to Nya, or any of the others, however he is slightly happy for her jealous side; it meant she still loved him. Even if she wouldn't say it outloud, these little reminders show him that she still cared for him, and wouldn't want to let him go.

Jay got pulled out of his pondering by Nya continuing her speech, "But you should know that I don't mean to act all mean to others who talk to you, but you are the best thing that has happened to me, and I don't want to lose that to you. Especially to anyone else. And I'm sorry if I come off as extremely jealous, but-"

"Don't worry about that, I think it's cute" Jay blurted out, before realising his mistake.

Well there goes not telling her.

Nya stopped talking, almost like her brain had shut down. Meanwhile, Jay's was panicking. wrong idea, Wrong idea, Wrong Idea, WRONG IDEA!

"You..- You think that it's cute?"

Jay slowly turned to his girlfriend, who was in turn looking into his eyes, the brown pools of her eyes slowly lulling Jay into a trance. He decided to come clean.

"Well, yeah. It shows that you still care"

Nya's expression suddenly hardened, giving Jay a feel of unease. Did I say something wrong?

Suddenly the door opened, revealing Cole.

"Hey guys, have you seen the last of my cak-"

Cole read the room, then like time had started to rewind, took slow steps backwards to the door, went back through, and closed it behind him.

Nya waited a few seconds before turning her attention back to her boyfriend, and continuing.

"Why do you think I wouldn't care?"

Jay's brain was working overtime to find an answer to the predicament. If his brain was a nuclear power plant, it would be going into meltdown right now.

"Well, it's just- sometimes you act a bit distant towards me, and I know you don't intend to do it to me, it's just something I think about, y'know?"

While Jay was pouring his heart out to her, she kept her undivided attention on him, taking in what he was saying.

"And although you don't like to say anything, your actions alone over the past few years have shown enough that you care for me, and that you would do anything for me; like how I would do anything for you"

Instead of saying anything, Nya slowly put her head on Jay's shoulder. In return, he put his arm around her. For a good five minutes, they sat in silence, enjoying the peace and feeling of love in the air for each other.

Jay started to doze off, and Nya took note. Before Jay could fully fall asleep, she shook him.

"Jay, don't go to sleep sitting up, at least lie down first."

Without saying anything, Jay started to lie down on his bed, while Nya got up.

As she started to walk out, she heard Jay call her name. Turning back, she saw he was already under the covers, patting the side of the bed next to him.

"Stay"

With that one word, Nya decided to join him in the bed, as it wasn't often that they got time alone together. Jay dozed off first, leaving Nya in thought.

"Jay," she whispered. She did not care if Jay was awake or not to hear her, however she hoped he was. "I know that I haven't always been the best girlfriend to you, or that I don't show it often, but I'm glad you have stuck with me throughout. I should have never fallen for someone else as I nearly lost the greatest person in my life. My Jay. My Sparky. I will not make that mistake again. Ever." she took a second to compose herself before concluding. "I love you Jay, more than anyone else, and I wanted you to know that."

As a result, in his dozed-off state, he pulled Nya towards him, Cuddling her as if she was a giant teddy bear. She did not mind, and soon was joining him in the land of sleep.

About an hour later

Cole was still looking for his cake. A whole HOUR without CAKE! He was getting desperate, asking nearly everyone on board if they had seen it. He left Nya and Jay alone to sort their differences out, as everyone could see that Nya had not been in the best of moods. He walked back over to Jay's room, assuming that both of them would be in there.

When he got to the room however, it was all quiet. Odd he thought.

He decided to slowly open the door, and have a peek inside

He saw Nya cuddling up to Jay, while he had his arms around her protectively.

He quickly took a photo, before leaving, making sure to close the door quietly after him.

He walked back to the main quarters, completely forgetting why he went there in the first place. Kai, Zane and Lloyd were all on the couch watching a Starfarer movie.

"Hey guys" Cole announced.

"Hey," Kai replied, "You seen Jay, or Nya? She looked like she was on a warpath earlier."

"She sorted things out" Cole gave a simple reply.

"Where are they then?" Lloyd questioned.

"Here, I got a photo" Cole divulged, showing the others his phone.

Within an instant, Kai started to get up, a look that could kill plastered on his face.

"Leave it Kai", Lloyd expressed, pulling Kai back down. "They have had a lot happen to them recently, and they look peaceful together." Kai hesitated, but reluctantly sat back down. He trusted Jay

"Yeah let them have this one moment together" Cole concluded,

"It has been a long week"
