Jay's P.O.V.:

Once I hung up the phone, I noticed some kind of orange glow right in front of me. I knew immediately that this was it. My nightmare was about to become a reality.

Lucky for me, Nya was kind enough to leave my nunchucks on the coffee table where I could reach them. So I quickly got up, grabbed them and assumed a fighting stance the best I could, to make it seem like I wasn't sick. It didn't help that I was so tired I was barely able to stand up.

"Hello again." I heard a very familiar and haunting voice say.

"Nadakhan." I said trying to sound brave and not sick. "What do you want?"

"You know what I want Lightning ninja." The djinn said now fully in front of me.

"Do whatever you want with me. But if you lay one hand on them..." I started to say until I began coughing again.

"Aww the poor ninja isn't feeling so good." He teased me. "How's the wife?"

"Don't you dare bring Nya into this! This is between you and me." I told him. "Promise to leave my family alone and I'll do what ever you want."

"We'll see."

I knew Nadakhan's little games. I had no idea how he escaped, but I wasn't gonna let him stick around long enough to find out.

I took out my nunchucks and tried my best to take a swing at him, but I was too tired. I also forgot he could teleport.

Nya always told me never to throw my nunchucks in the house, but this was an emergency. So I threw them and of course he teleported out of the way and they slammed into the wall.

Not only was I alone, tired and sick, but now I was also defenseless. Nadakhan took the advantage and pushed me across the room into the wall. As I landed on the floor I could feel myself slowly starting to lose consciousness...

Nya's P.O.V.:

Me and Cole were heading to my house as fast as we could. I was worried sick about Jay going face to face with Nadakhan, especially in his condition.

I was thinking so much I almost lost control of my dragon for a second. Luckily I had Cole there flying on his next to me.

"Nya!" Cole shouted. "Stay focused. We're almost there."

I shook my head to snap out of it and got my dragon back under control.

"Few, that was close." I said. "Thanks for coming with me Cole."

"Of course. Jay's my best friend. If you say he's in trouble, I believe you."

"And don't worry about Allison, Kai will take good care of her."

"I know he will. Plus earlier Allison was getting along great with Amber so they should have fun."

"Great." I said as we came up on the house. "Oh and Cole, what ever you do, do not say the word wish!

"Um, ok?" He said.

We landed our dragons and ran in the house. Once we were inside there he was. Nadakhan.

"Hello again, Delara." He taunted.

"WHERE IS HE?" Cole shouted.

Cole started to hold him off and I ran to the living room. I saw Jay lying on the floor against the wall. I tried my best to stay calm and I checked his pulse. He was alive and I tried to wake him up.

"Jay!" I screamed his name and tried to shake him awake. "Come on wake up."

I could see him start to move.

"Nya?" Jay said sounding very weak.

"Oh Jay I'm so sorry, I should've never left you all alone."

"H-he's back." He said.

"I know." I said. "Relax, we know how to deal with him this time. We can do this."

"But we don't have the venom." He said right before he coughed.

"Easy, I got this. We just need to get him back into the teapot."

"How do we do that? We can't just wish him back into it."

"Guys, I could use a hand here." We heard Cole struggling.

"Is that Cole?!" Jay asked.

"Yes, he's here to help." I assured him. "Can you stand up?"

"I-I don't think so." He said coughing. "I-I'm sorry."

"Stay here, I have an idea." I told him.

I ran out of the living room and Cole was pinned up against the wall by Nadakhan. He was about to hit him with his sword.

"Say goodbye ninja."

Nadakhan pulled back the sword and Cole's eyes widened. It had almost touched his neck when I had an idea.

"STOP!" I shouted.

He drew back the sword and looked at me. I dropped to my knees.

"Don't touch him or Jay and I'll do whatever you want." I pleaded, hoping he would buy it.

"Delara?" He questioned as he let Cole drop to the ground.

Cole took a second to catch his breath and then got up and ran over to check on Jay, who had passed out again.

"I give everything to you, Nadakhan." I said. "Just let me tell you something."

He leaned in closer to me and I whispered in his ear.

"I wish you were a human." I smiled.

"NOOOOOOO!" Nadakhan shouted.

And with that Nadakhan turned into a human. Cole dropped him off in Kryptarain Prison where he would live out the rest of his days behind bars.

After Cole left with Nadakhan, I immediately helped Jay onto my Dragon and took him to Ninjago City Hospital. There they took him in and treated him for his injuries. He had a slight concussion and a few bad scrapes and bruises, but the good news was that his fever was gone. The doctor told me he'd be ok once he woke up, so I stayed there with him until he did. Cole joined me after I checked Jay in.

"How is he?" He asked me walking into the room.

"The doctor says once he wakes up, he'll be fine." I said.

"Thank goodness." He said as he set down next to me. "So that genie guy? How did he know you?"

"It's time I tell you everything." I sighed.

For the next few hours, I told Cole everything. About Nadakhan, about Jay and I, Misfortune's Keep, the teapot of Tyran, mine and Jay's fusion dragon and that whole adventure. I also explained why he and the others didn't remember.

"...and that's pretty much everything." I finished.

"So that's why he was after Jay." He said. "He made the final wish."

"Exactly." I agreed. "Look about the whole 'you and Jay' thing..."

"It's ok." He interrupted. "Besides, I have Seiliel and my wonderful daughter now. It all worked out for the best."

"Yeah but she's never around very much. Is everything ok between you two?"

"Yeah she's just busy with her village and her dad. It's just hard for her to get away from things." He sighed. "Anyway, why would that djinn just sprout up out of nowhere if Jay wished that no one would find it?"

"I have no idea how he escap..."

Just then, Jay started to squirm a little. Cole and I ran to his bedside and I held his hand as he started to come to.

"What happened?" He asked. "Where's Nadakhan?"

"Relax. He'll never bother anyone again." I assured him.

"How did you beat him?" Jay said as he was sitting up.

"I'll tell you everything later." I said. "What matters is that you're ok."

"Yeah." Cole said.

"Cole?!" Jay said shocked. "What are you doing here?"

"He wanted to make sure you were ok." I answered. "And I told him everything."

"Thanks guys." Jay said smiling and giving Cole a hug.

"Ready to head back home?" I asked my husband.

"Yeah." Jay said. "Hey where are the twins?"

"Relax, they're safe with Kai and Skylor." I said.

"Oh gosh, they've been there for hours." Cole reminded me. "We should go get them."

"I'm coming with you guys." Jay told us. "I think Nadakhan broke my fever."

I felt his forehead. His fever was gone and he wasn't sniffling or coughing anymore.

"Well, you feel fine now." I said "It must have been Nadakhan that gave you that nasty cold."

"Yeah I feel great. Let's go." Jay said as I helped him out of the bed.

"Ok, but don't push yourself too much." Said Cole. "You might want to ride with me over there."

"Good idea." Jay agreed.

We checked Jay out of the hospital and went out front. Cole and I formed our dragons and Jay got on Cole's. Then we flew back to the monastery.
