Plot: In Netherspace, Kai and Bonzle are watching three members of the forbidden five and they leave with their sleeping sister. They go to try to communicate with Riyu again.
Lloyd tells everyone to train and tells Wyldfyre to work on mastering spinjitsu. Nya starts packing her bag and begins to head out to find Jay now that she has been eliminated from the tournament. She's worried that if she finds him, she won't be able to cure him from when he did shatterspin and shattered his goodness. Before she leaves, she hears Kai's voice coming from the stone Riyu has. Riyu gives Nya a spark of energy and then she can communicate with him. Kai tries to warn Nya about the forbidden five's plan, but Nya tells Kai about Jay and what happened during the fight. They wonder if the stone can lead to a doorway out of netherspace, but then they lose the connection.
Cole tells Zane about the monastery he was guided to and he recommends that he should come up with a plan to reach it.
Arin goes over everything he knows about the dragon horn mystery with the ninja. They go over all the possible suspects, but can't really come up with a lead. Arin showed them the symbol and Cole suggests he checks out the museum in the city. Sora offers to come with him, but he shoves her off and leaves. Lloyd suddenly has a vision of Zeatrix holding a sword that she hits him with and shatters. He freaks out and says that he's going to lose to Zeatrix in battle today.
Arin goes to the museum to look for clues. He runs into Roby and Geo building new art. Roby shows him around the museum and mentions that the Element Cup is made from the horns of an arch dragon, a material called dragon ivory. He shows Arin a picture of the founder of the games and notices the same symbol he was looking for the painting and Roby's cufflinks. Arin seeks Wyldfyre's help and asks her opinion on Roby.
They start the first match of the day with Zur going up against Frak. Before the match, Frak asks for some advice on how to use his Earth powers. Frak and Zur enter in a game grid drop. With a little more coaching from Cole, Frak is able to beat Zur and win his reflex and ice powers. Unfortunately Ras reprimands him for asking for Cole's help.
During the battle, Zeatrix tries to get under Lloyd's skin and causes him to another vision.
The next few matches pin Lloyd against the master of comet ☄️ (I think, they mentioned what it is) which Lloyd wins, then the master of sound goes up against the master of figment, in which the master of figment wins, then Geo beats the master of size, Zeatrix wins against the master of surface tension, and Nokt beats Neuro in battle. Lloyd faces off against Geo and wins with his new powers, Zeatrix wins against the master of figment, and Sora wins against Chamille, master of form, leaving Nokt, Lloyd, Zeatrix and Sora as the quarter finalists. They think the matches are over, but then Roby surprises them with one more match, Zeatrix vs. Lloyd. Using the powers they obtained from the games, they battle in the gauntlet. Lloyd sees the sword from his visions and tries to get it, but he fails and Zeatrix gets the better of him. Lloyd is scared and starts doing everything in his power to avoid Zeatrix. He grabs a shield and tricks Beatrix into giving up her real location when she used the power of figment, but he knocks her into the sword from his visions. He steers her away from it and she grabs a spear instead. She almost knocks Lloyd off the course, but Lloyd gets back on it and uses his light power to turn invisible. He's determined to find the sword from her visions. Zeatrix uses surface tension and shockwave to make an elemental bomb, but Lloyd hits it with his own powers which in turn, creates an explosion that breaks the course in half. They take a break from the battle and the ninja try to give him some words of encouragement, but Sora tells him that he needs to stop worrying about his vision because he's losing to his own fear. He finds his second wind and the battle starts again. Zeatrix grabs the sword, but Lloyd grabs a mallet and uses the power of size to knock her off the course, making him the winner. Unfortunately once the game ends, Zeatrix comes back and knocks Lloyd off the course, shattering the sword and fulfilling his vision. Lloyd is injured and knocked unconscious while Zeatrix is taken away by security bots.

Things I enjoyed:

- I love how the first thing Nya tells Kai is nothing about the pressing matter of the death of Arch dragons or source dragon telling them about the games, but the stuff about Jay. That just shows how heartbroken she is.

- Lloyd's visions are always so aesthetically cool.

- Cole being distracted by food again! 😂

- I really like how the difference between Frak and Cole's powers is explained.

- NEURO YAY! At least he's alive! 😊

- Chamille is back! Cool!

- These one camera spin shots during the Lloyd vs. Zeatrix battle is so good! The lighting is great too!

- The scene where the course breaks in half was pretty cool.

- Sora is such a great character! I love her so much.

- Ok, the way that Lloyd just grew 10 times his size and just knocked her off was kinda funny. He'd had enough at that point.

Things I didn't like:

- Kai's drama once again interrupting the Jaya subplot. 😡

- Zane you did not just say cringe! 🤦‍♀️

- I wish Geo had more lines.

- Everyone keeps interrupting Cole when he's trying to eat. Just let him enjoy his pie!

- The one who blew bubbles is apparently the master of surface tension, meaning she can probably do a lot of other things, like maybe walk on water, but yeah let's just have her only blow a few bubbles. Makes perfect sense.

- How did the hammer grow with Lloyd? Does that make sense?
