This takes place after the attack on the palace and before the bike race so Harumi is living with the Ninja on the Destiny's Bounty.

"I spy with my little eye . . . something green . . . and blonde."

"It's Lloyd."

"Okay. Then, I spy with my little eye . . . something green . . . and platinum blonde."

"It's Harumi."

"Good. Continuing; I spy with my little eye . . . something sweet happening between those two."

Kai glanced up at Jay, raising an eyebrow at the last part. He smirked a little before replying, "Llorumi?"
Jay clapped his hands and laughter issued from his mouth. "Oh my Dragon, that's a perfect name!"

Kai chuckled in response, leaning back in his chair to look out of the doorway of the bridge. Out on the deck of the Bounty, he could clearly see the Green Ninja trying to have a normal conversation with the recently rescued Jade Princess.

"I can't believe he spent the entire night, looking up stuff on how to not make yourself look like a complete idiot in front of your crush," Cole stated, entering the bridge. He folded his arms and leaned against one of the control panels. "He could've asked any of us."

Nya sighed and rolled her eyes as she guided the flying ship downwards below the clouds to just a 50 feet off the earth. She dropped the anchor and that left the Bounty hovering over a misty forest.

"He thinks before he acts," she said, rubbing her gloved hands. "And asking you guys for love advice is the last thing he's ever gonna do."

"Hey," came the voice of the Green Ninja as he walked in with Harumi following close behind. Nya stopped talking abruptly and smiled nonchalantly at the duo.

She appreciated the fact that Lloyd had finally (double finally . . . and sooner than Cole) noticed someone and she was not going to embarrass him by revealing to Harumi that he liked her. Not yet, anyway.

"Who's gonna do what last thing?" Lloyd asked, clearing the table to make a place for him to sit on.

Jay, however, didn't care if he unveiled Lloyd's feelings for the princess and was thinking along other lines. "You asking us for advice on how to woo Haru–"

The Master of Lightning was cut off as Nya stomped on his feet, yelping in pain. "What was that for?" He hissed at his girlfriend but was ignored.

"What he meant," Nya began explaining to an extremely confused Harumi all the while glaring at Jay, "was that Lloyd was gonna ask them for advice on how to find Wu . . . hurriedly." Nya even tried to cover the initial letters of the princess's name with a (clever?) adverb.

A sort of realization dawned on Harumi's face as she glanced over to Lloyd who had gone pale from the sudden slip of words by Jay. "Oh right," she said, fixing Lloyd with a sympathetic look, "Your uncle's missing."

Before things could get more awkward, Cole cut into the conversation with an alternative on how to consume their time. "Why don't we all play a fun game?"

Everyone contemplated this suggestion (Lloyd seemed more than happy to change the subject) before starting the debate on what to play.

"Nine Men's Morris?" Zane put forth.

"Nah, it's super boring," Jay added unhelpfully.

"Ludo?" Kai suggested casually, not really interested in what was going on.

"We lost the game board," Lloyd reminded them all.

"Chess?" Nya said to which Harumi perked up. Cole, however, waved away the suggestion. "Skip it. I suck at chess."

The gang fell into a deep thoughtful silence, thinking of an activity they could all agree on. Jay suddenly smiled, his electric blue eyes lighting up. He waved his hands to get everyone's attention. "How 'bout we play N.P.A.T?"

The others nodded excitedly, agreeing. However, Harumi raised an eyebrow. "What's N.P.A.T?"

"Name, Place, Animal, Thing," Lloyd chimed in, facing the princess. The nervousness was suddenly gone, replaced by a childish desire to play a classic family game. "It's super fun — and educational as Mom puts it. She was the who got us into it."

Cole groaned, pointing accusingly at the Master of Ice. "But Zane's basically a walking name list, an encyclopedia and a world map rolled into one! He wins every time."

"Which is why Blizzardmouth will only play for fun and not as an actual player," Kai cut in, eyeing Zane expectantly. The nindroid dully mumbled an agreement.

"Come," Lloyd stated, extending a hand towards the princess. "I'll explain to you the "how-to" stuff."

The Ninja all sat around in a circle on the floor of their sleeping quarters while Harumi seated herself on Nya's bunk. With the exception of her, everyone else was busy sketching lines on pieces of paper, making at least five columns.

Harumi smiled as she accepted a piece of paper from Lloyd who blushed slightly in return. She looked down at it and saw the words name, place, animal, thing and score scribbled on the top of the separate columns.

When all the competitors were ready, Lloyd brushed his blonde hair out of his eyes and got ready to explain. "Alright," he announced, mainly directing it at Harumi. "Now what we do is we choose someone to silently recite the alphabet in their head."

He pointed at Nya who began to go over the A, B, C's in her mind. A few seconds later, Lloyd snapped his fingers, yelling, "Stop!"

"G," Nya said simply.

Lloyd turned back to Harumi. "Now that we have a letter, we all have to write a name, a place, an animal and a thing starting with that letter."

"Each word gains you ten points, forty on whole," Cole continued, popping some almonds into his mouth. "The words have to be, like, the real deal. Fake places or made-up names lead to an automatic zero."

"During the tally, if two or more people have written the same words then they get half of the points," Nya took the lead. "Unless they have backup words to use instead."

"For example," Lloyd explained. "The letter is G and Kai and I write the same names like . . . Gary then we get five points instead of ten." Harumi nodded, getting the basic idea. "But," the blonde continued, "If I've written Gary and . . . Garcia, I can use the second name to cover up the loss of points."

"We're gonna do a total of five rounds and then we'll add up all the scores," Jay chimed in. "The one with the highest score wins! Oh and the time limit for each round is five minutes."

The princess gave him a thumbs-up. "Got it, thanks."

"Great. Let's begin," Lloyd stated before silently reciting the alphabet on the word "start" from Nya. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M–

"Stop!" Nya hollered. Lloyd looked at everyone as they all waited in anticipation. "M."

The Ninja quickly bent down over their pieces of paper, writing down their answers. Lloyd gestured at Harumi's paper excitedly, mouthing "Write it down, write it down."

"Don't have a pen," the princess replied, displaying her empty hands. She frowned as a pen hit her on the head from the side. She glanced at Kai who looked apologetic. "Oh, sorry! You have beautiful eyes."

Everyone snickered as Lloyd eyed Kai suspiciously, frowning at his flirtatious winks towards Harumi. One minute into the round, Zane put down his pen and paper and yelled, "Done!"

After realizing that the nindroid was taking the lead (again) everyone else sped up. Nya was the second one to finish and Lloyd was the third. Jay announced his accomplishment a few seconds before Cole. Kai groaned as he tried to finish up.

"Done!" Harumi hollered and all of them looked at Kai expectantly. The red ninja scratched his hair with his pen. "Dude, I can't think of an animal that starts with M!"

"So easy," Cole teased before the team began the countdown to irritate Kai even more. "Five, four, three, two, one!"

There were yells and shouts of "stop writing, stop writing" as Kai was attacked by his teammates. They tried to snatch the paper and pen out of his hands but the Master of Fire resisted till he finally scribbled down his answer. Harumi watched in amusement as Kai pushed them all off of him.

"Tally time!" Cole cheered. He straightened out his paper, ready with his answers. "I'm going first. Name: Marty and Marlene."

"Marissa and Margaret," Harumi spoke up from Nya's bunk.

"Michael, Mortimer and Minerva," announced the nindroid smugly.

"Mary and Maya," Nya revealed, hiding her paper so that the others couldn't see.

"Molly, Mako and Mark," the Master of Lightning muttered.

"Misako, Montgomery and Morro," Lloyd spoke in one breath, earning raised eyebrows from everyone.

"Um . . . Maya?" Kai mumbled. When no one replied, he folded his arms indignantly. "My mom's name was the only thing I could remember."

"Ten points to everyone," Lloyd stated as all the occupants of the room wrote down the numbers.

"Place," Cole began, raising his piece of paper to read. "Malaysia."

"Monte Carlo," mumbled Nya.

"Mexico," Kai replied quickly.

"Madagascar," Zane announced.

"Minnesota," the princess said, really getting into the game now.

"Morocco," Lloyd added.

Jay bit his lip before replying timidly, "Malaysia." Cole groaned and glared at the blue ninja. "Great job, Jay!" He said sarcastically.

"Ten points to everyone and five points to Jay and Cole."

"Stop!" Jay yelled excitedly to which Harumi revealed the letter Y. "Dang it!" Kai complained. "That's so hard!"

Zane as usual took no time at all to complete his answers. Once everyone was done, they all tallied what they wrote.

"Yardley, Yvette and Yuri," the nindroid spoke with no hesitation.

"Damn," Kai whispered who himself hadn't written anything. He was not the only one though. Cole and Lloyd had dropped out as well, coming up with nothing with the letter Y.

"Yasmine and Yara," Harumi said, smiling victoriously.

"I only have Yoko," Nya said sheepishly.

"Y-Man!" Jay cheered loudly. Everyone paused and glanced at Jay who tried to act nonchalant. "What?"

"What kind of a name is that?!" Cole argued. "You get a zero!"

Jay pouted as he wrote down ten in his score section. "Y-Man is a real name!"

"Is not!"

"Is too!"

"That is incorrect," Zane countered. "I have no knowledge of the existence of that name."

"Of course it's a name," Jay snapped stubbornly. "It's like X-Man but with a Y." The blue ninja nodded, indicating that the argument was going to end here.

"It's not even X-Man, windbag," Cole shot back. "It's X-Men."

"Don't care!"

"That's it! Zane wins!"

If you don't know about this game, look it up. It's actually fun.

And since you all ate your vegetables (I hope) you get candy!
